I don't think there is a "rift" between MM and AR, I think it between MM and TT. If they also fire MM, they will do whatever it takes to make AR happy, and hiring someone he has a good rapport with will probably be the first priority.

We didn't cut a single draft pick this year either. 40% of this team had 1 year experience at most at the begining of this year. Not enough leadership, not enough impact players. We had a decent starting lineup but our lack of depth was exposed. Injuries were piled up in two major positions eliminating our run game and pass defense totally.

Ever since our last SB win, they have approached the game with an attitude of entitlement. I believe that 'dross' has been well purged by now. Now we will see the metal of the men and their commitment to the work that now needs to come to take back the mountain they once perched on so carelessly.
