Sep 14, 2014 at 5:31 PM - 7thFloorRA: however....geno had some awful misses on plays and that crazy time out play
Sep 14, 2014 at 5:34 PM - 7thFloorRA: I think its a huge wake up call to the playcalling and demeanor of the team
Sep 14, 2014 at 5:34 PM - gatorpack: D wasnt as bad as it looked in first qtr and not as good as it looked the rest of game. They are somewhere between
Sep 14, 2014 at 5:35 PM - Baked: lol
Sep 14, 2014 at 5:36 PM - Baked: bears coming out of gates just as strong as the pack
Sep 14, 2014 at 5:37 PM - 7thFloorRA: the bears have no shame. I dont even want to know how much torodal they pumped into jeffrey and marshall
Sep 14, 2014 at 5:37 PM - Baked: lol
Sep 14, 2014 at 5:47 PM - red4tribe: Bears are hyped up every year and then fall flat on their face
Sep 14, 2014 at 5:48 PM - Carl: I never get where their hype comes from.
Sep 14, 2014 at 5:48 PM - Carl: There rarely make the playoffs. That's not good
Sep 14, 2014 at 5:49 PM - 7thFloorRA: they were REALLY hyped this year
Sep 14, 2014 at 5:49 PM - Powarun: Yay Packers won.
Sep 14, 2014 at 5:53 PM - Baked: colin cowherd loves cutler and the bears. he hates rodgers and the packers
Sep 14, 2014 at 5:55 PM - rodell330: Colin cowherd is an idiot
Sep 14, 2014 at 5:56 PM - rodell330: ESPN will give anyone a radio show
Sep 14, 2014 at 5:56 PM - Baked: every year he is so high on the bears lol
Sep 14, 2014 at 5:57 PM - Baked: yea Cowherd spits out about 10 logical fallacies per show
Sep 14, 2014 at 5:57 PM - rodell330: Or just high haha
Sep 14, 2014 at 5:58 PM - rodell330: Glad he's off Sports Nation
Sep 14, 2014 at 6:13 PM - Dagger85: Well, I feel good that we overcame such a large point difference.
Sep 14, 2014 at 6:14 PM - Dagger85: I think it helps us in the long run
Sep 14, 2014 at 6:19 PM - rodell330: If it was actually a good team we would've probably lost
Sep 14, 2014 at 6:20 PM - rodell330: Like I said earlier I'll take it. Can't lose at home to the Jets man
Sep 14, 2014 at 6:33 PM - 7thFloorRA: I think this game was a kick in the *** to the staff.....hopefully. now if i see the same old bs and brad jones starting next week ill be pissed
Sep 14, 2014 at 6:37 PM - Dagger85: Next week is a big one
Sep 14, 2014 at 6:39 PM - Dagger85: Ok I'll give it to the bears
Sep 14, 2014 at 6:39 PM - Dagger85: Amazing pick
Sep 14, 2014 at 6:39 PM - red4tribe: yeah that was
Sep 14, 2014 at 6:40 PM - red4tribe: I find it hard to believe I'm really rooting for the 9ers, somehow hoping they both lose
Sep 14, 2014 at 6:40 PM - Dagger85: I know, she
Sep 14, 2014 at 6:40 PM - Dagger85: Whoops. Makes me feel sick lol
Sep 14, 2014 at 6:40 PM - Dagger85: But the bears going 0-2 would make me so happy
Sep 14, 2014 at 6:42 PM - rodell330: No go Sorry Niners.i can't stand Kapernick an would enjoy him losing but not today.
Sep 14, 2014 at 6:42 PM - red4tribe: That's always nice, Cutler's got nothing tonight
Sep 14, 2014 at 6:50 PM - Powarun: Lets just hope for a blood bath in that game. :)

Sep 14, 2014 at 7:10 PM - red4tribe: Cutler got popped
Sep 14, 2014 at 7:10 PM - red4tribe: See if he is done for the game
Sep 14, 2014 at 7:22 PM - longtimefan: Its 2nd game- how is it any one can say the jets arent a good team?
Sep 14, 2014 at 7:25 PM - 7thFloorRA: i thought the jets looked like an average team. not bad but not great either. a solid 8-8 team
Sep 14, 2014 at 7:26 PM - red4tribe: I think the Jets will go somewhere between 7-9 and 9-7
Sep 14, 2014 at 7:26 PM - red4tribe: As you said, average
Sep 14, 2014 at 7:29 PM - longtimefan: So since NO lost to the browns and are 0-2 the saints are horrible??
Sep 14, 2014 at 7:32 PM - 7thFloorRA: 2 games is 1/8 of the season. I would certainly be concerned at this point. They shouldn't lose to the browns
Sep 14, 2014 at 7:33 PM - 7thFloorRA: and the browns didnt have josh gordon, ben tate or jordan cameron
Sep 14, 2014 at 7:33 PM - Raptorman: We will find out about the Saints next week when the Vikings visit them.
Sep 14, 2014 at 7:57 PM - Powarun: The Browns didn't to bad today. It was a decent game to watch.
Sep 14, 2014 at 7:58 PM - longtimefan: Peanutt tilman prob out for long time.. Tricep injury
Sep 14, 2014 at 7:59 PM - 7thFloorRA: great player but the wheels have fallen off. he is just breaking down left and right every week
Sep 14, 2014 at 7:59 PM - 7thFloorRA: that might be his last game ever
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:10 PM - 7thFloorRA: the bears sure do seem to draw a hell of a lot of penalties.
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:10 PM - 7thFloorRA: their last 2 drives were aided with numerous yellow first downs
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:11 PM - Dagger85: Oh come on Kaepernick. The one night I need you to win
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:12 PM - red4tribe: 49ers are blowing the game
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:12 PM - red4tribe: what an INT though
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:13 PM - Baked: bears are so lucky
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:13 PM - Baked: that bs holding on gores td
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:14 PM - Zeck180: Please Cutler transform into your normal 4th qrt self and throw a few INTs
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:14 PM - 7thFloorRA: the refs have never been as awful or one sided as tonight
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:14 PM - Dagger85: 49ers need to win and then I get my wish. Bears win but niners look bad
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:15 PM - Darth Garfunkel: Kaepernik looks like the great gazoo
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:18 PM - red4tribe: I'm interested to see how true all these rumors of discontent are in the 49ers locker room
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:18 PM - red4tribe: with Harbaugh
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:18 PM - Zeck180: Come on Squidward!
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:20 PM - Carl: Which one is Squidward?
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:21 PM - red4tribe: The Penalties are in the lead tonight, with a slight edge over the Bears and Niners, 24-21-20
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:21 PM - Zeck180: Carl, Squidward is kap
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:22 PM - 7thFloorRA: kaepernick looks god awful
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:22 PM - Dagger85: Kaepernick sucks tonight
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:22 PM - red4tribe: Are the Bears actually going to win?
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:22 PM - Dagger85: Now I know why they were questioning them getting a wildcard

