What changes would you make over the bye week? No roster or other personnel changes.
1> MM gives over play calling to Aaron Rodgers. I believe AR knows MMs offense better than Mike does and would also be a bit more aggressive. Opponent DCs would not have a tendency chart for a few weeks and by then Aaron could be back under center. Also would give Mike time to pay attention to the defense and lack thereof.
2> Put Ty Mont on the bench until his ribs heal. He's an anchor on the field ATM.

A lot more movement up front on the offense. Play actions, running plays, roll outs, get the TE's involved. Get the completions going and stack them up. Then start moving Jordy and Adams in over the top of that stuff.

On defense, i know some of these big guys aren't thought of as pass rushers, but I'd rather see some of them and a couple pass rushers on the field rather than all lighter rushers and blitzers. We get no where with that. It's like they all get stoned at the line and nobody but Perry can really push that pocket. Leave a big guy or 2 to push that pocket. Make them eat up a blocker or 2 and let someone else come free. As it stands no, everyone on the offensive line just picks a rusher and they all end up blocked.

I don't know what to do on the back end. They can play, they've proven they can play. They've all made some pretty decent plays to show they belong in the NFL. But you can count on them to be confused, out of position, etc at the worst possible time and give up 25 yards on a 3rd and 17 repeatedly.

This x 1000!

Even in college Hunely was more noted for rushing than pocket passing. So...

1. Short completions are easy to achieve than deep throws to Adams/Nelson.
2. Snappy throws. Our O-line can't stop a sick puppy, so get it out quick.

Use 2 TE sets, Cobb off backfield and even Jones as pass catching option to create a diversity of catching options. When opposition D starting loading linebackers to contain us, alternate with Jordy/Nelson stretching them on the deep end.

Put some trust in Hundley and let him throw more. Only with repetition can he develop sync with the receivers. Hi current completion rate is not a reflection of his ability!
