Jan 31, 2018 2:35 PM - 4zone: Fresh garlic. Lots of it. I make what I call a 'gut bomb'. One 7 oz V-8, squirt of lemon juice, a squeeze of honey, a dash or two of cayenne pepper and a couple of fresh pressed cloves of garlic, mix well and chug. Several times a day.
Jan 31, 2018 2:37 PM - 4zone: You can also fress press some fresh onion in there as well, it is even better. Helps your immune system fight the bug better. Stay away from sugar totally, and drink lots of water. Suger will decimate your immune system.