Sep 14, 2014 at 8:23 PM - red4tribe: After looking that awful against the Bills..
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:23 PM - Dagger85: I hope not red4tribe
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:23 PM - red4tribe: Yeah there was certainly a lot of concern about the 49ers this offseason
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:23 PM - rodell330: Kapernick is so overrated it's sickening.. Looks like a couple other overrated qbs throwing All those interceptions. Romo, cutler , and stafford.
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:23 PM - 7thFloorRA: the 49ers looked like they were jacking around all first half and the 3rd quarter and then the officials got the bears back into the game and now they are screwed
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:23 PM - Zeck180: God I wanted the bears to start 0-2 so bad
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:24 PM - red4tribe: Did you guys see the article on NFL.com where they talked about veterans in the locker room being fed up with Harbaugh?
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:24 PM - Dagger85: Yeah, harbaugh losing the locker room
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:25 PM - rodell330: Bears schooling the Niners
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:25 PM - red4tribe: Yep the gist of the article seemed to be that if the Niners started losing things were going to blow up
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:25 PM - Baked: 3 1-1 teams with an 0-2 chicago would have been awesome
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:26 PM - rodell330: Harbaugh is a doing something right tho...Niners have been very good under him
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:26 PM - Dagger85: At least if the bears win, it's a niners loss
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:26 PM - 7thFloorRA: yep...too bad the refs kept chicago in the game
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:26 PM - Baked: the refs really won this for chicago dammit
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:26 PM - Dagger85: It's not over yet
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:26 PM - rodell330: Games not over
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:27 PM - Zeck180: Well the NFC N looks like 1-1 all the way
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:27 PM - Dagger85: This isn't cutler. This is Kaepernick throwing to the wrong team
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:27 PM - rodell330: I hate both teams so I'm neutral because the Bears will probably lose next week
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:27 PM - red4tribe: The Cowboys really moved the ball well on the 49ers last week too, Romo just killed them over and over again with turnovers, maybe the niners D is beatable
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:28 PM - Dagger85: So this all means the Bills are better than the 49ers ;)
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:28 PM - red4tribe: Rodell, you think the Jets will beat the Bears?
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:29 PM - Zeck180: I hope it's the 9ers D making cutler look good.
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:30 PM - red4tribe: Why couldn't we do this to kapernick?
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:30 PM - easyk83: Eh the Bears still suck, and I don't mind the Seahawks and 9ners looking mortal today
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:31 PM - Dagger85: Maybe we can this year
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:31 PM - Dagger85: Niners defense doesn't look like the norm
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:31 PM - rodell330: Yes I do think the Jets will beat the Bears.
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:31 PM - easyk83: If the 9ners take a step back this year does Harbaugh bolt to Ann Arbor?
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:31 PM - red4tribe: I hope you're right
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:32 PM - rodell330: We can't do this to the Niners because we don't wrap up
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:32 PM - red4tribe: Yeah, the Bears tackle pretty well
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:32 PM - realcaliforniacheese: like spiders?
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:32 PM - Zeck180: All I care is if the Pack can start the season at lest 8-1.

Sep 14, 2014 at 8:32 PM - easyk83: hard to say how the defense will look further into the season
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:33 PM - Dagger85: If they look like the second half today, we will be fine. Gotta be consistent
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:34 PM - Zeck180: If D plays well like the past 3 seasons Pack might end 11-5/10-6
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:34 PM - realcaliforniacheese: I benched marshall and davis is my tight end and to make it worse my wife is rooting for the bears. I see a divorce in my future
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:35 PM - realcaliforniacheese: although I must say I like to see Kaperpunk in the dirt
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:35 PM - Zeck180: ^ Could be worse a wife got a divorce because her husband didn't like the Frozen song
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:35 PM - Baked: i dont like the niners but chicago is in our division. cmon now
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:35 PM - rodell330: peppers played more of a dend today . And did anyone else notice Hawk play on the outside done and Matthews nice to the inside?
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:36 PM - Baked: and i hate the bears more
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:36 PM - Dagger85: Yeah, if the bears win at least it's against the niners
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:36 PM - 7thFloorRA: that song sucks
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:36 PM - red4tribe: I feel so divided over this game
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:36 PM - 7thFloorRA: i commend him
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:36 PM - rodell330: Some
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:36 PM - Dagger85: But no, I want Chicago to lose
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:36 PM - red4tribe: I am rooting for the 49ers, with the hope Kapernick continues to get a beatdown
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:36 PM - Baked: this game was over... right?
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:36 PM - Dagger85: But, I think the refs and kaep gave this game to Chicago more than Chicago earning it
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:37 PM - 7thFloorRA: until the refs got the bears 2 td drives
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:37 PM - Baked: i actually remember hoping for chicago to make a couple plays for my own entertainment....
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:37 PM - realcaliforniacheese: Never heard the frozen song, now I have to google it
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:37 PM - rodell330: Rodgers won't throw 3 ints so we should beat the Bears.
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:37 PM - Zeck180: At lest this game shows that Squidward is over rated
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:37 PM - red4tribe: eh, the biggest thing wasn't the refs, it was the three INT's
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:37 PM - Dagger85: We got
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:37 PM - Dagger85: Gotta beat the lions next week
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:38 PM - Dagger85: Rodger in a dome!
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:38 PM - red4tribe: 10 bucks to Boldin
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:38 PM - Baked: big conversion
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:38 PM - 7thFloorRA: They TOOK away the gore td on a bs call, thats 4 pts. The first 2 td drives had flags left and right for ticky tack holding/hand sto the face on 3rd downs
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:38 PM - red4tribe: or Crabtree
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:38 PM - realcaliforniacheese: I wonder if there's a tattoo of a **** on his bicep.
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:38 PM - Baked: as Kaepernick scrambled on that 4th I said "cmon buddy"
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:38 PM - Baked: i feel dirty
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:39 PM - Dagger85: I'm feeling overtime

Sep 14, 2014 at 8:39 PM - Baked: **** the bears tho
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:39 PM - red4tribe: I don't ever buy the "refs gave so and so the game". If there are bad calls, it tends to equal out usually
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:39 PM - Baked: im feeling a failed 2 pt conversion
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:39 PM - Baked: it didnt red tribe
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:39 PM - Baked: lol
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:40 PM - red4tribe: I can only think of one game the refs really blew, and I think you all can guess what game that was
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:40 PM - Baked: plus Kaepernick sucked
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:40 PM - Baked: hey guys wanna hear something immoral? my two fantasy QBs are Cutler and Squidward
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:40 PM - easyk83: We stopped the run today and against a pretty good rushing attack. Colon Winters and Giacomoni are solid, Ferguson and Mangold are starting to get up there in years but theyre damned good.
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:40 PM - Dagger85: So the cardinals could be in 1st place ahead of the Seahawks and niners lol
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:41 PM - Baked: anyone else have Jordy on their fantasy team?
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:41 PM - 7thFloorRA: i did
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:41 PM - 7thFloorRA: i do
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:41 PM - red4tribe: I do
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:42 PM - Baked: im in a ppr league. 35.9 pts this week
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:42 PM - rodell330: cardinals will stumble just wait. they should've lost to San Diego..they do play good defense tho
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:43 PM - Baked: lolllll
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:43 PM - Baked: wtf SF
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:43 PM - red4tribe: Cards went 10-6 last year, could do the same again
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:43 PM - Dagger85: This is the ballgame
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:44 PM - Baked: cmon Kaep
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:44 PM - realcaliforniacheese: throw it to Holmes, I need points
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:44 PM - Baked: ball game
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:44 PM - Baked: lol fail
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:44 PM - red4tribe: game
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:45 PM - Dagger85: Lol. Way to go 49ers
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:45 PM - rodell330: The wild card is coming out of the NFC South so we need to win the division
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:45 PM - Baked:

Sep 14, 2014 at 8:45 PM - Zeck180: NFC N all 1-1
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:45 PM - red4tribe: too aggressive there
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:45 PM - Baked: thanks SF
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:45 PM - Dagger85: It must suck to never have won a game in their new stadium
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:45 PM - Baked: **********
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:45 PM - Rodgers in the House: wow. wont hear the end of that one.
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:45 PM - realcaliforniacheese: well, after two weeks everyone is tied again. Until we run the tables the next 3 games.

