Do we still have to do this? :geek: My mind and interest both went into off season mode a few weeks ago.

Preseason practice games coming up. Hope they don't do anything moronic like expose "name" players to undue injury such that they miss next season also.

Underdog to the Jets? That is some serious embarrassment for the players and staff.

Outside of the Bills this year, remember our propensity for making rookie or backup QBs seems like Aaron Rodgers All-Pros.

No, you don't have to do this;).

And we have never won as underdogs on the road this season yet, iirc.
The "IIRC" is easy because the Packers have not won on the road, period. 0-7.

I can't believe people actually bet on these games enough for it to matter

Something tells me it's for pride for Rodgers to start but wouldn't it be better to give Kizer a shot at loosing a road game.
Besides, that's a $$$$$ dollar arm we invested in Rodgers for the future.

For me Poppa, I'm going to watch and enjoy these last two games. Who knows if the good Lord has another year for me. So just in case this is it, well, I'm going to watch and enjoy my beloved Packers two more times.

Gambling in general is a bad idea in the absence of inside information. That doesn't stop people from doing it.
Wut?

Gambling is an awesome idea that inside information kills. It's like playing poker. As long as you're within your limits and don't take it seriously it's so much fun.

Sure. Small amounts occasionally is an entertainment. Inside information makes it more fun, though, like knowing the tells of the guy across the table. ;)

Come on! Tells are good. It's takent to notice and capitalize. Inside information kinda kills joy. I'd be happy in absence of it.

You missed my point. Identifying tells is good, winning is more fun than losing, and tells are a kind of inside information. But we digress.

The Jets have reportedly been playing better football as of late, though I can say I haven't watched a single snap of them that I can remember all year. We are not playing better football however than we were at the halfway point and seemingly have have a new team out there anyway. I'm not all that confident we win at all.

Well, offseason is going to be long enough as it is, so yeah ... Digging in.

I will say though I doubt I'm going to get through this game without cussing out Ron Zook. Good lord the day that guy gets kicked out of here can't come soon enough.

What? you mean you haven't been watching the "every single one of Sam Darnold's passes he ever made in his entire life even when he was 5 throwing the football to his older brother in the back yard after school" videos on NFL.com

Seriously though I'm with you on this one. I'm not confident we win either no matter who starts.

Just getting ready to put on a Jersey for the game, would it be wrong to wear my Favre Jets Jersey today? :D
