I've heard this thing about their division being lousy except for them.

No we are not in the same boat. In Rodgers' 10 year tenure, NFC North opponents have made numerous playoff appearences. In Brady's 17 year tenure, AFC East opponents have only made the playoffs five times.

I am going to respectfully disagree because since '85 we are the only NFC N two time SB winners and we just keep getting to and dominating to go deeper in the playoffs than others.
The Pats dominate crummy teams in their divis. and so do we.

Well, Vikes won the North 2 of the last 3 years. I suppose if one peels the Onion back a lot further ... "dominating" a division is kind of like saying "My girlfriend may be ugly ... but YOURS could knock a buzzard off a sh*t wagon."

Well, Vikes won the North 2 of the last 3 years.

Also, in the last 10 years, we have won the NFC North five times, the Vikings four (Lions once). Minnesota isn't that far behind us as far as winning the division during that period. Meanwhile, the Patriots have won their division nine straight years, 14 of the last 15 years, and 15 out of the last 17 years. They've definitely dominated their division to a greater extent than we have.

Don't know when we'll ever have a better chance at 'glory years' as we have had the last 25 years. We just haven't won as many SBs as we should have.