Sep 14, 2014 at 8:45 PM - Baked: WTF just happened
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:46 PM - rodell330: Wow bears win
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:46 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I dont know whether to be upset or think that's funny
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:46 PM - realcaliforniacheese: the punk blew it.
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:47 PM - Dagger85: If you would've told me when we were down 21-3 earlier that we could end the night tied in the division, I would take it lol
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:47 PM - Baked: im upset
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:47 PM - Rodgers in the House: I'm kind of happier SF lost because we can beat the Bears, especially when it counts.
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:47 PM - realcaliforniacheese: get baked
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:47 PM - red4tribe: I don't care too much, this could help us in the long term if you think about it
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:47 PM - Rodgers in the House: SF losing may work for us later in the playoffs. If we get there.
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:47 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: On one hand I wanted the Bears 0-2, but on the other, I think it's funny that the NFC West talk is going to take a knock on the head now lol
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:47 PM - rodell330: Lol Harbaugh
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:47 PM - red4tribe: If we beat the Bears(like we usually do) and finish in a tie with the niners for a playoff bye it helps with the tiebreaker a lot, which is SOS
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:48 PM - Baked: i think chicago is better than SF tho
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:48 PM - Rodgers in the House: Bears beating SF in SF is a statement.
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:49 PM - Dagger85: I was thinking the same thing red4tribe. We don't play SF and we do play the bears twice. Always good when talented NFC teams lose
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:49 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Kapernick will never be named in the list of elite QBs for sure
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:49 PM - Dagger85: How about those first place Cardinals! Hahaha
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:49 PM - realcaliforniacheese: wow, I'm still trying to acclimate to not having to go to work after Sunday football
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:49 PM - 7thFloorRA: can't believe they popped kaep for an unsportsmanlike n-bomb
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:50 PM - Carl: I think the Cardinals could be pretty good.
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:50 PM - Baked: i know 7FRA
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:51 PM - realcaliforniacheese: you can't make any judgements based on the first few games in September anymore.
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:51 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Yeah the Cards might be legit this year, hard to say, but I certainly think the 9ers could be on a downturn this year, I hope at least
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:51 PM - Baked: this is good. bears will choke and now they have a worse draft spot
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:52 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: then again the Bills who beat the Bears last week are also 2-0, it's hard to say whether or not this is one of those mirage years like 2011 was for them, or if they really have turned the clocks back to the good old days again
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:52 PM - 7thFloorRA: the 49ers are better than the bears but they looked like they half assed it, then the refs aided 2 chicago td's and they couldnt get back on the gas...and kaep was awful
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:54 PM - rodell330: Lol Trent dilfer was a terrible qb but I actually like him as a analyst at times
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:56 PM - rodell330: rG3 will be in another uniform next year.
Sep 14, 2014 at 8:58 PM - Baked: why does kaepernick get a penalty for sayin ***** in the heat of the moment but willie young can go fishing the whole night
Sep 14, 2014 at 9:00 PM - 7thFloorRA: Cousins looks really good....and is as much of a saint as Tebow but never puts it in your face. The dude was a 3 year captain at MSU if that says anything. I have NEVER heard of a sophomore captian

Sep 14, 2014 9:04 PM - pacmaniac: So the Bears can beat the 9ers, but we can't???
Sep 14, 2014 9:05 PM - rodell330: karpernick beat the Niners with his turnovers
Sep 14, 2014 9:06 PM - dbain21: ya I'm pretty disappointed about that thought pacmaniac. At their place in a brand new stadium none the less. I do think its a different niners team than the last 3 years though
Sep 14, 2014 9:24 PM - PackManDan: 1-1 for all 4 teams in the NFC North. Interesting
Sep 14, 2014 9:40 PM - easyk83: whelp the SoL will be 1 and 2 next week
Sep 14, 2014 9:40 PM - easyk83: Lots of religious players in the league
Sep 14, 2014 9:40 PM - easyk83: Reggie White, Steve Young, Kurt Warner, heck even Phill RIvers
Sep 14, 2014 9:41 PM - easyk83: the difference is that these guys didn't go out of there way to be seen praying as much as Tebow has and did
Sep 14, 2014 10:11 PM - Vrill: NFC is looking wide open for now.....
Sep 14, 2014 10:36 PM - Dagger85: Yep. Seattle is human, our division is tied, 49ers look like the offseason worries about them struggling could happen, the saints are 0-2.....this is going to be a crazy season.
Sep 15, 2014 1:32 AM - Zartan: Richard Sherman EXPOSED!!! LOL
Sep 15, 2014 1:32 AM - Zartan: All thanks to the San Diego Super Chargers
Sep 15, 2014 1:32 AM - Zartan: Of all times
Sep 15, 2014 1:32 AM - Zartan: teams
Sep 15, 2014 1:34 AM - Zartan: http://ftw.usatoday.com/2014/09/ric...idnt-talk-seattle-seahawks-san-diego-chargers
Sep 15, 2014 1:34 AM - Zartan: XD
Sep 15, 2014 1:34 AM - Zartan: See Arron Rodgers Richard Sherman isnt this big Scary Guy...
Sep 15, 2014 1:35 AM - Zartan: If ****ing Phillp Rivers could do you you can too
Sep 15, 2014 2:47 AM - Wood Chipper: Aaron Rodgers had no need to throw at Richard Sherman when he was only covering Boykin which is our 4th best receiver.
Sep 15, 2014 5:29 AM - rodell330: Exactly Boykins who's actually IMO the 5th best wr. It's was no accident that Adams is getting a lot of his reps and I wouldn't be shocked if Janis moved pass him as the 4th wr. If were not going to get any production from the tightends we mise well go 4 wide on passing plAys and have Janis in there as another deep threat. No ones worried about Boykins running by anyone
Sep 15, 2014 5:45 AM - Raptorman: By not even going to Boykin the Packer gave up half the field, which made it easier for the Seahawks to defened. I think if they had thron at Sherman, the other side would have opened up more. Even the Vikngs threw at Sherman last year.
Sep 15, 2014 6:13 AM - Luca: I don't think it was about throwing to Sherman. It was about not getting open versus Sherman. Boykin is a slow but physical receiver, he won't get open versus Sherman, and therefore Rodgers won't throw it to him. It think that Cobb with his quickness (not speed) could have gotten open versus Sherman. Keenan Allen showed some nice double moves to beat Sherman. I think Cobb could do the same.
Sep 15, 2014 6:18 AM - Luca: By the way, San Diego used their running backs in a nice fashion. They threw 9 passes to their backs, and the Seattle D had trouble defending those. Especially Woodhead is a great weapon for them.
Sep 15, 2014 6:43 AM - Raptorman: At the same time, no one else but Boykin lined up against Sherman, how often do Packer WR's stay on one side of the field?
Sep 15, 2014 7:46 AM - Zartan: Aparenty the Packers gave given up 21 points in the past 12 games. Which is a current league record
Sep 15, 2014 8:30 AM - Green and Gold: Hats off to Davante Adams.
Sep 15, 2014 8:30 AM - easyk83: Davante looked really good playing inside and out, he ermerges it might make Cobb expendable... if Cobb wants too much.
Sep 15, 2014 8:33 AM - Green and Gold: Seriously. Some really solid catches. He's got a good future with us.
Sep 15, 2014 8:34 AM - Green and Gold: Boykin didn't see much of the field after that drop and Adams ate up that opportunity.
Sep 15, 2014 8:35 AM - Green and Gold: Rodgers makes most everyone on the offense look better then they are...but Jordy is the only one who somehow manages to make Rodgers look better.
Sep 15, 2014 8:37 AM - Green and Gold: Where has Casey Hayward been this year. I don't think I heard his name called once the entire game.
Sep 15, 2014 8:45 AM - 7thFloorRA: He got pulled yesterday in favor of house I believe. House took tramon's spot and tramon casey's
Sep 15, 2014 8:46 AM - 7thFloorRA: I personally like that defense better. I think those guys are way better at man than zone. less thinking and more instinctive reacting
Sep 15, 2014 9:04 AM - 7thFloorRA: AD has been reinstated. Stay classy Minnesota.
Sep 15, 2014 9:09 AM - easyk83: I would like to see more 8 man boxes with press man coverage, we play Seattle or San Fran again use a safety against those jet sweeps and outside option runs.

