Dec 28, 2015 at 10:23 AM - Twiddlemylobes: We abandoned it because we got down by 17.
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:24 AM - Pokerbrat2000: Thanks Joe
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:25 AM - Twiddlemylobes: I'll take GB @Fedex
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:26 AM - adambr2: Unfortunately I don't think there's a way to know if we play Saturday or Sunday until after the final game. There doesn't seem to be a consistent pattern or formula
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:26 AM - Pokerbrat2000: so there it is.....lose Sunday.....the road to the SB is on the road but maybe a bit easier Wash->Carolina->AZ
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:27 AM - Twiddlemylobes: Yes poker. And then pray Arizona gets beat in the meantime. Ha
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:27 AM - Un4GivN: Don't count AZ for the NFC championship yet, they are very good. But 1s who look very good fall a lot in the playoffs
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:28 AM - Twiddlemylobes: It's hard to stay on top for 10+ weeks. Look at Carolina
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:28 AM - Pokerbrat2000: never count anyone out, but AZ looked like a very solid team yesterday and maybe that was due to the match up with us.
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:29 AM - Twiddlemylobes: I still can't believe AR threw that pic in the final 2 min 1st half. That was a major swing
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:30 AM - Pokerbrat2000: I don't bet on football, but if someone handed me a million $'s and said "pick an NFC team to go the the SB", would have to be AZ right now. Even with as bad as we looked yesterday, AZ was a big part of making us look that bad.
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:30 AM - Un4GivN: Think that was poor throw, the premise isn't bad... JJ makes those jump ball catches a lot but you have to get that ball higher.
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:31 AM - Pokerbrat2000: I agree Twiddle. Was going to be a tough game to win.....but score there and take the second half kick off and who knows. That was most definitely the turning point of the game.
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:32 AM - Pokerbrat2000: Down 10-3 or 10-7 sure feels better in that locker room then 17-0.
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:32 AM - Un4GivN: I think this weekend against Seattle will go a long way in telling if AZ can be stopped against the right matchup. Seattle played them hard early week 9 in a loss. I think they may be able to do it
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:35 AM - KyraReppe5: That was the changing point in yesterday's game for sure. Terrible throw. I was still hopeful, until Davante dropped the next TD pass and stopped at the 2 yard line. Why is he still getting playing time?
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:35 AM - Pokerbrat2000: NFC West looks like the strongest division, even with San Fran in there. Rams are going to be a good team if they find a QB
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:35 AM - Green and Gold: Don't look now, but Washington is playing well. Going into their home and winning wouldn't exactly be easy.
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:36 AM - Twiddlemylobes: We all know teams get overconfident and lower their opponents expectations. Let this big win go to the AZ heads and marinate a bit
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:36 AM - Pokerbrat2000: I think Adams is in there for 2 reasons, not much behind him and hope that he will work it out
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:36 AM - Un4GivN: Believe it or not, from a pure talent standpoint Davante is still the second most talented receiver the Packers have right now. Its really that simple.
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:37 AM - Green and Gold: The great thing about the playoffs is what happened to get there doesn't matter any more. All that matters is that game. Forget where we've been; it's where we're going that matters.
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:38 AM - Pokerbrat2000: Given they spent a #2 on Adams, the state of the whole offense, I don't see the coaching staff giving up on Adams until final cuts next year if this continues
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:38 AM - SeahawkFan80: And if you start peaking too early it hurts...if you peak too late it hurts....peaking at the right time is of paramount importance
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:40 AM - Pokerbrat2000: Packers are prime for a peak then!
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:41 AM - SeahawkFan80: You need to take care of MInnesota....that will determine your peak.
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:41 AM - Pokerbrat2000: sad to think that there are only 5 more games left in the Packers season
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:42 AM - Green and Gold: I hate waiting all day for the game. Hopefully the Packers show up on national TV .
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:42 AM - SeahawkFan80: Ya...I know....
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:42 AM - KyraReppe5: My issue with Adams is not just the fact he could not catch a beach ball, it's his laziness. Watch him give up on routes, always looking for a flag when he does not catch the ball, spiking the only catch he made to draw a flag. He's talentless and a loser. A terrible combination for a Packers offense. That's where people that play for Rex Ryan and Jerry Jones belong.
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:42 AM - adambr2: Adams has been beyond horrific the entire season. He's been given a season long leash when he should be #5 on the depth chart by now.
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:43 AM - Un4GivN: Krya, he actually isn't even close to near the top in dropped passes. Maybe 15th or so? Even percentage of passes he isn't high. And remember JJ through our super bowl year? The pass before halftime in Philly? Sometimes faith is reward because of things seen on the practice field.
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:44 AM - Green and Gold: People want MM to come to the podium and say "**** Adams, we should have drafted Landry" and drop the mic.
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:44 AM - Un4GivN: #5 lol.... Yep lets put Janis out there. His awareness is Pro bowl caliber at receiver.
Dec 28, 2015 at 10:44 AM - Pokerbrat2000: I'm not an Adams fan, but across the board, I don't think there is one player on the Packers offense this year that can say "I played my best all season". So as much as I want to blame this guy or that guy, everyone on offense, including AR is an underachiever this year so far.
