Nov 8, 2015 8:37 PM - adambr2: Hochulis crew just trying to hand the game to 'Americas team'
Nov 8, 2015 8:37 PM - 7thFloorRA: way to throw the flag well after dez whines about it
Nov 8, 2015 8:38 PM - 7thFloorRA: dez wasnt even playing the ball
Nov 8, 2015 8:38 PM - 7thFloorRA: terrible
Nov 8, 2015 8:38 PM - adambr2: Hope they take a shot and get tackled in bounds
Nov 8, 2015 8:39 PM - adambr2: Dallas illegal formation not called
Nov 8, 2015 8:40 PM - 7thFloorRA: cant you challenge the illegal formation?
Nov 8, 2015 8:40 PM - 7thFloorRA: like challenging 12 men?
Nov 8, 2015 8:40 PM - adambr2: No I don't think so. Would have to be from the booth right now anyway.
Nov 8, 2015 8:41 PM - adambr2: Centimeter more to the left and he misses
Nov 8, 2015 8:41 PM - 7thFloorRA: boooo
Nov 8, 2015 8:46 PM - GhostofCurly: Yeah that PI was bogus. Refs doing what they can for Jurrah.
Nov 8, 2015 8:57 PM - 7thFloorRA: Eagles!!!
Nov 8, 2015 8:57 PM - 7thFloorRA: Watching sad jerry is the best
Nov 8, 2015 9:12 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: wondet how many games in a row Atlanta is going to lose
Nov 8, 2015 9:12 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: wonder
Nov 8, 2015 9:12 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: man alive, losing to that awful 49er team
Nov 8, 2015 9:50 PM - Pokerbrat2000: I knew I should have been pulling for the Cowgirls based on the standings, but just couldn't
Nov 8, 2015 9:52 PM - 7thFloorRA: idk....they kind of need to be buried before Romo returns.
Nov 8, 2015 10:05 PM - Pokerbrat2000: true....will be nice to have them down and out before we play them
Nov 8, 2015 10:06 PM - Pokerbrat2000: maybe Hardy will even be in jail by them
Nov 9, 2015 5:24 AM - greenandgold: http://sports.yahoo.com/news/owners-banner-ripped-down-cam-023443728.html
Nov 9, 2015 5:25 AM - Vrill: im pretty sure 2-6 is buried. no team since 1990 has made the playoffs with a 2-6 start. if they go .500 (4-4) rest of the way, they finish 6-10. I don't see that happening.....
Nov 9, 2015 6:42 AM - Green and Gold: Down 23 on the road in the fourth is an easy time to hang your head, instead this defence was full of people who wanted to get in someone's face. And then they helped get the team to a place where they could've won.
Nov 9, 2015 6:42 AM - Green and Gold: I would way rather that aggression, even if its misplaced, than passive acceptance... let's just not make a habit of it.
Nov 9, 2015 7:54 AM - Dagger85: Rodgers threw for over 300 yards and 4 TDs against a great defense. We just came up short. Far from worried
Nov 9, 2015 8:02 AM - 7thFloorRA: 300 yds and 4 tds should win you a game every time. The defense was horrific
Nov 9, 2015 8:05 AM - PackerDNA: A sizeable chunk of the yards and TD's came after the game had gotten away from them. It's the problem with stats as the be all end all, not that I'm saying that's what you're doing, 7th.
Nov 9, 2015 8:13 AM - Circa1919: 7th is absolutely correct. If the D had shown up we may very well be looking at a closer game with Rodgers late stats
Nov 9, 2015 8:36 AM - Brett Favre 4: Does anyone think that the Packers need to make some improvements to the coaching staff?
Nov 9, 2015 8:47 AM - 7thFloorRA: Yes. there are mental errors from veteran players. that is on the coaches IMO
Nov 9, 2015 9:07 AM - Pokerbrat2000: I think the Packers are in need of a bit of a shake up personally. If that means demoting Clements and putting MM back in charge of play calling so be it. Can't fire Zook, ST's have been better this year and well.....I'm not going to the Fire Capers mode
Nov 9, 2015 9:09 AM - 7thFloorRA: How about picking up philbin off the street to help out with the O? Sure it would require humility on part of MM which IDK if he has. It can't hurt.
Nov 9, 2015 9:11 AM - Pokerbrat2000: I think Philbin is a great offensive mind, but I can't see TT or MM doing that, admission that they don't have the answers.
Nov 9, 2015 9:12 AM - Pokerbrat2000: IMO the offense we saw in the first 3 quarters is the offense we have without change, it will work against bad to average D's but won't get us to the SB especially on the road. I'm more concerned about our D though

Nov 9, 2015 at 9:17 AM - Pokerbrat2000: Guys on the D right now seem to be totally underachieving. Hayward isn't a starting CB and Dix needs to get his head on straight.
Nov 9, 2015 at 9:37 AM - sdh09e44: if one of those long balls from cam is defended, whole game is different. in particular the 3rd and 12 one to funchess for 52. that was a killer
Nov 9, 2015 at 9:38 AM - sdh09e44: it wasnt 3rd and 12 actually. but stil
Nov 9, 2015 at 9:48 AM - PackerDNA: Hasselbach made some great points this morning in that Newton left a lot of yards/plays on the field with poor throws. This could have been worse.
Nov 9, 2015 at 9:49 AM - PFanCan: it was 3rd and 22
Nov 9, 2015 at 9:53 AM - Carl: I thought it was 3rd an 16
Nov 9, 2015 at 9:55 AM - PackerDNA: Yeah, I'm thinking 3rd and 16 also. Which still sucks when converted.
Nov 9, 2015 at 10:00 AM - easyk83: hayward is a slot corner, doesnt belong anywhere else. Jake Ryan looks like he could atleast be a solid ILB, a step up from Palmer.
Nov 9, 2015 at 10:06 AM - 7thFloorRA: Dix threw Dom under the bus for that 3rd and 16 saying it was a 3 man rush and cam had all day and eventually a wr got freed up
Nov 9, 2015 at 10:06 AM - PFanCan: How about this: It was 3rd and too long to accept allowing them to get
Nov 9, 2015 at 10:06 AM - 7thFloorRA: As awful as dix was all day I do agree with him on that. Cam needs to be forced to make quick decisions
Nov 9, 2015 at 10:09 AM - Carl: Dix's guy was open the entire play.
Nov 9, 2015 at 10:19 AM - PackerDNA: Yeah, no real excuses for not stopping 3rd and 16. Especially when the guy is that open when by definition there are 8 guys commited to coverage on a max of 5 recievers.
Nov 9, 2015 at 10:40 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: Not having shields on that field does I think hurt more than we think, maybe not to the degree that losing Jordy has, but still significantly, what is disturbing though is that that Panthers team rarely scores above 30 in a game and the soft spots on that D were hard to watch. I'll hold out hope that he fixes this like last year, but if not we may need to move in another direction defensively
Nov 9, 2015 at 10:48 AM - melvin dangerr: I don't think having Sheilds on the field would have made any difference seeing he has been on the field the last three
Nov 9, 2015 at 10:49 AM - melvin dangerr: Clay was invisible that was a bit shocking I wonder was his ankle still bothering him
Nov 9, 2015 at 10:50 AM - 7thFloorRA: Shields only played a drive or so vs Denver. He at least knows where to go and has the speed to get there if he gets beat initially
Nov 9, 2015 at 10:50 AM - 7thFloorRA: Goodson is absolute crap and Casey isn't much better on the outside.
Nov 9, 2015 at 10:51 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: yup and Clay was not invisible, but Capers needs to let him shoot the gap more often
Nov 9, 2015 at 11:14 AM - thisisnate: Pats lose Dion Lewis for the rest of the year with torn ACL. Next upppppp.
Nov 9, 2015 at 11:16 AM - 7thFloorRA: i have never even heard of Dion Lewis
Nov 9, 2015 at 11:20 AM - thisisnate: he's been playing lights out for pats all year. but pats do that. make no-name shlubs into stars for a season.
Nov 9, 2015 at 11:24 AM - thisisnate: had like 250 rushing and 350 receiving yards and 3 or 4 TDs
Nov 9, 2015 at 11:25 AM - thisisnate: guess that's not as much as i thought he had, but still, very productive
Nov 9, 2015 at 11:26 AM - 7thFloorRA: more productive than BigGER ed.
Nov 9, 2015 at 11:27 AM - thisisnate: some fans have taken to calling Eddie "Feastmode" :(
Nov 9, 2015 at 11:38 AM - 7thFloorRA: both the bama guys were garbage yesterday. were they out partying after the big win over LSU?
Nov 9, 2015 at 11:40 AM - melvin dangerr: Would like to see more of ski at fullback( lobbying for him) hey MM read these shouts
Nov 9, 2015 at 11:55 AM - PackerFanLV: I call him baby Khun lol
Nov 9, 2015 at 12:02 PM - Vrill: I agree, RIP needs more PT. Hes like a Mike Alstott
Nov 9, 2015 at 12:08 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I'm sure he's bigger than Kuhn
Nov 9, 2015 at 12:16 PM - PackerFanLV: carolina yes he does look alot bigger i was just saying as far as body of work. jokingly
Nov 9, 2015 at 12:23 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: ahhh
Nov 9, 2015 at 12:28 PM - Pokerbrat2000: This may be Kuhns final year as a Packer if Ripp continues playing well.
Nov 9, 2015 at 12:31 PM - 7thFloorRA: Ripper had a great play yesterday and then returned to the bench never to be seen again.