Sep 15, 2014 at 9:31 AM - rodell330: Our safeties havnt proven they can cover good enough or ilbs to play 8 in the box. That's probably why Capers plays so much zone in the 1st place. Draft backers who can cover at least tightends and problem solved .
Sep 15, 2014 at 9:37 AM - Murgen: Wow, Wilfs show they are ****** bags...Well, we kinda already knew that.
Sep 15, 2014 at 10:14 AM - 7thFloorRA: Clay is taking some serious heat today on the radio for his run defense
Sep 15, 2014 at 10:34 AM - easyk83: Our linebackers couldn't cover so well back in 2010 and we played with a lot of single high safety
Sep 15, 2014 at 10:34 AM - easyk83: IMHO we have more pass rushing talent now than we did back in 2010, although we miss Collins big time
Sep 15, 2014 at 10:52 AM - 7thFloorRA: I think if you keep Jones and Burnett off the field and let it rip with some of these younger guys then this D might be better. They seem so businesslike and systematic with their personnel . Just let it rip already
Sep 15, 2014 at 10:54 AM - Dagger85: I was worried about the saints defense before the season started, but if they don't improve, rodgers will throw all over them in a few weeks.
Sep 15, 2014 at 11:22 AM - rodell330: Yea I agree it's like Burnett has to play and so firs Jones if he's not hurt. Burnett disappoints me because he showed so much promise in his first two yrs but has fallen off. Jones on the other hand has never impressed me even when he was on the outside yet he keeps finding his way into the lineup.
Sep 15, 2014 at 11:36 AM - longtimefan: http://blogs.twincities.com/vikings...eleases-statement-case-involving-child-abuse/
Sep 15, 2014 at 11:36 AM - longtimefan: I am not a perfect son. I am not a perfect husband. I am not a perfect parent, but I am, without a doubt, not a child abuser. I am someone that disciplined his child and did not intend to cause him any injury. No one can understand the hurt that I feel for my son and for the harm I caused him. My goal is always to teach my son right from wrong and that’s what I tried to do that day.
Sep 15, 2014 at 11:38 AM - longtimefan: I have to live with the fact that when I disciplined my son the way I was disciplined as a child, I caused an injury that I never intended or thought would happen. I know that many people disagree with the way I disciplined my child. I also understand after meeting with a psychologist that there are other alternative ways of disciplining a child that may be more appropriate.
Sep 15, 2014 at 11:41 AM - D3uc3: Capers isn't going to not play Burnett he will reduce his playing time, but not play after him being resigned for $20 mill he's gonna play he is a safety who when he played beside Collins he showed major promise, but now is barely holding a roster spot if were not for his contract hit he would have probably been gone.
Sep 15, 2014 at 11:51 AM - longtimefan: jets packers on NFLN rewind at 730 Grene Bay time tonight
Sep 15, 2014 at 11:52 AM - Dagger85: Just saw that. May DVR it since it's the same time as MNF
Sep 15, 2014 at 12:20 PM - longtimefan: vikings are being blasted by media at their news conference
Sep 15, 2014 at 12:20 PM - Carl: Burnett had a good game yesterday
Sep 15, 2014 at 12:32 PM - Dagger85: Yeah, those questions weren't held bad.
Sep 15, 2014 at 12:54 PM - Dagger85: Back*
Sep 15, 2014 at 12:56 PM - Forget Favre: I don't get it why AP is not cut or suspended for being as bad as Ray Rice. I don't think one is worse than the other. A woman gets knocked out. A child gets lacerations. There are photos of both. Why does AP get a break? And just one game? F the NFL and the way they are handling this.
Sep 15, 2014 at 1:01 PM - 7thFloorRA: i dont understand what due process is going to do in this case. The pics and the admittance of doing it are enough to keep him out until due process is finished. This story isn't going to get better its either as is or its worse
Sep 15, 2014 at 1:03 PM - Dagger85: If this weren't AP and it were a practice squad player, I think he would be gone. If they pretend he isn't getting special treatment is ridiculous.
Sep 15, 2014 at 1:03 PM - Dagger85: It's
Sep 15, 2014 at 1:08 PM - Carl: The Vikings aren't going to cut him. He's way too good.
Sep 15, 2014 at 1:08 PM - Forget Favre: Like I needed more reasons to hate the Vikings.
Sep 15, 2014 at 1:10 PM - easyk83: Yeah wtf Adrian
Sep 15, 2014 at 1:10 PM - easyk83: Year of the runningback
Sep 15, 2014 at 1:11 PM - easyk83: Of course brain damage has been linked to aggression
Sep 15, 2014 at 4:18 PM - rodell330: That piece on Ben Utecht was heart warming. My son is a stud but I'm seriously considering not letting him play football until highschool.
Sep 15, 2014 at 4:18 PM - rodell330: He's 6
Sep 15, 2014 at 4:53 PM - Powarun: Think AP will be suspended soon. League really doesn't need this drama. Its almost turning in to a soap opera.
Sep 15, 2014 at 5:06 PM - red4tribe: There needs to be some sort of consistency, you can't have one guy get the benifiet of the doubt and continue to play while the other gets banned indefinetely
Sep 15, 2014 at 5:22 PM - Dagger85: Rooting for the colts tonight. Always good to see good NFC teams lose to help us at the end
Sep 15, 2014 at 5:23 PM - Dagger85: Plus, I'm just not a big eagles fan
Sep 15, 2014 at 5:28 PM - 7thFloorRA: goodness.....now another AD child beating accusation is out
Sep 15, 2014 at 5:35 PM - rodell330: Still upset TT didn't take Mikheal Kendricks!!!

