Glad to see we signed a D Lineman. Don't know anything about him but he has played. He averaged about 1 tackle a game and hardly ever got credited for a missed tackle.

Hester was a pretty good run defender in limited action with the Eagles in 2018. He didn't excel during his stints with Oakland and Washington though.

If he can play like he did in Philly and be a good run defender in the middle then his addition will be very good for this defense. We all bemoan how bad we are defensively up the middle so this guy could help in that regard.
