I don't consider Hall an upgrade over any receiver currently getting playing time.

Ran a 4.28 at his pro day. A few weeks separated from a >100-yard game. Knows the NFC north corners. Undrafted prospect who's bounced around. He'll find a home somewhere, not sure he's an upgrade over Tavon.

Like MVS, Hall has been primarily used as a deep threat but struggled to contribute on a regular basis.

Like Austin, he had some success returning kuckoffs early in his career but hasn't been used a lot in that role lately.

Therefore I prefer the Packers to pass on him.

Agree, he is nothing more than MVS...he could be even less if he isn't willing to block like apparently MVS 2020 is.