Sep 15, 2014 at 5:37 PM - Dagger85: Vikes
Sep 15, 2014 at 5:48 PM - 7thFloorRA: That is some awful PR for the Vikes......and they deserve every bit of it for reinstating this monster
Sep 15, 2014 at 5:53 PM - Dagger85: I can't believe with everything going on that they did.
Sep 15, 2014 at 5:53 PM - Dagger85: Do you think that late tonight/tomorrow they deactivate him again?
Sep 15, 2014 at 5:55 PM - 7thFloorRA: yes absolutely or the league will
Sep 15, 2014 at 5:55 PM - Dagger85: Now they look like fools (even more) no matter what. If he plays with this new story, it looks like they don't care. If they deactivate him again, it shows they were wrong and didn't look into it as well as they should
Sep 15, 2014 at 5:59 PM - rodell330: Philly making WLden looking he's actually good haha
Sep 15, 2014 at 5:59 PM - rodell330: Like
Sep 15, 2014 at 6:03 PM - Raptorman: Before you all hang Peterson in effigy why don't you wait to get some facts on it first. Jumping to conclusions is very dangerous. Just because there is a report does not make it true.
Sep 15, 2014 at 6:04 PM - Raptorman: If it's true, fine. But find out information before jumping to conclusion. You have already tried and convicted the man based on 5 lines of a story.
Sep 15, 2014 at 6:07 PM - Dagger85: They're saying now this was over a year ago.
Sep 15, 2014 at 6:08 PM - 7thFloorRA: Well there are the pictures and him admitting to doing it. I really don't know how much more there is to sort out
Sep 15, 2014 at 6:08 PM - Raptorman: And it was investagated and passed on.
Sep 15, 2014 at 6:08 PM - Raptorman: Every little thing that happened to one of his kids the last 11 years is going to gone over.
Sep 15, 2014 at 6:09 PM - Raptorman: I am sure this will not be the last thing that comes out. It never is.
Sep 15, 2014 at 6:09 PM - Raptorman: Ever take you kid the the ER after he did something. One of the things they do is seperate from your child and ask the child what happened
Sep 15, 2014 at 6:10 PM - Raptorman: you had better hope you kid tell the truth.
Sep 15, 2014 at 6:11 PM - Raptorman: About 15 years ago I know a guy who was accused of inapproiate behavior by one of the young ladies who worked for him.
Sep 15, 2014 at 6:11 PM - Raptorman: after about 9 months it came out that all she was trying to do was make her boyfriend jealous.
Sep 15, 2014 at 6:11 PM - Raptorman: she got a $500 fine for filing a false police report
Sep 15, 2014 at 6:12 PM - Raptorman: He, lost his buisness, lost his house, lost his wife and kids.
Sep 15, 2014 at 6:13 PM - 7thFloorRA: Well that is unfortunate but this isnt a he said/she said thing. This is him admitting to something horrible and the world has seen the pictures.
Sep 15, 2014 at 6:16 PM - Raptorman: In the firt one. Not the second. People are jumping on the second so called investagaton.
Sep 15, 2014 at 6:16 PM - Raptorman: I will be curious to see if the DA does go after whomever released the pictures.
Sep 15, 2014 at 6:22 PM - 7thFloorRA: im sure someone will be in trouble for that. the 1st grand jury or whomever saw those pics should be investigated as well for not doing anything about the case initially
Sep 15, 2014 at 6:23 PM - Raptorman: The Houston TV station reported the mother of the 4-year-old -- from a different mother than the child he stands charged with abusing -- filed a report with Child Protective Services but no charges were filed.
Sep 15, 2014 at 6:23 PM - Raptorman: "An adult witness admittedly insists Adrian did nothing inappropriate with his son," Hardin said in the statement to media.
Sep 15, 2014 at 6:24 PM - Raptorman: Thats on the so called new allegation. We shall see were it goes. I prefer to hear the facts before i crucify anyone.
Sep 15, 2014 at 6:26 PM - Raptorman: The same law that peterson was charged under puts forth the fact that the information is not supposed to be made public.
Sep 15, 2014 at 6:26 PM - Raptorman: So we shall see if the DA goes after the person who leaked all this so called information.
Sep 15, 2014 at 6:26 PM - Raptorman: it certianly makes his job harder.
Sep 15, 2014 at 6:33 PM - Dagger85: Radisson Hotel chain is suspending it's sponsorship of the Vikings
Sep 15, 2014 at 6:33 PM - Dagger85: That whole team is looking ridiculous for this
Sep 15, 2014 at 6:38 PM - Raptorman: Well the owner of one of the Vikings forums I was on shut it down.

Sep 15, 2014 at 6:56 PM - Raptorman: So now it belong to three Packer forum, a Vikings forum and a Bears forum.
Sep 15, 2014 at 6:56 PM - Dagger85: Are you a Vikings fan? What is the general feeling of the fanbase over the reinstatement?
Sep 15, 2014 at 7:05 PM - Raptorman: Ah yeah. The lone Vikings fan keeping all you Packer fans here in line. :)
Sep 15, 2014 at 7:06 PM - Raptorman: Most were surprised but understood it. Some are ticked. Some can't handle the fact that it happened.
Sep 15, 2014 at 7:06 PM - Raptorman: Words of wisdom. Never put a player on a pedestal, they are human and have human frailities.
Sep 15, 2014 at 7:07 PM - Raptorman: Some can't understand why the Vikings reinstated him.
Sep 15, 2014 at 7:07 PM - Raptorman: The NFL created this mess with suspensions and they have to clean it up.
Sep 15, 2014 at 7:14 PM - Dagger85: Yep. It's going to take some time.
Sep 15, 2014 at 7:17 PM - Zartan: Raptorman you arnt the only viking fan here. What happen to that Skol viking character
Sep 15, 2014 at 7:21 PM - Raptorman: Well he only shows up every once in a while. I have a room here.
Sep 15, 2014 at 7:27 PM - Dagger85: This fast paced eagles offense looks......bad
Sep 15, 2014 at 7:41 PM - 7thFloorRA: man....as much as we dislike brad Jones i couldn't imagine how the colts fans feel about mr "only here for the paycheck" trent richardson
Sep 15, 2014 at 7:44 PM - Dagger85: And of course now they do look unstoppable
Sep 15, 2014 at 7:50 PM - Raptorman: now it gets good after i turned it off?
Sep 15, 2014 at 7:53 PM - 7thFloorRA: kind of like last night
Sep 15, 2014 at 8:18 PM - 7thFloorRA: now its really like last night. the no call on the int and the non existant horse collar are as bad as the gifts the bears got last night
Sep 15, 2014 at 8:49 PM - Dagger85: Wow, they came back won it. Two weeks in a row. They may wa
Sep 15, 2014 at 8:49 PM - Dagger85: Not want to try that next week. They won't always get that lucky
Sep 15, 2014 at 8:51 PM - 7thFloorRA: they have no lb's though. I think they are down to 4th string

