Touche! Even though I'm US, my Grandparents on my Dad's side moved to the states. So, I guess I'm descended from colonials. No wonder I hate Canadians.......lmao

Yeah! But you're a mayonnaise dipper! Actually, I don't like poutine either. Sucks to be a french fry with gravy on it. I'm into the fish and chips I've enjoyed in the UK.AND your Poutine stinks too.
No. Just half French Canadian descent. The other half is kind of a war. Danish & German.I thought you were a full blood Canadian eh ?

Yes. At one point WI held the #3 AND #4 largest beer makers in the U.S. (G Heileman+Milwaukee) In my hometown of Lacrosse, we had the 2nd most bars on one street (I don’t want to exaggerate but it was 100+ on 3rd street). Second to Bourbon Street in New Orleans. Keep in mind though at that time LaCrosse was about 45,000 population. I don’t recall being big on cheese curds back then? for some reason idk.In Wisconsin, we do cheese curds, and string cheese. Of course we also did more beer than anyone else in the world, and to top it off, we celebrated by drinking more brandy than anyone else.
When I was asked about why we drank so much I said that we were "self embalming."

That means we made a 1/2 barrel for every bedroom in a LaCrosse Co per month. (I’m lying on that last part as I’m basing that on my Grandma Fritzy’s spare bedroom with cases of beer stacked chest high. Lol )
Interesting. My Great Granddad made Peerless Beer. I want to make a strong prediction for Week 17 to stay on thread. On my Mother's side of the family, my Grandfather made illegal booze in Northwestern Wisconsin during prohibition. It's how they kept their summer resort hopping for several months a year. Two of his best customers were the County Sheriff and County Judge.
He made good stuff.... from what I heard. People kept asking for it years after prohibition was repealed. But, he decided to shut 'er down.
I actually remember Peerless.Interesting. My Great Granddad made Peerless Beer. I want to make a strong prediction for Week 17 to stay on thread.
Lots of alcohol will be consumed before, during and after game time
Not by the teams I hope ?, although it would be an interesting game......Lots of alcohol will be consumed before, during and after game time
Back in the beginning, when my Dad attended games, you could stand on the sidelines. He came equipped with at least two hip flasks of booze. He'd share it with the Packer players. Not by the teams I hope ?, although it would be an interesting game......
