Not bad, but he does have the advantage of #12 throwing him the ball. Well, he did, anyway. From nfl.com stats page. Rankings based on number of receptions. Based on yards MB is #13.

any chance ya'll think we could get Olsen/Graham/Gronk/Witten/Kelce/Ertz/Eifer/Rudolph/Hunter Henry???
Just looking at the numbers a little closer. The difference between #3 and #20 is about 1 10-15 yard catch per game. Most in that range are low 20s for receptions with yardage in the upper 100 low 200s range. About what Marty has been dropping. I'm sure the rest have dropped some also.Rk Player Team Pos Rec Yds Avg Yds/G Lng TD 20+ 40+ 1st 1st% FUM

bennett signed a 3 year deal. he's TE1 for the foreseeable. maybe he'll come around but it if he doesn't maybe he'll do everyone a favor and retire.
Why not get Tom Brady until Rodgers can play again too?I think we can safely assume two things. First, no other teams want to win a Superbowl and secondly, all other teams are keenly interested in helping the Packers win more of them.
I say we should first n Patrick Peterson and Jalan Ramsey to shore up our secondary. Then Aaron Donald, Joey Bosa, and Kahlil Mack to strengthen out front 7. Follow that up with a couple of OTs, take your pick. Then, and only then should we think about upgrading our TE position. Priorities you know.
That's pretty good for a tight end though. He also deals with being the #3 or #4 option in the passing attack.
it's amazing isn't it. you'd never think it.he's only six receptions behind the team leader in that category and is pretty close to Cobb and Nelson in yards through six games.
While Bennett has definitely dropped too many balls and hasn't caught a touchdown pass so far this season it seems a lot of Packers fans don't realize he's only six receptions behind the team leader in that category and is pretty close to Cobb and Nelson in yards through six games.

just like with James Jones and Davante Adams some people can't get past the drops. I'll be the first to admit I was expecting much more from MB so far this season but we have dealt with much worse at the position in the past.

Because Brady wants to live to play until 45.Why not get Tom Brady until Rodgers can play again too?
That would be awesome if he suddenly developed super sure hands now that Hundley is throwing to him.Give him some time to work out the chemistry withARHundley, before you hit the panic button and start talking about finding his replacement from a pool of guys who aren't even available.
I'll do it for you lol. That would be awesome if he suddenly developed super sure hands now that Hundley is throwing to him.
I'd put the "optimistic" rainbow under my own post, if I could
Bennett is most likely to fourth option in the passing game yet it seems some fans expect him to lead the team in receptions for some reason.
There's no doubt the drops have been disappointing though.
agreed...but until he's not needed as a blocker as much.IMO I think Bennett is gonna get a lot more looks with hundley on the short routes just what I'm thinkin