Sep 16, 2014 9:40 PM - Dagger85: Saw that Crabtree worked out for Dolphins. Hope he makes it.
Sep 16, 2014 9:40 PM - Dagger85: I wish him success, just not the week they play us :)
Sep 17, 2014 4:58 AM - Vltrophy: I trade him for 1st round picks in my ff leagues & a 2nd & 4th in another
Sep 17, 2014 4:59 AM - Vltrophy: Didn't draft him in any new leagues I got in
Sep 17, 2014 5:03 AM - Vltrophy: Lavar A. On NFL AM wearing red pants grey sports jacket. Not a good combo choice
Sep 17, 2014 5:04 AM - Vltrophy: Vikings made decision & came out w/it about 1am. How weak
Sep 17, 2014 5:05 AM - Vltrophy: Only pulled him b/c money talks & BS walks
Sep 17, 2014 6:31 AM - Raptorman: Welcome to the world of intetnet lynching. Were people on the internet and sponsers determine what happen to players accused of crimes. Justice be dammed.
Sep 17, 2014 6:32 AM - Raptorman: Now people will start complaining because he is getting paid. In 3 2 1.....
Sep 17, 2014 7:01 AM - red4tribe: Now what am I supposed to do with Peterson in my fantasy league?
Sep 17, 2014 7:10 AM - AZpackerbacker: He should have been pulled.......even if he were a Packer I would have been for it.......if he wasn't a superstar, there wouldn't have even been an issue......
Sep 17, 2014 8:24 AM - red4tribe: After the ray rice debacle there was no way he was going to play
Sep 17, 2014 10:02 AM - NorthWestCheeseHead: I mean, why deactivate him one week then turn around and try to let him play the next? Maybe if Ziggy wasn't two faced about it the "internet" wouldn't have said anything.
Sep 17, 2014 10:28 AM - Forget Favre: This might be the end for AP in the NFL. Otherwise this will not sit well with the fans who want justice for the kid after the Ray Rice incident.
Sep 17, 2014 10:43 AM - MiamiBeachPacker: I really don't think he's done playing in the NFL
Sep 17, 2014 10:56 AM - Raptorman: In theory he could accept a plea deal on Oct. 8th, be suspended 6 games and be back for the last 5 games. Suspending him more than 6 games will be tough once plea deal is in place. Much more and it will seem like the NFL piling on.
Sep 17, 2014 10:57 AM - Raptorman: Especially since they sat him the first part of the year.
Sep 17, 2014 11:37 AM - Vltrophy: AD will play in the NFL again. Whether it's for the Vikings or another team he will play. There's already some teams interested in Rice should he win his appeal
Sep 17, 2014 11:39 AM - Vltrophy: The Vikings deactivating AD put pressure on the Panthers to do the same to Hardy. I heard his game check is. $700K
Sep 17, 2014 11:40 AM - Vltrophy: Hardy's game check that is
Sep 17, 2014 11:43 AM - Vltrophy: AD is supposed to make about $14M next year about $15M the following. AD needs to re set his date of when he thinks he'll beat Emmit Smiths rushing record
Sep 17, 2014 11:44 AM - 7thFloorRA: Calvin Johnson and Reggie Bush need to get a week off for comments that are insensative to this topic
Sep 17, 2014 11:44 AM - Vltrophy: Which he won't beat IMO. Even if he didn't miss these games
Sep 17, 2014 11:45 AM - Vltrophy: Jamis Winston to be suspended for 1/2 a game is laughable
Sep 17, 2014 11:46 AM - easyk83: was the half game for drugging and ****** some girl or was it for stealing crab legs?
Sep 17, 2014 11:47 AM - easyk83: ah making an obscene statement in the student union, they must be running a three strikes policy down there in FSU
Sep 17, 2014 11:47 AM - 7thFloorRA: Winston is a damn fool. and its for jumping up on a table and screaming and obscene phrase. deadspin has the phrase
Sep 17, 2014 12:40 PM - AZpackerbacker: Piling on???? The man beat a 4 y/o kid with a tree branch!......hes a POS and doesn't deserve to play another down in the NFL period.
Sep 17, 2014 1:21 PM - Forget Favre: Regarding AP: That did not seem like an apology. That seemed more like a justification. The only thing he is sorry for is that he got caught. If he hadn't then he wouldn't have felt sorry, if he does at all, which I doubt.
Sep 17, 2014 1:27 PM - Forget Favre: @7thFloor: Actions speak louder than words so in this case I'm bothered by actions and think those who actually did something should get the consequences instead of those who just say something about it.
Sep 17, 2014 1:34 PM - AZpackerbacker: Yep....he is human......and he should be punished for acting like an animal. You don't beat 4 year olds. My parents were wrong on this, and so is he.
Sep 17, 2014 1:37 PM - buggybill2003: I`m not defending him here, but how many of us were disciplined by our parents years ago ? Taking a switch to the child was wrong but if that was the way he was brought up, discipling that way would appear normal to him.
Sep 17, 2014 1:38 PM - longtimefan: A one time hit over pants with not a lot of force isnt horrible... Forcefully using a swtich on bare skin to the point of blood loss is abuse
Sep 17, 2014 1:39 PM - Vltrophy: Rivera is so full of ****. He threw the Vikings under the bus then said the climate is changing. He said they felt it was the right thing to let Hardy play wk1 now the climate changed. It's called bud lite & Vikings putting AD in the exempt list & Hardy chose this but earlier ESPN noted Hardy didn't agree to it
Sep 17, 2014 1:39 PM - longtimefan: That was out of anger.. Def between controlling emtion when spanking then what ap did

Sep 17, 2014 at 1:41 PM - buggybill2003: thats what I said, but AP said he was brought up that way, so it was kind of normal for him. I AM NOT advocating that behaviour although I do think things have gone too far now regarding parental disciplining.

