A little WR talk.
Here are the guys that Gutekunst has drafted at the position:
-Christian Watson, 2022, 33rd Overall: 6041, 208#, 10.00 RAS
-Jayden Reed, 2023, 50th Overall: 5107, 187#, 6.74 RAS
-Amari Rodgers, 2021, 85th Overall: 5094, 212#, 5.37 RAS
-Romeo Doubs, 2022, 132nd Overall: 6017, 204#, 8.28 RAS
-J'Mon Moore, 2018, 133rd Overall: 6025, 207#, 8.43 RAS
-Dontayvion Wicks, 2023, 159th Overall: 6013, 206#, 9.17 RAS
-Marquez Valdes-Scantling, 2018, 174th Overall: 6040, 206#, 9.27 RAS
-Equanimious St. Brown, 2018, 207th Overall: 6046, 214#, 9.84 RAS
-Grant Dubose, 2023, 256th Overall: 6023, 201#, 8.79 RAS
-Samori Toure, 2022, 258th Overall: 6007, 191#, 6.15 RAS
So you have a sample of ten players. Eight of them of 6'+ and 200+#. Seven of them are 8.0+ RAS, and one of those three exceptions was nearly Mr. Irrelevant. And all of this is obviously a trend that goes back beyond Gutekunst's tenure as the GM.
So while the Packers are willing to occasionally draft exceptions, odds are that the receivers they like are going to be 6' or taller, 200+ lbs, and in the 8.00 RAS range or higher.
So here is the consensus board at receiver with those players bolded and the non-qualifiers left un-bolded (because of the lack of testing numbers, I am assuming that McMillan and Burden would be/will be 8.00+ RAS).

34. L. Burden, Missouri
53. E. Ayomanor, Stanford
