I miss not having pets. I can remember when my last cat, Charlie, would decide it was time for me to feed him, or give him attention. If I was on the computer, he'd jump up on my desk, and sit off to the side of my keyboard, staring at me. If I didn't do what I was supposed to, in about 2 or 3 minutes, he'd casually move over, and sit right in the middle of my keyboard, and right in front of my monitor. I got a lot of those words like you had... LOL! I miss him, and our dog, Chips, who was special as well. There were others before them, but they were the last two.
If you miss it that much buddy go to your local Humane Society there's a puppy or a kitten or better yet I'm sure there's a seven or eight-year-old dog who has been abandoned by their family because the family is a bunch of POS's!!!
I am shocked that many people don't understand that dogs have feelings and emotions too and when they get abandoned, they are sad and that can lead to them looking like they're not a well-rounded puppy and then they won't get adopted again because they're sad. They're frustrated and all they want is their family to come back and get them.

So if you really miss a seven year old dog at the Humane Society and give it a second chance at love in life and it will be the best friend you'll ever have!!!!
All my dogs are rescues or strays that we've taken in, and I would lay down in traffic for any one of them!!!

It's difficult having animals here, in our park. Too many idiots who try to make life miserable for dog and cat owners. I wish it was different. I'd probably have both, a cat and a dog.

My #2 son, up in Austin has 3 dogs. All rescue dogs. They're like family to all of us. #1 son has one dog. He had 3 himself at one time.

Voyageur got a bingo. Canadian Cheddar got one too. Minnesota 27 Seattle 24.
One big difference I notice with the Seahawks just like last week. They are very undisciplined and commit a lot of penalties. Do not recall that during the Pete Carroll days. Maybe he was better at working the refs.

Seattle was 31st in penalty yardage per game last year under Carroll. In 2024 they're 30th in penalty yardage so far. I think some of the Legion of Boom teams got penalized a fair bit too, but I'm not sure. You can check on the link below. Pete was one of the best to watch for his reactions to officiating.

Carroll's team the last several years was not the same as what he had a decade ago. Cannot recall the home team getting so many false starts with the 12th man playing. Usually, it is the complete opposite. And coincidentally like the Packers who won in Seattle for the first time since 2009 the Vikings had not won there since 2006. The demons were exercised.

32-26 doesn't seem to be too odd for an NFL score, however, it is unique.

A nice end to Week 16 with a Packers dominating in a Monday night shutout. Among our pickers Albert Park was a very impressive 14-2, and got close on a few scores, but no bingos. Speaking of which, Voyageur and Canadian Cheddar both got bingos when the Vikings won 27-24 over the Seahawks. Milani has the best pick record for the season thus far, and Canadian Cheddar continues his points lead. Voyageur jumps up into second place.