Nov 9, 2015 at 12:41 PM - Pokerbrat2000: Well when you are down by 23 points, not much use for a FB.....unless its to make up for the lack of quality Tackles on both sides :coffee:
Nov 9, 2015 at 12:44 PM - Pokerbrat2000: Clements is going to have to get more creative with disguising the run....maybe its because I watch the Packers all the time.....but IMO their run formations are just too obvious.
Nov 9, 2015 at 12:46 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I know we all want a big play TE here, I certainly do, but before we mock TT for not getting Davis, be it known he had 0 catches for Denver yesterday
Nov 9, 2015 at 12:47 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: and if he doesn't beat out the overrated Owen Daniels, John Elway will have wasted the bank on him
Nov 9, 2015 at 12:48 PM - thisisnate: think it was kuhn's final year regardless of what rip did
Nov 9, 2015 at 12:49 PM - Shawnsta3: This^ it was also super weird seeing him whiff on a block that got Rodgers sacked in the first half.
Nov 9, 2015 at 12:50 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I miss the days of William Henderson, that guy never missed blocks
Nov 9, 2015 at 12:52 PM - SeahawkFan80: We had a decent TE in Mille r that we did not re-sign this year since we got Im Jimmy...wonder if he is out there still??
Nov 9, 2015 at 12:54 PM - Shawnsta3: Kuhn is one of the best pass blocking backs in the league..but I think his time is running low in this league
Nov 9, 2015 at 12:56 PM - Pokerbrat2000: Think you are talking about Zach Miller SHF? He only played in 3 games last year and he failed his physical this year
Nov 9, 2015 at 1:01 PM - easyk83: John Kuhn has been a versatile player but I'm not going to miss his dancing with the ball. When you outweigh someone by 50 pounds and you have the ball, dont run around him lower your head and crush him.
Nov 9, 2015 at 1:01 PM - easyk83: Aaron Ripkowski did what Kuhn has often failed to do, he flat out trucked a CB in the secondary.
Nov 9, 2015 at 1:04 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I wonder ... has Corey Lindsley been a failed expiriment?
Nov 9, 2015 at 1:05 PM - SeahawkFan80: Yes Poker.
Nov 9, 2015 at 1:06 PM - easyk83: How much is Corey Linsley and how much is the decline of TJ Lang?
Nov 9, 2015 at 1:06 PM - easyk83: Hes been injured and sick
Nov 9, 2015 at 1:06 PM - SeahawkFan80: I forgot about that. Probably read that he failed physical on my board too. Sometimes it pays to review. LOL
Nov 9, 2015 at 1:06 PM - easyk83: The guy is a beast when healthy but sooner or later nagging injuries come to bring him back to earth
Nov 9, 2015 at 1:07 PM - easyk83: BTW how bout that Jake Ryan, had a very Hawk like performance in the middle of the Defense. Nothing **** or eye popping but he managed to be where he was supposed to be.
Nov 9, 2015 at 1:14 PM - Shawnsta3: Are we really that bad off we're getting excited about "AJ Hawk like performances" at ILB?
Nov 9, 2015 at 1:15 PM - PackerDNA: Worst game I've seen Linsely have. Long term, I'm not worried about him.
Nov 9, 2015 at 1:30 PM - easyk83: haha, you're not going to have all pros at every position
Nov 9, 2015 at 1:30 PM - easyk83: you need a few solid players who can atleast hold down the fort while your playmakers make plays.
Nov 9, 2015 at 1:36 PM - 7thFloorRA: he wasnt chasing down plays like Hawk. He is hawk with an extra gear!!!
Nov 9, 2015 at 1:40 PM - PackerDNA: Ryan came in regarded as a smart, instinctive, high effort player. I don't think he'll be one of the best in the league or make anyone forget Nitschke, but eventually I think he'll be more than good enough.
Nov 9, 2015 at 1:54 PM - easyk83: We have Matthews to remind us of Nitschke, we need someone next to him who can atleast hold things steady and not screw up.
Nov 9, 2015 at 1:55 PM - PackerDNA: I think Ryan can be that guy eventually, and maybe a bit more, easyk83.
Nov 9, 2015 at 1:58 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I wonder, should the NFL seize the Dallas Cowboys property from Jerry Jones and force him to sell them for letting Hardy play? I think so, I think that's a worse offense than what Donald Sterling did
Nov 9, 2015 at 1:58 PM - Pokerbrat2000: We need 2 ILB's who can play the position and move Matthews back to the outside
Nov 9, 2015 at 2:00 PM - Pokerbrat2000: At least Jake Ryan got some time, played half decent. I wouldn't be surprised to see him starting in the near future.
Nov 9, 2015 at 2:06 PM - ThePerfectBeard: Makes me wonder how we missed on a guy like Telvin Smith. So fast and athletic, exactly what we needed.
Nov 9, 2015 at 2:26 PM - Vrill: Next draft better be a defensive heavy draft. I hope we come out of it with 2-3 LB's within the first 6 rounds. I'd also like to see us draft a WR..possibly in the first round.....
Nov 9, 2015 at 2:28 PM - azrsx05: It's been defense heavy drafts.
Nov 9, 2015 at 2:29 PM - 7thFloorRA: Tampa cut Tim Jennings today. Knowing none of the playbook he is already better than Goodson.
Nov 9, 2015 at 2:30 PM - Green and Gold: Jake Ryan led the team in tackles, and only played one half. I say he earned the starting role.

