Thoughts on Rodgers Criticizing young WR's?

The problem I have is, could it be Aaron's diva/whiney side? If that's the case then 12 needs to shut up and play.

I have a hard time understanding why Rodgers as the leader of the team calling out rookies based on their lack on effort results in him being called a whiney diva
