i bet that if this happened in texas in the hours leading up to last week's game the dallas police would have done something like that. he broke the law, they could legally hold him until monday when a judge was available.

It will be interesting to see if he is IR’d after today to make room on the roster ( this is all assuming a win tonight of course). If not… I guess there is room for optimism about the NFCCG… and Super Bowl.