Nov 9, 2015 at 2:30 PM - Green and Gold: He's quick to the point of the ball.
Nov 9, 2015 at 2:37 PM - rodell330: Yep give him a shot in the starting role. Can't get any worse at ilb
Nov 9, 2015 at 2:41 PM - Green and Gold: In my opinion we should be trying something more like what the Pats are doing this year. Put Rodgers in shotgun every play, and get the ball out quickly.
Nov 9, 2015 at 2:42 PM - Green and Gold: I've lost count of how many plays this year we've had Rodgers snap the ball, then sit in the pocket, and sit, and sit, and scramble, and try to roll out - waiting for someone to get open. Then sacked or throws it away.
Nov 9, 2015 at 2:45 PM - The program 61: be like the pats and run illegal pick plays on offense i wont stoop that low
Nov 9, 2015 at 2:46 PM - PackerDNA: They aren't doing anything everybody else isn't doing. They're just doing it better.
Nov 9, 2015 at 2:51 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: we do need to get back to a yardage after the catch based offense for sure, that was the hallmark of MM when he came here, we've veered away from it a bit
Nov 9, 2015 at 2:52 PM - The program 61: i live in new england i cant stand them
Nov 9, 2015 at 2:53 PM - The program 61: there fans are horrible i almost got beat up like that vikings fan in Francisco except i didnt say or do anything and the pats won that game i was at every single person had to come up and say something to me for not wearing a pats jerseyt
Nov 9, 2015 at 2:54 PM - PackerDNA: Heh, that's obvious 61, but give the devil his due.
Nov 9, 2015 at 2:57 PM - The program 61: wish tebow would of exorcised the demon and free him of new england
Nov 9, 2015 at 3:10 PM - Carl: Who's ready for the barnburner of Bears and Chargers tonight??!?
Nov 9, 2015 at 3:16 PM - Green and Gold: Screw both teams.
Nov 9, 2015 at 3:19 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: maybe the most boring game of the year here
Nov 9, 2015 at 3:22 PM - Twiddlemylobes: The Bears?? Oh... That's right they're in our division. I almost forgot. Lol
Nov 9, 2015 at 4:11 PM - Vrill: Wes Welker signed with the Rams
Nov 9, 2015 at 4:12 PM - PackerFanLV: peyton manning killed welkers career
Nov 9, 2015 at 4:13 PM - PackerFanLV: led him into all those concussions
Nov 9, 2015 at 4:37 PM - mkonyn: hey guys
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:08 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I'm surprised he's still trying to play, I think they shoulda gone with Reggie Wayne though, I'd say he's faster and doesn't have concussion history
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:08 PM - mkonyn: didn't reggie get picked up?
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:08 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: also, wasn't just Peyton, Tom Brady gave him even more concussions
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:09 PM - mkonyn: it's the life of a wr tho
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:10 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: and no Reggie does not have a team
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:10 PM - mkonyn: there's some that can take a beating and some that can't
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:10 PM - mkonyn: i mean look at how many years driver played and he missed something like 6 total games over his career
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:11 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: yup and Jerry Rice was still playing past 40 too
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:11 PM - mkonyn: yeah jerry was a freak
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:30 PM - Twiddlemylobes: As cheap as we got James, it would've been entirely acceptable to pick up another solid WR on a short term deal
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:34 PM - mkonyn: how many 1st round draft picks do we have this year? 2?
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:37 PM - Twiddlemylobes: we typically have gotten just 1. But we earn compensatory pics in the mid to later rounds. Round 3-7 etc
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:37 PM - easyk83: Jerry was always slow, but the man never lost his graceful fluidity
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:38 PM - mkonyn: I hope we keep lacy off the field for the rest of the year, give him a chance to heal and get back in shape
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:38 PM - mkonyn: maybe come playoffs he'd be healthy and ready to break out
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:40 PM - Twiddlemylobes: I think Eddie is just in a multi game slump. He can still be a significant factor but we can't let him rust. He needs to be involved as a receiver more

Nov 9, 2015 at 5:41 PM - mkonyn: he gets injured every game it seems tho
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:41 PM - mkonyn: i think that was the 4th game he left with injury or basically had no touches
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:42 PM - Twiddlemylobes: Last year we began relying on him in the passing game. He excelled with 10 yards but wasn't athletic enough to catch those back shoulders and longer routes.
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:42 PM - 7thFloorRA: They are being pretty weird about him and his injury or weight. They won't dispell the weight rumors and just say he needs to get healthy and play better. That could mean anything.
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:43 PM - mkonyn: fumble issues are huge. there's been so many runs where the ball pops out after he is down
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:43 PM - mkonyn: it's like he can't hold on to the ball
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:44 PM - Twiddlemylobes: Some players rest On their Laurels... Eddie Rested on his Linguini
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:44 PM - 7thFloorRA: Has to be a mental thing with that. Anyone who has ever seen Tillman play knows he is ball punching every single play. James Jones made sure every one knew that years ago.
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:45 PM - mkonyn: but starks has been nothing but a god send
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:45 PM - mkonyn: which is great
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:45 PM - PackerDNA: Eddie will be fine. Hopefully sooner than later, but he'll be fine.
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:45 PM - mkonyn: every time starks touches the ball he's breaking decent to big plays, his vision is incredible this year
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:45 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: except he's no longer a bear so ....
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:45 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: that's part of it
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:46 PM - Twiddlemylobes: I'm just teasing. I love Eddie
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:46 PM - mkonyn: lacy's vision has been had, he runs into the back of his linemen and then tries to hit everything in front of him
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:46 PM - mkonyn: been bad*
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:46 PM - mkonyn: no i love lacy too :p
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:46 PM - 7thFloorRA: Its not like he forgot how to do his signature ball punch once he joined the Panthers
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:47 PM - mkonyn: yeah that's on the coaching
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:48 PM - Twiddlemylobes: Plus it was raining pretty good which decreases ball control
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:54 PM - mkonyn: we had some success when we put cobb in the backfield, loved watching that
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:55 PM - 7thFloorRA: jay gonna jay!!!
Nov 9, 2015 at 5:58 PM - easyk83: Eddie Lacy is a patient runner who does a good job reading his blocks and knowing when to let them develop or attack the gap, he hasnt had gaps and his blocks havent been developing of late.
Nov 9, 2015 at 6:00 PM - mkonyn: i'd have to respectfully disagree
Nov 9, 2015 at 6:00 PM - mkonyn: the gaps and cut backs have been there for starks
Nov 9, 2015 at 6:01 PM - 7thFloorRA: Starks can actually fit through the lanes. Ed needs a wal mart sized isle these days.
Nov 9, 2015 at 6:01 PM - easyk83: Starks is a better runner out of spread sets he's also a lot better when the blocks can't be sustained
Nov 9, 2015 at 6:04 PM - 7thFloorRA: Ed has been blown up in the backfield quite a few times. Its awfully hard to run through non-existant blocking. Starks is more versatile and teams might not be selling out to stop the run as much when he is in.
Nov 9, 2015 at 6:06 PM - easyk83: James attacks the line and the gaps faster than Ed. Behind a good Oline Lacy> Starks, behind a struggling Oline Starks>Lacy
Nov 9, 2015 at 6:11 PM - mkonyn: doesn't help that he looks like he ate the offensive line
Nov 9, 2015 at 6:21 PM - Zeck180: Lol Jay just threw a touchdown, for the Chargers
Nov 9, 2015 at 6:27 PM - mkonyn: classic
Nov 9, 2015 at 6:35 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Bears are getting a dose of Favre in the Lovie Smith era
Nov 9, 2015 at 6:59 PM - mkonyn: with carolina's schedule i bet they go into the playoffs undefeated

Nov 9, 2015 at 7:03 PM - azrsx05: Carolina will find a few games to lose. They will lose to one of those teams they should blow out
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:04 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: like Washington
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:05 PM - mkonyn: i dunno, look at the schedule
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:05 PM - mkonyn: falcons maybe a loss
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:05 PM - mkonyn: rest are easy wins
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:06 PM - azrsx05: It's not like Carolina is blowing teams away. There's a few they should've lost already. They almost blew 2 back to back leads. We beat ourselves with a crappy defense. They will lose at least 2
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:08 PM - mkonyn: to who? lol
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:08 PM - mkonyn: look at that schedule, i say 1 game to falcons at most
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:08 PM - mkonyn: hard to beat a team twice in 3 weeks
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:08 PM - mkonyn: i know it's all speculation
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:08 PM - mkonyn: but they have beat the hardest teams on their schedule already
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:09 PM - 7thFloorRA: The Falcons looked like they were going to coast to a playoff bye and they have crapped out 3 weeks in a row
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:09 PM - 7thFloorRA: the panthers could do the same. this league is crazy with how the tide can turn
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:10 PM - mkonyn: could be an interetsing pats v carolina undefeated superbow
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:10 PM - mkonyn: honestly i'd love to see that
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:10 PM - azrsx05: Bet they lose to the saints, Falcons and maybe Giants
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:11 PM - mkonyn: saints got beat by a weak titans team because they coudn't replicate a 7 TD game
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:12 PM - mkonyn: falcons yes i agree, it's the hardest game on the list
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:12 PM - mkonyn: giants no
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:12 PM - mkonyn: giants lose to cam
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:13 PM - azrsx05: Panthers are really one of those fluky 8-0 teams. They have not really shown anything spectacular. You force Newton to beat you by throwing the ball. Unfortunately our secondary can stay with guys. They will go 5-3 the remainder of the schedule.
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:14 PM - azrsx05: And even then. I still think they have a few surprise loses coming their way
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:14 PM - mkonyn: i wish i knew you in RL so i could bet that :p
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:14 PM - azrsx05: I do too
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:14 PM - 7thFloorRA: cam will get hurt too....he always does.
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:15 PM - mkonyn: eh it's all speculative wishes
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:15 PM - mkonyn: cam looks too good right now
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:15 PM - mkonyn: i don't see 3 losses, i see 1
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:17 PM - azrsx05: No one in the NFC is doing anything great really. Any team can beat any team right now. Afc has 3 dominating teams that and all the others will fight for bottom spots. Nfc anthing can happen because all teams have big flaws
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:17 PM - 7thFloorRA: I thought he missed quite a few passes yesterday. They could have scored a bunch more points. He was also under zero pressure. He doesn't impress me. The D has made Rivers, Cam and Peyton all look like mvp's recently.
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:18 PM - mkonyn: pats win the big game tho
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:18 PM - azrsx05: Exactly 7th
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:18 PM - mkonyn: peyton MVP??
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:18 PM - mkonyn: erm...what??
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:18 PM - mkonyn: peyton?

