It really is impressive how the Offense developed under MLF. But the biggest improvement is the locker room. We didnt see many things from the locker room before, but the teamspirit feels so different. MLF is really good in bringing the team together and motivate them. I love the locker room speeches they released this season.

This is probably a better thread to pin this. It just goes to show you the difference in attitude we’ve seen. Sure, we’re winning, but we’re also having fun doing it.
We’ve seen this before. Not just at the NFL level.. Most of the time it’s when you have a Championship caliber sports team and they just sorta know it. They get giddy and they have fun.

For me personally, it all started with Rodgers playfully shoving Pettine at Soldier. There’s a playfulness going on in the sub-plot. It’s really neat to witness the assent of a competitive unit. O.. D... ST... we are very, very close to putting it all together. A few tweaks here.. maybe a player or two there.

Im absolutely loving the Smith signings. They’ve brought a new vibe into GB that we haven’t had for a really long time. These guys are bringing the entertainment back to GB and while this story was never meant anything more than low key.. it’s at the heart of what is making this team special.
