I totally understand why people would be counting us out of this game, but I don't at all. As much as everyone is saying the Bears defense has improved since last time we played them, there's no way they play that much better on D than they did Week 1. Remember what Khalil did to us? Granted, the second half was a different story, but I feel like our team has a new sense of urgency after this past week. The key to me will be us getting pressure on Mitch. If we do that and keep it low-scoring on that end, I like Aaron in a close game over Trubisky...followed by a Vikings loss to the Dolphins, and BAM! we're in the thick of the playoff hunt lol

So you're recommending I shouldn't start Rodgers in FF this week? And start the Bears defense?
If u have the bears defense u start them for fantasy regardless.. maybe the rams or saints I might pick up someone else but look what they did against the rams if u have Rodgers I’d look to ur backup QB or matchup based I have Adams in fantasy who I have to start and jones but sitting him for amari Cooper

Damn it, I just noticed the game isn't on TV here (Indiana), so I won't be watching it.

Consider yourself lucky.
Do something different like painting a room in the house, shop with the wife, or sleep with your neighbors wife etc.
Nope, I'm expecting a good game. I couldn't even find a radio stream last time. I'll probably have to follow along on ESPN Gamecast.

Funny how different things look now from when the last time these two teams met, eh?

We need at least two takeaways. Also force Trubisky to stay in the pocket where’s he’s not very good. He likes to run around and make plays with his legs

My guess is, we're gonna try to neutralize their run game and dare them to have Trubisky beat us with his arm. Now the PROBLEM with that is that when we typically do this against an opponent they end up having a field day and end up shredding the secondary, plus we need to keep Trubisky in the pocket and cut off any openings for him to run.

Understand people this ISN'T the first time Chicago has had a formidable defense as we've had Urlacher and those boys to deal with back in the day along with Peanut in the secondary. Rodgers while I'm sure he will try to go for the home run every now and then, he is gonna HAVE to sacrifice some of those big plays for positive gains. We've seen Aaron Jones can make plays with his feet with open space, and he has elusive speed so we need to make sure we take advantage. Also any 3rd and 1 I'd give the ball to Williams as he is bigger and better suited for those situations. I wouldn't mind seeing a reverse being used as well with the two RBs.

We have to keep Chicago on their feet and tire them out. This team likes to drag things out, but if we do a lot of no huddle, I can easily see them being worn out in which they'll have to go out of their comfort zone.

Also watch should The Packers win, watch how Bear fans blame the officiating. They always do when they lose to us.

Oddly enough, I think it will come down to the GB Defense holding Chicago under 23 pts. That alone puts GB very much in this one.. GB could probably pull out that upset at Lambeau but this will take everything they’ve got at Soldier Field to stay close. Chicago has played best at home and lost just once there to New England in a nail biter.
However, so far GB has played tough teams tough on the road. I don’t think GB lays down here either.

Chicago 26 GB 20

Yeah I think there's a good possibility that all the teams ahead of the Packers lose. You mentioned dolphins over Vikings which seems at first far fetched but when you look at how the two teams have been playing lately doesn't seem a stretch at all. Then you got Carolina losing to the saints. The eagles losing to the Rams. Both of these seem a given considering the Rams and saints are fighting for that number one seed. Finally Washington with their 4th string QB vs the Jacksonville jaguars on the road I like Jacksonville.
It's going to come down to this Packers team getting their first road win at soldier Field. I think they get it and then the pressure is all on the Vikings

Do you have Verizon? The game seems to always be playing on my NFL mobil app. And the times it hasn't I've been able to select either the home or away radio broadcast

I don't expect the Bears defense to dominate like they did against the Rams. While Mack was a force against the Packers in week 1 fans have to realize he created both of his turnovers with Kizer in at quarterback.

It sounds like the Bears are unbeatable. That's far from the truth. A good defense unit, a very good, maybe an excellent one. That defense lost four times this year, including allowing 38pts at home for the Patriots. They lost to Miami. They lost to the Giants. THEY LOST TO US. Their offense is below average. It's completely doable.

I think they should play Lewis more at Tightend this game. Yea that may mean less snaps for Graham but oh well. I don’t wanna see Kendrick’s either. They can’t afford to be getting Rodgers knocked around or taking sacks getting behind in down and distance. Their Third corner is probably going to be out so either MVS or Cobb have to have a big game.

Announcers mentioned on Sun. PM's broadcast something about getting Chicago's D moving laterally instead of constantly pushing up field. They are quick and fast sideline to sideline but it does minimize their pass rush overwhelming AR in 2 seconds. Misdirection is a good game-plan to slow down their rush, but MM didn't have much in HIS playbook... does Philbin?

Hopefully Trubisky continues missing high on his passes, we just might get a pick or 2.