Nov 9, 2015 at 7:18 PM - mkonyn: you crazy
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:18 PM - mkonyn: also just ignoring the cards?
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:19 PM - mkonyn: man cards are solid this year
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:19 PM - 7thFloorRA: he has looked awful most of the year but he carved up the D pretty well last week
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:19 PM - mkonyn: same D that cam carved up...the same cam you said isn't inpressive :p
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:20 PM - mkonyn: same D that rivers shredded
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:21 PM - azrsx05: Bet Stafford looks great this week too
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:21 PM - 7thFloorRA: I don't think they missed as many open wr's as him
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:21 PM - mkonyn: ^^
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:21 PM - mkonyn: stafford will be a god this week
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:22 PM - mkonyn: bet we lose
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:22 PM - Narveson: Not at home
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:22 PM - mkonyn: megatron blows us out of the water
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:22 PM - mkonyn: they are due for a win and we are due for nothing
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:22 PM - mkonyn: vikings wint the NFC north
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:23 PM - 7thFloorRA: idk what the lions will look like. I think they have quit on the season and are just riding out the string. stafford is already rumored to be out after this year (which blows my mind as he is not as bad as some of the other awful qb's in the league)
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:23 PM - azrsx05: We don't lose. But stafford throws for about 400
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:23 PM - mkonyn: starts next week
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:24 PM - mkonyn: i'm not a told you so kinda guy. i hate to see it same as you. just don't go into the game expecting us to stop them
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:24 PM - mkonyn: there's allot of guys playing for a job
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:25 PM - 7thFloorRA: hopefully there are some guys in green and gold playing like their job is on the line too
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:26 PM - mkonyn: yeah it would be nice
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:26 PM - azrsx05: I hope our defense plays like crap again. But we manage to win the game. Then maybe MM will have the balls to fire Capers
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:26 PM - mkonyn: we need someone to take this game seriously than the lathargic mood we've had to date
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:27 PM - mkonyn: capers isn't the issue, it's the staff under him
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:27 PM - mkonyn: capers doesn't run the drills
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:27 PM - mkonyn: he picks the talent
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:27 PM - azrsx05: Bet if they fire capers they will have a nice motivation mood
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:28 PM - mkonyn: we've put a ton of talent through this system with awful results, too many wasted picks. he picks well, let's clear out the defense coachs
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:28 PM - azrsx05: So firing him can't get any worse.
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:28 PM - mkonyn: can get allot worse lol
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:29 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: lol you guys
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:29 PM - azrsx05: So 500 back to back and 400 the next game in yards can get worse? Doubt it.
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:29 PM - 7thFloorRA: Here is my question. Why must they run this exotic zone blitzing scheme of Capers? It takes guys ages to learn it and once someone gets hurt the whole thing falls apart. With the normally high powered offense why not have a plain jane cover 2 defense?
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:30 PM - mkonyn: because it worked for 6 games

Nov 9, 2015 at 7:30 PM - azrsx05: Cause he needs to try and get all fancy and is only fooling his own players. He is not coaching to his team's strength. He is out of touch
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:30 PM - mkonyn: his staff doesn't know how to adjust
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:31 PM - mkonyn: well you say that but 6 games we led the league in turnovers and points scored...
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:31 PM - azrsx05: He doesn't adjust to his team
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:31 PM - mkonyn: so something worked
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:32 PM - mkonyn: it's crappy playing rookies i will give him that
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:32 PM - azrsx05: He is the damn leader of the defense. It's his fault if people are not performing. Hence any leader position at any job.
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:32 PM - mkonyn: yeah but play a rookie anywhere and you run into that trouble regardless of the package
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:33 PM - 7thFloorRA: well that is kind of my point. He runs this exotic scheme that requires virtually everyone to be healthy to work. Healthy is not reality in the NFL
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:33 PM - azrsx05: Packers aren't the only team with rookies. Other teams do as well. The good coordinators make adjustments to their personnel
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:34 PM - azrsx05: All the hair dye has gotten to his brain and he cannot comprehend that his defense sucks and he is probably still sitting in the booth thinking how great his schemes are only if he had a bunch of healthy all pro players
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:35 PM - mkonyn: so you want a base defense which would be great and I actually agree, we need to revert to a base defense when the going gets tough but i feel like it isn't his fault that they cannot
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:36 PM - mkonyn: it's not easy planning for A and watching 2-3 of your players go down and switch to B
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:36 PM - mkonyn: you can't expect sam and heyward to down and the defense to play well
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:37 PM - mkonyn: it's not going to happen, espcially if matthews falls out for a quater too
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:37 PM - 7thFloorRA: I would have preferred that they had gone to a Lovie Smith style D a few years ago. Most of TT's picks are better suited to it. Clay could play the Urlacher role. I think the Offense could score enough with that kind of D.
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:37 PM - mkonyn: quater*
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:37 PM - mkonyn: how many games did lovie win, how many playoffs did he win, how many superbowls?
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:37 PM - 7thFloorRA: no need to correct yourself. Double click your post and you can edit it!!!
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:37 PM - 7thFloorRA: well his offense blew
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:38 PM - mkonyn: i'll agree there
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:38 PM - azrsx05: There are 5, 5!!!! Damn defensive players remaining from the 2011 team. That means most of the guys has been changed. Guess who's still leading the ship?
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:38 PM - mkonyn: but his defense wasn't made of rookies and undrafted agents
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:39 PM - mkonyn: you can't place that much blame on the defense when the offense has non stop 3nout tho
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:40 PM - mkonyn: once the offense rolled last week the defense actually played well
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:41 PM - azrsx05: Even when the offense is rolling this defense is ****. But the offense bails them out. The excuse back then was the offense scored too quick. It's bs. It's just now the offense isn't bailing them out
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:41 PM - mkonyn: can't place blame on one area, that'd be nice honestly. But as a whole when we sucked it all sucked
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:41 PM - azrsx05: Defense has been the constant area for 4 years that has been the blame
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:42 PM - mkonyn: defense did a good job stopping them to 2 field goats on the 1st half despite being on the field the entire half
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:42 PM - mkonyn: goals :p
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:42 PM - azrsx05: The same defense that held them to only 27 points in a half?
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:42 PM - mkonyn: so i'll stop arguing now, sure our defense sucks. went from #2 to absolute crap i suppose. the offense didn't help
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:43 PM - azrsx05: If Newton didn't overthrow several balls. They score 50 on us
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:43 PM - mkonyn: still went from 2nd to zero...6 games as 2nd best def is damn good
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:43 PM - mkonyn: what changed?