Sep 17, 2014 at 2:52 PM - Dagger85: What is it lately? Ridiculous
Sep 17, 2014 at 3:08 PM - MiamiBeachPacker: What AP did was wrong, but there is nothing wrong with disciplining your child
Sep 17, 2014 at 3:39 PM - Dagger85: Why isn't espn reporting on Dwyer
Sep 17, 2014 at 4:51 PM - red4tribe: I think you should be entitled to discipline your child how you want as long as it is withing reason....beating a four year old so badly that he has cuts on his ******* is not within reason. Especially considering Peterson has been accused of abuse in the past.
Sep 17, 2014 at 5:09 PM - Vltrophy: STUPID STUPID STUPID!!! Yes I pray for these guys but how freakin stupid can u be. Dwyer RB for the Cardinals has been arrested for domestic abuse
Sep 17, 2014 at 5:11 PM - Vltrophy: Aggravated assault on 18 month old & 27 yr old. Already deactivated him. How freakin stupid
Sep 17, 2014 at 5:19 PM - Raptorman: Adrian Peterson is thanking Dwyer right now for being an idiot.
Sep 17, 2014 at 5:21 PM - Vltrophy: This happened back in July & just now finding out about it
Sep 17, 2014 at 5:24 PM - Vltrophy: Supposedly his wife & she took their son out of state. Police are looking for out of state hospital bills. If this is true she shouldn't have waited so late to come out
Sep 17, 2014 at 5:47 PM - Vltrophy: Dwyer admitted to the incidents but denies any physical assault took place
Sep 17, 2014 at 5:53 PM - Raptorman: Folks, sometimes these things take time to investigate. That is why there is timeframe between the incident and the charge. Petersons took place in May.
Sep 17, 2014 at 5:57 PM - Valhalla Express: *sad* Regardless of team, it sucks these kind of distractions are taking place and EPN/NFL Network are devoting so man useless updates to Rice-Peterson-Jingleheimerschmidt. Talk football. As far as the punishment goes, Peterson went overboard. Indefinite suspension without pay is warranted in my opinion. I am a member of FACA (Fans Against Child Abuse) and FAV (Fans Against Violence).
Sep 17, 2014 at 5:57 PM - Valhalla Express: Pardon my spelling... I have a dachshund sitting on my laptop helping me. lol
Sep 17, 2014 at 5:59 PM - Valhalla Express: By the way, good luck to you and your Packers this season. One thing we all agree on is we love the game of football.
Sep 17, 2014 at 6:01 PM - Valhalla Express: Side note: 60 minutes may be in the process of pulling up old police records from the late 50's through mid-70's to see how many players were arrested for domestic violence, DUI, etc.... no names or teams, just numbers. With the advent of the internet, information is instantanmjfslkb (Loki the dachshund) instantly at your finger tips.
Sep 17, 2014 at 6:04 PM - Valhalla Express: I remember a time where "war was for heroes and was John Wayne glorious"... then TV brought the Vietnam War into our living rooms. Then the public saw war for what it really was... an atrocity. I wonder what former NFL stars beat their children and wives/girlfriends back before instant information and the public never heard about it? I hope 60 Minutes comes out with it soon. I'd be interested.
Sep 17, 2014 at 7:21 PM - longtimefan: Discipline is fine. Even a small TAP on on a butt covered with clothing should be OK..the person should be calm..what the pics show is AP was in anger and that's wrong
Sep 17, 2014 at 7:33 PM - Valhalla Express: For my dad and grandma, age 8 was the age of accountability and you should know right freom wrong. Before that it was an open-hand swat on the butt. Age 8 and after, 4 swats with a rose switch or 5 with a barbers belt followed by a hug and "I love you and don't ever do that again." - AD was excessive. Period. For my seven kids, it is time out and electronics taken away for three days. They hate it

Sep 17, 2014 9:03 PM - Green and Gold: AP's being paid fully not to play while under indictment for child abuse
Sep 17, 2014 9:04 PM - Green and Gold: Remember when the only controversy this season was Kluwe calling the Vikings homophobic? I miss those days.
Sep 17, 2014 9:05 PM - 7thFloorRA: I miss the good ol days of the vikings sex boat scandal.
Sep 17, 2014 9:07 PM - Green and Gold: lol
Sep 17, 2014 9:07 PM - Green and Gold: It's now coming out that the pictures of the kid's injuries were taken a week AFTER the incident. I.E. that's how they looked after a week of healing.
Sep 17, 2014 9:08 PM - Green and Gold: No matter how you were raised as a child, such extreme discipline can't be tolerated by society or else it will just continue to the next generation.
Sep 17, 2014 9:11 PM - 7thFloorRA: maybe the next time AD has an injury he can use some 18th century medical procedures to heal such as blood letting.
Sep 18, 2014 9:10 AM - Wood Chipper: Remember the good ole days of Brett Favre pics? No one? Just me?
Sep 18, 2014 11:07 AM - red4tribe: Anyone else notice that there has been no talk of Michael Sam since this domestic violence debacle?
Sep 18, 2014 11:35 AM - Raptorman: Jerome Simpso, susended Viking for druy and alcohal was busted again. He's gone. Was supposed to comng of suspension this week. What an idiot.
Sep 18, 2014 11:57 AM - rodell330: These guys must not like playing in the NFL smh
Sep 18, 2014 12:13 PM - Forget Favre: @redtribe: Just wait until the first open gay NFL player has a domestic violent issue with his boyfriend.
Sep 18, 2014 1:52 PM - AZpackerbacker: what the heck does a player being gay have to do with DV? It can happen anywhere, and it's nothing to joke about.....smh
Sep 18, 2014 2:34 PM - Green and Gold: Megatron will get his, but as long as he is contained and not allowed to have a 10 catch, 150 yard, 2 touchdown kind of game it won't really matter.
Sep 18, 2014 4:26 PM - Vltrophy: In ALL of pro sports the Packers were ranked 8th. Would loved to be #1 but 8th in ALL 4 major pro sports is awesome
Sep 18, 2014 4:28 PM - Vltrophy: IMO the Seahawks only got 3rd b/c they won the SB. Spurs & NHL Ducks took 1 & 2
Sep 18, 2014 4:29 PM - Vltrophy: Our D has to step & not give the lions a 10,14 or even a bigger head start like we did the jets

Sep 18, 2014 6:36 PM - Zartan: Isnt he with the Vikings?
Sep 18, 2014 6:36 PM - Zartan: Still?
Sep 18, 2014 6:36 PM - Zeck180: No I think the vikes cut him last year
Sep 18, 2014 6:37 PM - Zeck180: or this year, you know I don't know its hard keeping track of vike QBs
Sep 18, 2014 6:38 PM - Zartan: Hes a Free Agent

Sep 18, 2014 at 8:05 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: all of which won the superbowl after they left, but that's years ago anyway, but to all the Glazer juniors, they been wrecking that team with bottom feeding QBs for years

Sep 18, 2014 at 8:10 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Their ownership has been sucky, not spending any money or drafts on QBs is what's wrecking them

Sep 18, 2014 at 10:54 PM - Forget Favre: From the link LTF posted: "Peterson played a football game just days after his 2-year-old's death. That's not learning much." I remember watching him in that game and he was on the sidelines laughing and smiling. Now, anyone has the right to laugh and smile but it just seemed wrong for him to be doing it at that time after expressing remorse over the death of this child.
Sep 18, 2014 at 11:13 PM - Dagger85: I think there's a strong chance he doesn't ever play for the Vikings again.
Sep 18, 2014 at 11:23 PM - Forget Favre: I hope he doesn't play football, even arena, ever again.

Sep 19, 2014 at 5:41 AM - Raptorman: He was told about the boy several months before the beating and DNA proved it several weeks before.
Sep 19, 2014 at 5:42 AM - Raptorman: They had arranged for him to met the boy, but before that could happen the beating took place. The first time AP saw the boy he was in the hospital in a coma.

