@Canadian CheddarI cooled off after that.
For a minute.. I thought you confiscated the Professors Test answers !

Darn Vikings! If they make their simple extra point I have bingo.I cooled off after that.
Not much.I cooled off after that.
The Bears played well Sunday. If their defense keeps aggressively stopping the run they could give both the Vikings and Lions trouble at Soldier Field. Caleb is going to only get better. He did not have the luxury of watching HOF QBs on the bench for a few years. When he begins to read defenses at a higher level he will torch them. He is dangerous with his feet. Those 3 passes when it was 3rd and 19 were incredible. Instead of running the clock down the Bears should have used one more play to get closer. A bootleg or a short pass and then the timeout. The closer the kick the harder to block. This was a typical Bear-Packer game impacted by the rivalry and not the records. Do you recall the weekend Walter Payton died back years ago? The Bears wore the band in his honor. Favre drove the Packers down the field for what should have been a chip shot to win the game. Channeling the great #34 the Bears blocked Longwell's kick and won the game. Our only hope is Caleb rising like a Phoenix from the smoldering ashes that has been our offense the last month......
I will give all you guys credit. Nobody's really been rubbing the salt in the wounds too bad because it was a hard fought game by both teams. I'm just how many times can they screw things up in the final minute it's just getting a little ridiculous at this point. The Bears played well Sunday. Oh those of us who endured theI will give all you guys credit. Nobody's really been rubbing the salt in the wounds too bad because it was a hard fought game by both teams. I'm just how many times can they screw things up in the final minute it's just getting a little ridiculous at this point.
Those were hard times.Oh those of us who endured the
70’s-80’s Packers are well acquainted in losing. It’s easy to endure a losing season.
Try going 10 straight years with 0 Playoffs, 1 playoff Win (1983) Then back to 10 straight seasons without a Playoff birth
The season has had some great predictions. Not sure how it compares to 2023. Looks like the final 7 weeks will be decided by bingos. 2 point conversions, FGs, and PATs have adjusted many scores.I wish. It looks like you and Milani might have found some of the test answers too. We are in a three way tie at 11-2 after the wild Bengals Chargers tilt.
One reason why we have this little competition. You never know when (or if) you will hit a bingo. I looked back to the 2023 week 18. Somebody (milani) had 5 bingos. We have lots of close calls almost every week for bingos. The season has had some great predictions. Not sure how it compares to 2023. The Bears are a young team with a rookie at qb. This is another one for them to grow on. A BIG improvement over their last two games.I will give all you guys credit. Yes it was. I keep looking at Peyton Mannings rookie stats. There is hope but this last game between us hurt. Rather lose 45-0.The Bears are a young team with a rookie at qb. This is another one for them to grow on. A BIG improvement over their last two games.
But we did have some great players. Lynn ****ey wasn’t all that bad of a QBThose were hard times.

James Lofton!
Phil Epps!
Barty Smith
John Brockington
Willie Buchanon
Ezra Johnson
I used to have a poster of James Lofton in my bedroom .. and on the other side John Jefferson! Although I don’t know why the Jefferson poster was him from the Chargers in action. I think I got it for free? Lol
Notice how Voyageur had the high percentage. And this last week we had a surprising number of missed FGs.One reason why we have this little competition. Yesterday Chris Boswell kicked six field goals in the Steelers 18-16 victory over the Ravens. Back in week two Austin Seibert kicked seven field goals for the Commanders in their 21-18 defeat of the Giants. That's a lot of field goals, and no TD's by the winners.
I'm wondering if the NFL is on a pace to set a record for field goals. I hadn't seen any mention of it in the media.

The winds of November...Great, now I have the Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald playing in my head. The sinking was November 10, 1975.Notice how Voyageur had the high percentage. And this last week we had a surprising number of missed FGs.
I don’t know why certain names are ingrained in my brain and others are like a vague dream. I have to admit I would’ve needed a multiple choice to get him correct and no way do I advance on “Who wants to be a millionaire” to draw him from scratch. Some of my memory is Topps cards I collected so I revisited. I obviously didn’t have Rich!Rich McGeorge
Barty Smith, Larry Krause, Dave Hampton, Paul Coffman, McCoy, Ezra, Daryl Golfoth. I was too young and missed out on the 1960’s seasons. Early 70’s I was too young. Things start for me around 1973-74 and come into clear focus by 1975-76 and beyond. I’m just a youngin!