Nov 9, 2015 at 7:44 PM - mkonyn: offense coudn't hold the field
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:44 PM - mkonyn: injuries
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:44 PM - mkonyn: it's pretty easy to see man
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:45 PM - mkonyn: lose the yin, lose the yang
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:45 PM - mkonyn: sucks but that is how it happens
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:45 PM - azrsx05: We played not so good teams
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:45 PM - mkonyn: well that's a stupid point
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:45 PM - 7thFloorRA: It does seem however that Burnett and Dix are the 2 that are ******** up the zone coverages.
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:46 PM - mkonyn: but good try?
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:46 PM - 7thFloorRA: Goodson looks like crap because he is terrible but he was on the right man....just 10 yds off him
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:46 PM - mkonyn: i'm done with the stupid. night
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:46 PM - 7thFloorRA: Randall looked fine to me. Has Burnett returning been the problem?
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:47 PM - azrsx05: First it was cutler. Even they were saying how much improved that offense looked. Because we made him look good. Took a great play from mathews to stop the tying drive.
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:48 PM - azrsx05: We then got a seahawks team that was struggling at home. We then got the Chiefs and they aren't a good team at all. We still allowed 28 points to them
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:48 PM - azrsx05: Then we got a 49ers team that is gutted and has struggled all year.
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:49 PM - azrsx05: Rams was the only great game they played. After that. It all went to ****
Nov 9, 2015 at 7:59 PM - easyk83: God I feel bad for Melvin Gordon
Nov 9, 2015 at 8:00 PM - easyk83: They're running a similar offense to what Norv Turner brought to town, even LT looked pedestrian in that scheme

Nov 9, 2015 9:31 PM - longtimefan: MM press conference---even the coaches have red *****
Nov 9, 2015 9:37 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Mike McCoy should get fired in SD, he's worse than Jim Caldwell
Nov 9, 2015 10:30 PM - Twiddlemylobes: Lol Poker.
Nov 10, 2015 1:43 AM - Dan115: Happy Birthday to MM
Nov 10, 2015 5:06 AM - greenandgold: Panthers show a whole lot more class than Cam does. http://news.yahoo.com/panthers-replace-packer-fans-banner-newton-took-234228035--spt.html
Nov 10, 2015 5:38 AM - Pokerbrat2000: As long as they don't replace it with a "We "Heart" Cam Newton" sign
Nov 10, 2015 9:36 AM - Carl: I don't understand how a team with a QB as good as Rivers can be so bad.
Nov 10, 2015 10:21 AM - Zartan: Know what gives me the Red ***.... Dom Capers.
Nov 10, 2015 10:23 AM - 7thFloorRA: Interesting segment of the MM presser yesterday was when a reporter asked him why a healthy Jayrone Elliot got zero defensive snaps after being pretty effective early on this year
Nov 10, 2015 11:31 AM - ThePerfectBeard: Ya that bothered me too 7th\
Nov 10, 2015 12:08 PM - Vltrophy: Luck to miss 2-6 weeks. Lacerated kidney
Nov 10, 2015 12:13 PM - Vltrophy: Colts don't think Luck will need surgery
Nov 10, 2015 12:39 PM - Twiddlemylobes: I said the same thing about Elliott. I mean if your starters aren't getting pressure anyway. Why not put someone that's hungry in there
Nov 10, 2015 12:39 PM - Twiddlemylobes: What was MM answer 7th??
Nov 10, 2015 12:40 PM - 7thFloorRA: He played great earlier this year. He avoided the question and went on to talk about his special teams play.....saying he is part of the rotation and needs to work on some things on special teams yet still does some great things on special teams.
Nov 10, 2015 12:43 PM - Twiddlemylobes: Interesting. Didn't we do the same thing to Starks recently? Where he didn't get a snap. Maybe that was last year. MM said. "I'll have to look into that".
Nov 10, 2015 1:21 PM - 7thFloorRA: sounds familiar.
Nov 10, 2015 1:21 PM - 7thFloorRA: I wish someone asked him about Gunter. I think Gunter and probably just about anyone else in the league is better than Goodson but we only saw Goodson.
Nov 10, 2015 1:29 PM - Twiddlemylobes: Was Goodson the one with multiple penalties. mr face mask?
Nov 10, 2015 2:26 PM - 7thFloorRA: Idk about that but he did play about 10 yds off of ever wr giving up easy yds
Nov 10, 2015 2:47 PM - 7thFloorRA: He looked like he knew the area he was supposed to cover but was so scared of giving up a big play and had such bad technique that he just hovered around the area and gave up the pass every time without contesting it.
Nov 10, 2015 2:51 PM - 7thFloorRA: Interesting discussion today on the radio about bringing philbin back to be an offensive consultant. I think that is a no brainer as there is no staff salary cap. Only pride will keep them inquiring about his interest.
Nov 10, 2015 2:56 PM - JK64: Yeah, it couldn't hurt to bring in Philbin.
Nov 10, 2015 3:32 PM - easyk83: ^Philbin might not be interested in returning given what happened with his son, some bad memories for Coach Joe in the area
Nov 10, 2015 3:43 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Well MM would be pretty sympathetic towards that given his own circumstances, plus I gotta think having a community as supportive as ours in Green Bay is, you'd think that would be inviting to him as he probably liked working here, or at least I never had a feeling anything ever went wrong between the Packers and him
Nov 10, 2015 3:57 PM - PackerDNA: don't know if it happens, but Philbin would be an asset.
Nov 10, 2015 4:11 PM - pacmaniac: Why haven't the Packers been using the motion to twins stack concept that worked well against the Rams?
Nov 10, 2015 6:34 PM - Dagger85: Im watching the GOP Debate and all of the arguing. They don't have anything on this shoutbox during games
Nov 10, 2015 6:39 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: lol
Nov 10, 2015 6:45 PM - weeds: If you watch those debates, you're just encouraging them...you're an enabler. :whistling:
Nov 10, 2015 7:03 PM - Favre3132: Great article on the possibility of Joe Philbin rejoining the Packers: http://www.acmepackingcompany.com/2...ilbin-green-bay-packers-mike-mccarthy-offense
Nov 10, 2015 7:09 PM - 7thFloorRA: too bad that article is over a month old. I was hoping it was from today and that this might actually happen
Nov 10, 2015 7:09 PM - 7thFloorRA: BB does this all the time when his assistants get fired. He did it in season with Josh McDaniel

Nov 10, 2015 at 7:21 PM - Favre3132: 7th - the article is over a month old, but I am holding out hope that his could happen. I really like what Jordy Nelson said about Philbin: "He ran all the meetings, all the walk-throughs and everything and I think he did a great job of keeping everyone on the same page." Keeping everyone on the same page - it appears to me that is exactly what the offense needs.
Nov 10, 2015 at 7:26 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I've felt the same way personally hoping that he comes back
Nov 10, 2015 at 7:39 PM - 7thFloorRA: Its a great idea IMO but MM can be very stubborn. Bringing him back admits failure. I wish he would put that ego to the side and just do everything you can to get better. Bringing back an old friend to consult would be great. If BB isn't too proud to do it MM shouldnt be either
Nov 10, 2015 at 7:42 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: what the hell are you talking about? it does not admit failure in any way, it's not like MM told him to get the hell out of dodge and then would have to go, "oops my bad"
Nov 10, 2015 at 7:55 PM - 7thFloorRA: I think it admits the current staff is not getting it done and they have to call on extra help to bail them out. I think he is too proud to admit that.
Nov 10, 2015 at 7:56 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: it's a given that when your team is successful, your staff is going to get HC offers, aka Dan Quinn, Josh McD, Mike McCoy, Jim Caldwell, Steve Spagnuola, most of those haven't been successful as head coaches but still are among the finest at their skill sets as an assistant coach
Nov 10, 2015 at 7:58 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: pretty sure MM would welcome him back in any capacity possible, isn't a bail out, it's using your connections to get the job done
Nov 10, 2015 at 7:58 PM - Favre3132: 7th - you may be right about McCarthy, but if he is too proud to help make the Packers better, then he has a personal problem. In my opinion, he would look like a genius in bringing Philbin back.
Nov 10, 2015 at 8:00 PM - 7thFloorRA: I would love for him to come back. MM just seems very defensive over his staff and has for his entire tenure. Whenever he is asked about staff, players he seems to get really defensive.

