Kinda mad we didn't get any news today.

I definitely prefer the Packers to exercise due diligence in hiring a defensive coordinator.

Green Bay is snowed in. First major storm of the season. I got 5-6" with 20-30mph winds. Driveway has been blown clear twice and will need it again later today.

Looks like it, and my problem is I don't think I'll be able to avoid knowing the outcome, which is lose/lose for me - either KC repeats or Brady wins. Maybe, just maybe, if Tom suffers a minor injury right off the bat, then a TB win wouldn't be too hard to swallow.

Well maybe if KC wins, Tyreek Hill will be content and won't take out his disappointment by physically assaulting any toddlers or pregnant women. There's the silver lining!

If Joe Barry does not get the DC job in Green Bay, he's slated to be Brandon Staley's passing defense coordinator and linebackers coach with the Chargers.

My guess is that if we hire Barry, Staley will replace him with Evero.

based on the tweet, I don’t think he’s saying Leonhard is their top choice. To me it looked like he was answering a question about which candidate he thinks would be best suited to help now with what we’ve already go on the roster.

So basically, if the rumors are correct, it's come down to:

A potentially special up and comer.

OR

Someone who can install a version of Vic Fangio's defense.

I just don't see what they see in Joe Barry, sure he may have been under some good coaches but that's not a guarantee of success. At least Leonhard and Evero have demonstrated with their respected units.
