Coaches should get to throw the red flag on questionable calls that are related to penalties. I think things just happen too fast and they don't get to watch the replays to correct mistakes.

It relies on every player being disciplined and the d-line holding their containment to keep him in the pocket and forcing him to be a passing QB. All it takes is one player losing his assignment to open up a big hole for the QB.