Nov 10, 2015 8:02 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: btw, anyone see the new batman Packers T-shirt that came out?
Nov 10, 2015 8:03 PM - Favre3132: 7th - totally agree. He has especially been that way when it comes to Dom Capers. All we really can do is wait and see what happens. If the offense should sputter this week against the Lions and then on the road against the Vikings, McCarthy may have to swallow his pride and ego and bring Philbin in to help.
Nov 10, 2015 8:06 PM - Favre3132: Carolina - would this be the T-shirt you are referring too: https://selz.com/item/54b587a8b7987211445d777e?FacebookApp=True&FacebookTab=True
Nov 10, 2015 8:07 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: yup, or one of the variations of it
Nov 10, 2015 8:29 PM - Raptorman: What's that brown spot on that shirt? Is that Bat guano?
Nov 10, 2015 9:08 PM - Shawnsta3: MM swallow his pride in need of Joe Philbin, lol
Nov 10, 2015 11:04 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Man I only hope Derek Carr picks Minny apart this next game
Nov 10, 2015 11:35 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: and as bad as it is, I actually hope the Pats do beat the NYG too

Nov 11, 2015 6:51 AM - greenandgold: Is Bridgewater going to go through any concussion procedure and not play this week?
Nov 11, 2015 6:58 AM - PackerDNA: worst thing was he was knocked cold and out for a while

Nov 11, 2015 4:00 PM - PackerFanLV: lol
Nov 11, 2015 4:09 PM - weeds: Flashback to 1996. Look at Dallas and Kansas City games. Look at the final game of that season. Of.course, we had a defense in '96...but still...the hue and cry after those tw es
Nov 11, 2015 4:10 PM - weeds: two games was something else and THAT was pre-fan forum days
Nov 11, 2015 4:13 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I think that's a fair point
Nov 11, 2015 4:13 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I mean honestly no, this is not the first time this team has had question marks all over it
Nov 11, 2015 4:14 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: and it's not the first time they've been under scrutiny by a fan base
Nov 11, 2015 4:15 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: lots of superbowl winning teams have been, but I think it's a matter of let's see this team actually take that level up a notch vs they can take it up a notch

Nov 11, 2015 at 4:15 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I don't think it's that we think they can't, but we want to see it happen
Nov 11, 2015 at 4:20 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: plus, I'm not waving the fire Capers banner, not just yet, but I don't think he's above criticism
Nov 11, 2015 at 4:21 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: just seems like he's such a mixed bag, I mean when he is on, he can put up some lights out defenses, but when he's off it can get pretty bad out there
Nov 11, 2015 at 4:40 PM - Dagger85: Agreed. Our fanbase tends to panic quick. But then again, I don't pay that close attention to other fanbases of course
Nov 11, 2015 at 6:22 PM - Jerellh528: That's because we have high expectations, real Super Bowl aspirations. I think if we were supposed to be in title contention, the ammount of panic would be substantially less.
Nov 11, 2015 at 6:22 PM - Jerellh528: Weren't*
Nov 11, 2015 at 6:40 PM - GhostofCurly: Absolutely correct Jerellh528
Nov 11, 2015 at 7:59 PM - Green and Gold: I miss the old days of going right down the damn field no matter what the down the distance were.
Nov 11, 2015 at 7:59 PM - Green and Gold: More 3 and out drives this year than we had all of last year.

Nov 11, 2015 8:43 PM - 7thFloorRA: They don't actually let him see the field do they?
Nov 12, 2015 3:51 AM - Vltrophy: Bad jones cut for a reason
Nov 12, 2015 8:47 AM - longtimefan: Ohio state qb tried to get out of a ticket by telling the cop... Don't you know who I am?
Nov 12, 2015 9:24 AM - Pokerbrat2000: That might have worked 10+ years ago. Law enforcement officials, at least that we hear about, don't really care who you are today.
Nov 12, 2015 10:00 AM - 7thFloorRA: Daddy Urban will get him out of it
Nov 12, 2015 10:01 AM - 7thFloorRA: molding another aaron hernandez or ray mcdonald. way to go urban
Nov 12, 2015 10:12 AM - 7thFloorRA: looks like all the defensive backs are practicing today.
Nov 12, 2015 10:12 AM - 7thFloorRA: casey can feel free to take another week off
Nov 12, 2015 10:35 AM - Shawnsta3: Isn't that the same thing Datone tried last year? If you're as good as f*****, might as well try.
Nov 12, 2015 1:42 PM - Vrill: Megatron to Oakland? http://sports.yahoo.com/news/if-cal...n-s-best-landing-spot--raiders-044417649.html
Nov 12, 2015 2:21 PM - mkonyn: holy crap 15 on the injury list
Nov 12, 2015 3:33 PM - PackerDNA: So much for the bye week as a springboard to better health. We're more banged up now than ever.
Nov 12, 2015 3:33 PM - adambr2: Packers 3 and outs through 8 games this year: 24. 3 and outs all of last year: 23
Nov 12, 2015 3:34 PM - PackerDNA: Wow,more in 1/2 the season than all of last.
Nov 12, 2015 3:58 PM - 7thFloorRA: 15 on the list but I think everyone is playing other than Quarless who is not eligible yet
Nov 12, 2015 4:25 PM - The program 61: any word on shields im sure im late to party
Nov 12, 2015 4:30 PM - Twiddlemylobes: He should be back Sunday. Hell most likely play with a brace.
Nov 12, 2015 4:31 PM - Twiddlemylobes: I'm also excited to see Ty practicing again this week. Albeit limited

