The reason I didn't give him an A, it took him half the season to start showing who he was. From about week 8 or so on, most definitely an A.

As is often the case imho, it took the coaches that long to play him.

Morgan an F ( Incomplete) I disagree with. He was splitting time with Rhyan until he went on IR, I can see a D/ Incomplete, since he couldn't outright win the job from Rhyan, before the injury, but an F seems harsh.

The other thing that stood out to me was that you gave a D to King, who couldn't get off the Practice Squad, and F's and D- to players who were, for the most part, members of the 53, but mainly Inactive for games. For as healthy as the OL was most of the season, it was difficult for Glover and Monk to get any playing time, other than in the Playoff game at Philly, when guys were dropping like flies.

As for Lloyd, I would just give him an incomplete for the issues he had for the year, no letter grade at all.

Again, I'm rating the "draft pick" by Gute. King was a late 7th round pick. Had he been picked in round 1, he would gave gotten an F-

So for me, the round or investment in a player by the Packers, definitely influences their grade.
