For those of you who get highly emotional about the Bennett issue (I know you're out there!), here's something I just noticed that will really chap your a*s.

You know that performance bonus pool that gets paid out of league funds at the end of the year according to mystery formulas, i.e., http://www.espn.com/blog/green-bay-...y-parlay-success-into-big-performance-bonuses

If you scroll down that web page you'll find this:

Martellus Bennett: $13,351.28

Not only have the Packers not clawed back any of Bennett's signing bonus, and likely never will, he got paid that additional money after the season that could have gone to some other worthy Packer.

These are supposed to be bonuses for performance above contract value. Very hard to figure.

Yeah. I thought it was a great signing at the time. I don't like the Graham signing, so maybe that' a good thing.