Nov 12, 2015 8:21 PM - 7thFloorRA: Why did Nike dress the jets and bills as Marshall and Arizona tonight?
Nov 12, 2015 8:49 PM - GhostofCurly: I was hoping to at least see some snowflakes on those unis.
Nov 12, 2015 8:56 PM - Pokerbrat2000: Dez goes postal in Dallas again  http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap30...yant-has-heated-verbal-exchange-with-reporter
Nov 12, 2015 9:16 PM - Dan115: Can Janis get some playing time
Nov 13, 2015 6:44 AM - Pokerbrat2000: Janis will get playing time when he earns it and MM and AR feel like he is an asset to the offense. I think all of us are hoping for a change and maybe his speed will be that spark, but guessing MM and AR just aren't ready to anoint him the savior.
Nov 13, 2015 7:41 AM - 7thFloorRA: I would say that 12 is being too demanding but Monty and Adams both played as rookies and Janis is in his 2nd year and still isn't doing whatever he thinks he should be doing to earn that trust.
Nov 13, 2015 7:41 AM - easyk83: AR could atleast throw him the ball when he's wide open, its happened a couple of times where Aaron appeared to freeze him out
Nov 13, 2015 7:41 AM - 7thFloorRA: Now that being said....when they are playing "schoolyard ball" as Rodgers called it last week then he should probably be on the field.
Nov 13, 2015 7:42 AM - easyk83: As for receivers note Nelson's production without Cobb and note Cobb's production without Nelson
Nov 13, 2015 7:42 AM - easyk83: now note that Randall Cobb is paid more per year than Nelson
Nov 13, 2015 7:44 AM - 7thFloorRA: 12 needs to keep his eyes downfield though. Last game he kept circling and turning his head around which means he has to completely reset his vision downfield and find the wr's. Before he used to dance around in all directions but never circle
Nov 13, 2015 7:54 AM - Pokerbrat2000: When you are sacked 5 times, hit after the throw countless times and pretty much scrambling for your life, its hard to do what some are asking from AR. No, the issue isn't AR here, its the O line IMO. Get the running game going and the pass blocking improved
Nov 13, 2015 8:07 AM - 7thFloorRA: I think the interior of the line needs to step it up. 12 is pretty good at feeling outside pressure and side stepping it. When the interior of the pocket starts collapsing he ends up having to scrap his reads and run for his life. Linsley needs to get his calls right and needs to play a ton better.
Nov 13, 2015 8:56 AM - Green and Gold: Rodgers this season is tied for 3rd in TD passes, Top 3 in INT%, top 5 in Passer Rating, and leading a 6-2 team.
Nov 13, 2015 8:56 AM - Green and Gold: Rodgers has had to play 2 undefeated teams on the road in back to back weeks, both of which have had top 5 defenses. Any QB is going to struggle in that schedule.
Nov 13, 2015 8:56 AM - Green and Gold: The fact that he was still able to manage 369 Yards 4 TD 1 INT against the Panthers is impressive enough to me, especially if you watched the game and saw some of the throws he made.
Nov 13, 2015 8:57 AM - Green and Gold: So look at what Rodgers has had to work with and he is still putting up top 5 numbers? Are you kidding me?
Nov 13, 2015 8:58 AM - Green and Gold: I really would love to see Rodgers light up his next few opponents so people will stop condemning Rodgers and the Packers to a "declining team" because of 2 losses to undefeated teams.
Nov 13, 2015 9:06 AM - PackerDNA: Hey, ESPN has a segment coming up on "Packers Problems". What a surprise, coming from ESPN and all.
Nov 13, 2015 9:19 AM - Pokerbrat2000: I hear you and agree with you G&G, some people expect the second coming out of AR, but with the way our O line is playing, AR can't even part that sea!
Nov 13, 2015 9:29 AM - Twiddlemylobes: Lindsey commented that he thought part of the problem was focusing too heavily on the problem
Nov 13, 2015 9:32 AM - Twiddlemylobes: It sounds rhetorical. But there is truth in limiting how much we drive looking into the rear view mirror. Confident teams get past mini slumps. I'm confident the slump ends Sunday
Nov 13, 2015 9:37 AM - 7thFloorRA: The 3 and out stat scares me quite a bit. I think half of the drives or 40 percent have resulted in 3 and outs and that is worst in the league.
Nov 13, 2015 9:44 AM - Circa1919: While there's no denying that the Packers have some issues that needs to be ironed out, it's just two losses ESPN. Still no excuse to carry on like nothing's wrong
Nov 13, 2015 10:11 AM - Pokerbrat2000: It's the media, they are going to run with anything. If Rodgers told a reported he had a beer before the game, there would be 500 reports on it ranging from "Rodgers stole Cam Newtons beer to Rodgers is a raging alcoholic"
Nov 13, 2015 10:13 AM - Pokerbrat2000: and BTW, it was only one beer and Olivia and I drank most of it while Aaron was getting ready to leave. :coffee:
Nov 13, 2015 10:37 AM - 7thFloorRA: Kevin needs to stop by with a bottle of wine and get 12 on track
Nov 13, 2015 11:31 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: Kevin Greene?
Nov 13, 2015 11:42 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: oh that old Lanflesi dude
Nov 13, 2015 11:44 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: funny enough there was something kinda funny around there saying he should blame Olivia for his struggles lol
Nov 13, 2015 12:26 PM - SeahawkFan80: I did not know that Rodgers stole Cam's Beer and is a Raging Alcoholic. Wow. Wonder if it is on the internet somewhere??? LMAO
Nov 13, 2015 12:32 PM - 7thFloorRA: Rodgers has lost the last game of every season since him and Kevin stopped being roommates.
Nov 13, 2015 12:45 PM - Pokerbrat2000: It is amazing though when you are winning, all is good....but lose a few games and the general public needs to start digging
Nov 13, 2015 12:45 PM - SeahawkFan80: I know what you mean.
Nov 13, 2015 12:46 PM - SeahawkFan80: Always looking for skeletons.

Nov 13, 2015 at 2:21 PM - easyk83: Rodgers was struggling before Mr. Lanflisi left the building
Nov 13, 2015 at 2:52 PM - Twiddlemylobes: Right? I know we say he's struggling. But based on his pure numbers this year he's got all pro stats
Nov 13, 2015 at 2:54 PM - Twiddlemylobes: Although it would be fun to see who's the best QB legally drunk
Nov 13, 2015 at 2:56 PM - Green and Gold: People are definitely overlooking the Vikings. I hope the team doesnt make the same mistake.
Nov 13, 2015 at 2:57 PM - Twiddlemylobes: The Vikes look very similar in strength to us actually. But I think our potential to improve is better
Nov 13, 2015 at 3:27 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I hope Derek Carr picks them apart this Sunday
Nov 13, 2015 at 3:27 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I bet the Raiders could hang 40 plus on em
Nov 13, 2015 at 4:45 PM - The program 61: carr puts 40 on us
Nov 13, 2015 at 6:41 PM - GhostofCurly: If the Raiders could hang 40 on the Vikings they could easily hang 40 on this defense.

Nov 13, 2015 8:02 PM - 7thFloorRA: Hell of a start for the Badgers BB team. A big ol L to Western IL
Nov 13, 2015 9:02 PM - Pokerbrat2000: at home at the Kohl Center no less
Nov 13, 2015 9:05 PM - 7thFloorRA: I knew they would have a down year with the turnover but wow....Western Illinois....wow
Nov 13, 2015 9:10 PM - Pokerbrat2000: didn't even have the game on my radar and I am a Badger BB fan lol.....last I read, this was a game they were planning on getting lots of time in for their bench......ooops
Nov 13, 2015 9:10 PM - Pokerbrat2000: if nothing else, a good wake-up call
Nov 13, 2015 9:22 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: yeah but we can play shootout with the Raiders, Teddy Bridgwater's offense can't
Nov 13, 2015 9:30 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I know alongside the Green and Gold I'm going to have a little Silver and Black rolling this Sunday
Nov 14, 2015 6:56 AM - sschind: Every loss is a good wake up call for your team. For any other team its just a horrendous loss :)
Nov 14, 2015 7:50 AM - longtimefan: waiting for some one to laugh at the loss
Nov 14, 2015 8:11 AM - Brett Favre 4: Are we going to see Kennard Backman get more involved on offense?
Nov 14, 2015 10:14 AM - Narveson: Packers downgrade Montgomery, upgrade Neal and Shields
Nov 14, 2015 10:34 AM - 7thFloorRA: Another Saturday and another **** sandwich opponent for Ohio State. One day they will play a ranked opponent....one day
Nov 14, 2015 10:47 AM - BearDroppings: ugh I'm worried about this team.....
Nov 14, 2015 10:51 AM - BearDroppings: We really suck and if the Viqueens end up having a deep playoff run I'm not watching football again. ****!!!
Nov 14, 2015 10:57 AM - BearDroppings: We aren't going to win another title will we? I'm done I can't this anymore.
Nov 14, 2015 10:59 AM - longtimefan: there is the most optimistic fan w ehave!!
Nov 14, 2015 11:03 AM - Twiddlemylobes: Lol
Nov 14, 2015 11:07 AM - Twiddlemylobes: When I was a whipper snapper, my dad would spank us kids in the Den if we got into trouble, giving us an ample opportunity to defend ourselves first. Which only worked 1 time I can remember, buts that's neither here nor there.
Nov 14, 2015 11:07 AM - Twiddlemylobes: We are gonna yank the Lions into our Den, and spank them good ;)
Nov 14, 2015 11:21 AM - 7thFloorRA: Megatron said the secondary looks banged up and that they want to exploit it. I think Detroit comes out on a mission. I have no expectations for this game. I just want to see how the team responds to the 2 biggest beat downs they have suffered in a row in some time.
Nov 14, 2015 11:30 AM - The program 61: probably the same way they respond after the first loss lol
Nov 14, 2015 1:21 PM - longtimefan: Shields will play.. So secondary should be improved
Nov 14, 2015 1:59 PM - 7thFloorRA: Excellent. May we never see Goodson play DB again.
Nov 14, 2015 2:22 PM - ls1bob: I hate Ty has been downgraded for tomorrow. I think the kid has a big future ahead of him this year and beyond
Nov 14, 2015 3:56 PM - Green and Gold: This game would be a good time to throw Janis or Abby in the mix.
Nov 14, 2015 4:13 PM - longtimefan: just a friendly reminder........if you have an account and name with us, pleae do not try to make a new name. Programs are in place that 99% that try, it will not approve you and will ban you
Nov 14, 2015 4:57 PM - desertdog55: Looking at the rest of our schedule, we can't have many hiccups. Sure, we have Detriot and the Bears again, but other than that,,,we have to play the Vikings twice (no gimme) the Raiders (not easy) and a Dallas team that should have Romo back....so we need to be our best.....
Nov 14, 2015 5:01 PM - The program 61: feeling 6th seed running the table like 2010?
Nov 14, 2015 5:05 PM - desertdog55: If you look at the 2010 team, there are actually not a lot of similarities...we won some games against top tier teams...and the three losses to winning teams was by a combined 10 points, and of those was a loss to the Patriots with no AR.....
Nov 14, 2015 5:45 PM - azrsx05: How is Ohio St even ranked in the top 4 teams? They haven't played anyone relevant
Nov 14, 2015 5:52 PM - The program 61: anyone watch pitch perfect 2 for the packers?
Nov 14, 2015 5:57 PM - 7thFloorRA: No. that first movie is all that is awful.
Nov 14, 2015 5:57 PM - 7thFloorRA: They haven't played a freaking ranked team yet
Nov 14, 2015 5:59 PM - 7thFloorRA: at least they have mi, msu and iowa IF they beat those first 2...which they wont
Nov 14, 2015 6:01 PM - Carl: Undefeated and defending national champs. They deserve a top 4 spot.