Sep 19, 2014 at 1:52 PM - Forget Favre: So a player can be fined for doing things on the field even if it's not intentional or a reflexive reaction but yet nothing happens to Bad-hell? Seems like there should be potential consequences to keep him in line. When he screws up he just throws up his hands and says, "My bad!" and moves on. Its good to be the king.
Sep 19, 2014 at 1:55 PM - weeds: Yeah.. they gave us the Statue of Liberty...but we had to build the base and assemble it. Thats like getting a car for a gift, but in 7,000 boxes with instructions written by an angry Chinese guy
Sep 19, 2014 at 1:56 PM - weeds: France = Walmart?
Sep 19, 2014 at 1:57 PM - weeds: heh heh heh ... sorry. a little something here to alienate just about everyone.
Sep 19, 2014 at 1:58 PM - Forget Favre: It's curious how a lot of disaster movies will use parts of the Statue of Liberty or shows her falling apart during the disaster. Planet of the Apes, Cloverfield, Deep Impact, etc, etc.
Sep 19, 2014 at 2:00 PM - Forget Favre: When I was in NY at 9 yrs young, I climbed up into the Statue of Liberty and looked out though a window in the base of the crown. That was neat how they let us do that. And I think tourists used to be able to climb up the arm and out onto the torch.
Sep 19, 2014 at 2:01 PM - Forget Favre: Here in Madison someone has set up the top of the head and the arm and torch of Lady Liberty on one of the frozen lakes. It's always fun to see that.
Sep 19, 2014 at 2:07 PM - realcaliforniacheese: I don't hate GITMO, Other than the fact we are keeping people without trial. I just thought I remembered you were stationed there.
Sep 19, 2014 at 2:08 PM - realcaliforniacheese: France also gave us French Kissing :p
Sep 19, 2014 at 2:11 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: What pissed me off big time about that presser was when he spoke on the note of how since he's been there, the officiating has made moves to improve the game quality for fans
Sep 19, 2014 at 2:11 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: bs
Sep 19, 2014 at 2:11 PM - realcaliforniacheese: Your lakes are frozen right now? I heard you only had two seasons ;)
Sep 19, 2014 at 2:11 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: since he's been here, I don't know that I have ever seen officiating become as bad or as lazy as what it is today
Sep 19, 2014 at 2:12 PM - realcaliforniacheese: Big BS, they are killing the game with over officiating.
Sep 19, 2014 at 2:13 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Yes, flag every other play and just a ton of lazy calls, and with all the new rules, they are not spending any money on the referee training program
Sep 19, 2014 at 2:16 PM - realcaliforniacheese: The book is just too complicated. these guys are lawyers and other professionals and it confuses them. I especially hate how they explain everything. give me a signal and start the clock

Sep 19, 2014 at 2:25 PM - realcaliforniacheese: Cracked me up when EDS hiked the ball over the QB's head.
Sep 19, 2014 at 2:32 PM - Forget Favre: Same here. And my GF picked the Bucs. I haven't had this much fun watching a game in a long time!
Sep 19, 2014 at 2:32 PM - realcaliforniacheese: Gotta go square a site for my new shed, have a good one

Sep 19, 2014 at 5:23 PM - Zeck180: "Don't take me to the elevator!" Best part of the Goodell freak show

Sep 20, 2014 10:28 PM - ExpatPacker: Howard Stern was funny and a breath of fresh air when he started, but after so many years his act is old.
Sep 21, 2014 7:22 AM - gatorpack: Go Pack Go!
Sep 21, 2014 7:58 AM - realcaliforniacheese: I was stationed at Andrews AFB when Stern had a show on DC 101, this was in 79, When the hostages were taken he tried to call the Ayatollah on the air.
Sep 21, 2014 7:59 AM - realcaliforniacheese: But enough about him. It's Sunday, Time for FOOOTBAALLLL!!! GO PACK!!
Sep 21, 2014 8:35 AM - longtimefan: bulaga is starting
Sep 21, 2014 8:43 AM - gatorpack: Lions wont know what hit them!
Sep 21, 2014 8:44 AM - Dagger85: I'll take Rodgers vs. Lions secondary any day. They look rocky right now
Sep 21, 2014 8:47 AM - rodell330: Will Bulaga last the entire game? Will He require help from a tightend or r&b? Should be interesting. We need to run the ball. Havnt done squadron the ground two straight weeks.
Sep 21, 2014 9:03 AM - TeamTundra: Casey Hayward is also active
Sep 21, 2014 9:16 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: Almost time for the game, but I swear to god I am gonna butcher the next person who complains about Mike McCarthy
Sep 21, 2014 9:19 AM - lambeaulambo: Mccarthy starting brad jones
Sep 21, 2014 9:19 AM - lambeaulambo: jk
Sep 21, 2014 9:20 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: Even so, it's stupid how many fans here complain about one of the best coaches in the game right now
Sep 21, 2014 9:21 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: now Dom Capers, I can undrstand about that one, but do some people even know how bad our O was before MM came here?
Sep 21, 2014 9:21 AM - Green and Gold: Let's start this three game stretch off the right way by absolutely crushing the Lions.
Sep 21, 2014 9:24 AM - lambeaulambo: how bad our O was before MM came here? dude you ever heard of Mike Holmgren?
Sep 21, 2014 9:25 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: lol, I was thinking more of what Mike Sherman did to it, he just about ended Brett Favre's career
Sep 21, 2014 9:26 AM - lambeaulambo: as I recall ahman green was running the ball then
Sep 21, 2014 9:27 AM - Green and Gold: If Shields can shut down Megatron, then I'll be impressed.
Sep 21, 2014 9:27 AM - lambeaulambo: our running game became absent when mm walked in the door
Sep 21, 2014 9:27 AM - bubba: Sherman! That guy had no clue. Trades up in the 3rd to draft a punter who was horrible then keeps 2 punters on the roster all year. Unbelievable
Sep 21, 2014 9:28 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: wtf?
Sep 21, 2014 9:28 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: run game was absent?
Sep 21, 2014 9:28 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: did you forget about Ryan Grant?
Sep 21, 2014 9:30 AM - lambeaulambo: sherman was a horrible GM
Sep 21, 2014 9:30 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: bad coach too, he let old number 4 throw a bunch of hot toss beach balls around
Sep 21, 2014 9:30 AM - lambeaulambo: ryan grant IS NOT ahman green
Sep 21, 2014 9:30 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: and did nothing to rein him in
Sep 21, 2014 9:31 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: he was also a defense killer
Sep 21, 2014 9:31 AM - lambeaulambo: ill take the sherman D over todays any day of the week
Sep 21, 2014 9:31 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: wtf

Sep 21, 2014 9:32 AM - bubba: 4th and 26 HAHA!
Sep 21, 2014 9:32 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: he made Donatell the scapegoat for his terrible game mismanagement and then brought in that clown Bob Slowik to fix the defense

Sep 21, 2014 at 9:56 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: Well, that's why I keep saying enough of complaining about McCarthy
Sep 21, 2014 at 9:56 AM - Ogsponge: that being said I believe this is the game where Aaron Rodgers looks more like Aaron Rodgers
Sep 21, 2014 at 9:57 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: John Lynch calling this game
