Now that's an intriguing prospect! He was highly ranked coming out of high school - the top-rated WR recruit in the US, and in at least one publication the #3 player overall (I think I also remember reading that he was the best high school receiver in Pennsylvania history).WR Julian Fleming, Penn State
Unfortunately, he picked Ohio State rather than Penn State, and when he got to Columbus he found himself competing with a receiving corps that (over his 4 years there) was stacked with 6 WRs who would eventually become 1st round picks. He also suffered several shoulder injuries, including one surgery, and a hamstring. More than anything else, these injuries made it difficult to work his way into a lineup that already had 2nd-year players like Marvin Harrison, Jr., Jaxon Smith-Njigba, and Chris Olave.
He finally transferred back home to State College, and had better luck at Penn State than he'd had at Ohio State, but he's missed a lot of years of development and experience at DI level. He also did poorly at the combine, with terriible speed and agility scores leading to an RAS of something like 5.7.
So he's definitely a longshot, but.... at least Green Bay will give him a shot. If he can recapture some of his earlier excellence, he may be able to stick - but he has his work cut out for him