Nov 14, 2015 at 7:24 PM - 7thFloorRA: Ohio state may have earned their title but they certainly did not earn their shot at the title last year.

Nov 14, 2015 8:26 PM - Voltron: is it sunday?
Nov 14, 2015 9:54 PM - 7thFloorRA: On the east coast it is
Nov 14, 2015 11:00 PM - Twiddlemylobes: In the words of the great Will Ferrell... "Let's Do THIS!"
Nov 15, 2015 3:06 AM - Voltron: i got my cheese head gear ready....
Nov 15, 2015 4:22 AM - yooperpackfan: The sun is beginning to rise over Lambeau Field.
Nov 15, 2015 4:23 AM - yooperpackfan: It's going to be a beautiful day for Packers fans!
Nov 15, 2015 4:31 AM - Poppa San: Those of you attending the game remember to find my food stand in section 106
Nov 15, 2015 5:26 AM - desertdog55: Teams would do well to look at the junior TE from Arkansas, Hunter Henry....wow....Gronk-like....
Nov 15, 2015 7:07 AM - Patriotplayer90: Arkansas fan here, hoping to see Henry at GB next year.
Nov 15, 2015 8:00 AM - Green and Gold: Who do we think is having a big day today?
Nov 15, 2015 8:03 AM - Green and Gold: Lacy and Starks to both score a rushing TD
Nov 15, 2015 8:05 AM - Carl: ESPN is reporting there's a chance Lacy is inactive
Nov 15, 2015 8:07 AM - Carl: Due to his groin and recent ineffectiveness. Just speculation from them though
Nov 15, 2015 8:07 AM - 7thFloorRA: Some crappy 3rd wr on the Lions that we have never heard of will get 100 yds today I fear.
Nov 15, 2015 8:08 AM - bubba: Thats funny sad 7th
Nov 15, 2015 8:11 AM - bubba: I hope Com Dapers changes the 10 yard cushion scheme of covering WRs
Nov 15, 2015 8:14 AM - Carl: Like the bump on run on the 39 yard TD pass last week?
Nov 15, 2015 8:16 AM - Green and Gold: Let's hope for an absolute stomping today. Like the Titans game back in 2012.
Nov 15, 2015 8:16 AM - Green and Gold: Packers only have 3 home games left and this game should hopefully wipe away the disappointment of the last two away games.
Nov 15, 2015 8:29 AM - 7thFloorRA: lacy inactive??
Nov 15, 2015 8:30 AM - Narveson: Lacy OUT
Nov 15, 2015 8:31 AM - 7thFloorRA: What the hell is wrong with him?
Nov 15, 2015 8:31 AM - Narveson: He's fat
Nov 15, 2015 8:31 AM - Narveson: and out of shape
Nov 15, 2015 8:31 AM - Narveson: and hurt his groin
Nov 15, 2015 8:32 AM - Narveson: Montgomery is OUT
Nov 15, 2015 8:33 AM - 7thFloorRA: Gunter is inactive again!!! WTF. Stop playing ****ing awful goodson
Nov 15, 2015 8:33 AM - 7thFloorRA: The game isn't for an hour and a half and I'm already FIRED UP
Nov 15, 2015 8:35 AM - ThePerfectBeard: Wooo Boy! I'm excited, let's kick so Lions tail!
Nov 15, 2015 8:36 AM - ThePerfectBeard: *some
Nov 15, 2015 8:36 AM - Carl: Goes Gunter play special teams?
Nov 15, 2015 8:36 AM - Narveson: Gunter doesn't play at all
Nov 15, 2015 8:38 AM - 7thFloorRA: I know. He should though. He shows really nice instinctive cover skills and yet they continually let god awful terrible goodson play over him
Nov 15, 2015 8:38 AM - bubba: I want to see what Alonzo Harris can do. 6'1 237.
Nov 15, 2015 8:39 AM - Carl: I mean if he played, would be also be a ST player? Goodson plays a big role on the ST unit and is probably the reason he players over Gunter

Nov 15, 2015 at 8:41 AM - ThePerfectBeard: No Lacy, but I'm hoping we some Harris. Could beast!
Nov 15, 2015 at 8:41 AM - ThePerfectBeard: right on Bubba!
Nov 15, 2015 at 8:50 AM - SeahawkFan80: You all should be just fine...Just clean out your furballs after every play. LOL
Nov 15, 2015 at 8:57 AM - azrsx05: We just need to keep them from having big plays.
Nov 15, 2015 at 9:03 AM - bubba: We have given up 9 plays of 40 yards or more this year.
Nov 15, 2015 at 9:15 AM - azrsx05: Also hoping to see some Ripkowski. That guy runs mad
Nov 15, 2015 at 9:16 AM - bubba: Vic picks a final of 33-31 but doesnt know who will have 33. LOL
Nov 15, 2015 at 9:16 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: hooray hooray today is the day, vikings fans will get shut up, the Oakland Raiders are gonna put up a mammoth win on them, the vikes secondary is gonna get tested against a real passing threat
Nov 15, 2015 at 9:17 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: the 6-2 smoke n mirrors show comes to an end
Nov 15, 2015 at 9:20 AM - Dagger85: Wow. Lacy inactive is a shocker
Nov 15, 2015 at 9:23 AM - bubba: Lacy has been inactive for the past 5 weeks.
Nov 15, 2015 at 9:23 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: stephon diggs wont be enough to save them this time
Nov 15, 2015 at 9:27 AM - Raptorman: You mean like the passing threat of the Chargers? Wait, their passing game sucks.
Nov 15, 2015 at 9:28 AM - ls1bob: Either his groin is worse than first diagnosed or either is a nice way to say you aren't playing because of other reasons
Nov 15, 2015 at 9:29 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: pretty sure everyone knew rivers is washed up, the Raiders on the other hand have lit defenses up
Nov 15, 2015 at 9:30 AM - bubba: Rivers didnt look washed up against us.
Nov 15, 2015 at 9:32 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: either way I'm hedging my bets on Oakland big in this one
Nov 15, 2015 at 9:33 AM - ls1bob: I hope Oakland and Tennessee win today
Nov 15, 2015 at 9:34 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: A Titans win would be gravy but I don't think Mariota is good enough to pull it off
Nov 15, 2015 at 9:35 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: yeah he beat the Saints but their defense is a friggin noodle
Nov 15, 2015 at 9:35 AM - Dagger85: 25 minutes. So glad this week is a noon kickoff. I want the sour taste out of my mouth
Nov 15, 2015 at 9:35 AM - Dagger85: Hope we play like we know we can
Nov 15, 2015 at 9:36 AM - ls1bob: Me too. I am hoping for 38-17 win
Nov 15, 2015 at 9:37 AM - bubba: Mcarthy said Abby should get some oppourtunities today.
Nov 15, 2015 at 9:37 AM - Dagger85: Ill check in at halftime and the end of the game. When the Lions score points our defense will be doomed, yada yada yada
Nov 15, 2015 at 9:37 AM - ls1bob: I think we may see some different packages and players playing today. Especially with Eddie being inactive. May be a message
Nov 15, 2015 at 9:38 AM - Dagger85: Tennessee winning today would be funny and nice
