Nov 1, 2015 at 8:57 PM - dbain21: I think its happened to both starks and lacy.
Nov 1, 2015 at 8:57 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Raleigh????? what are you smokin?
Nov 1, 2015 at 8:57 PM - GhostofCurly: McCarthy is not a good coach.
Nov 1, 2015 at 8:58 PM - GhostofCurly: Sorry I dont live in Carolins and I dont smoke anything.
Nov 1, 2015 at 8:58 PM - Carl: Based on what Ghost?
Nov 1, 2015 at 8:58 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: obviously, to think their stadium is in Raleigh, AHAHAHAHA
Nov 1, 2015 at 8:58 PM - dbain21: Do you think Kubiak is a good coach. I'm curious.
Nov 1, 2015 at 8:59 PM - Twiddlemylobes: They play at Walnut Creek ampitheatre right?
Nov 1, 2015 at 8:59 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: ahahahaha
Nov 1, 2015 at 8:59 PM - Twiddlemylobes: on the grassy hill
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:00 PM - Pokerbrat2000: Charlotte at least I thought?
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:01 PM - GhostofCurly: Carolina has a good defense and even though you guys don't think so Newton is decent and is the type of QB that gives this defense trouble. But then again you all thought Manning was garbage and we'd win this game by showing up.
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:01 PM - GhostofCurly: **** off
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:02 PM - Jerellh528: Is the new play caller ******** us or do we just not have enough offense playmakers?
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:02 PM - GhostofCurly: So I didnt know whwere they played. Big ****ing deal. Are you that much of a ******?
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:03 PM - Pokerbrat2000: Until the Packers D learns how to stop the underneath routes, I won't be happy. With both Mathews and Peppers primarily rushing....we are weak on the underneath short routes
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:03 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I think twiddle was being sarcastic, now this ghost of curly guy .. or beardroppings as i think it is... I dont know
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:04 PM - MadCat: Ghost, youre right. I am going to be pretty upset next week after spending the time and money traveling to charlotte if they look like they did tonight. Im not too optimistic.
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:04 PM - Carl: So you don't want to back up that he's not a good coach, Ghost?
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:05 PM - GhostofCurly: Too conservative. You didn't watch the NFC Championship Carl?
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:06 PM - GhostofCurly: Is Eddie Lacy still 229 Carl?
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:06 PM - Twiddlemylobes: I've been saying that a formidable pass rush need CB's who play man to man and use safety help for the deep routes,, but more important is to jam the WR and slow his routes
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:06 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Btw, Mike McCarthy is not calling plays this year, to those who didnt get the memo
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:06 PM - Carl: Yeah, let's judge him based on one game.... Also, check out any pics of Lacy this year. He's not bigger than he was as a rookie
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:07 PM - GhostofCurly: Why do you think he's a good coach Carl?
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:07 PM - GhostofCurly: He's 250 at the very least. McGinn estimated 260.
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:07 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: And what's with this Eddie Lacy overweight nonsense? Since when has having a big runningback been a bad thing?
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:08 PM - Carl: We passed on 3rd down late 4-5x to end games last season and blew many teams out. It doesn't even make sense to say he's too conservation from watching one game.
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:08 PM - Twiddlemylobes: Mike not being an adequate coach isnt even arguable.. its laughable and shows a complete ineptness of the NFL.. Its obvioius someone has an axe to grind
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:08 PM - GhostofCurly: One game? The guy has coached like that forever.
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:08 PM - dbain21: Do people not remember lacy having a slow start last year too? I mean maybe at this point he was picking up...but still
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:08 PM - Carl: Plus, he got to the NFC championship. Good coaches do not get that far
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:09 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: He's had an ankle injury this year and he'll pick it up
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:09 PM - GhostofCurly: You clowns are too funny. Here's to the nut huggers.
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:09 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: his weight has nothing to do with anything and if anything, it helps him run defenders over

Nov 1, 2015 at 9:09 PM - Carl: I just pointed out 4-5 games in which they were aggressive late....Good job reading Ghost. Literally passed on 3rd and long to end the Dallas playoff game one week before.
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:10 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: like I said, I'm pretty sure Ghostofcurly is Beardroppings in a disguise
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:10 PM - Jerellh528: Mike is a good coach
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:11 PM - Carl: I wouldn't say he's as bad as Beardroppings.
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:11 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: sure sounds just like stuff that dude was going off about last year
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:11 PM - Jerellh528: Lacy is a bit fat, I'd like to see his lose a bit of fat so he can be a bit faster
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:12 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: No keep it, I want him to truck people over
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:12 PM - adambr2: Davante Adams has to be considered a disappointment so far. He's had every opportunity with Jordy out this year to carve out a major role in this offense. He's been rarely healthy and when healthy he hasn't contributed at all.
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:13 PM - dbain21: He should eat a turkey leg on the sidelines then score like 3 td. That would be great
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:14 PM - Jerellh528: We need to make a trade for Jeffrey lol
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:14 PM - adambr2: He had a nice rookie season. And he's had a chance to take the next step this year. So far, he hasn't done that.
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:14 PM - dbain21: like the Bears Jeffrey? lol no thanks. That guy can't stay healthy either
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:15 PM - Twiddlemylobes: AR had poor protection, letting WARE 5 yards into the backfield before touching him during the safety? Thats a glaring breakdown on the O line and pass protection
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:16 PM - dbain21: I think it was more the receivers not getting open than the protection..it was poor at times however
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:16 PM - MadCat: We need to adjust the offensive game plan and play calling to accommodate the loss of jordy. They're trying to make something happen that won't with the personnel they have. And the O line has to do better.
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:16 PM - Twiddlemylobes: or a combo dbain
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:17 PM - dbain21: time for bed. night everyone.
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:17 PM - dbain21: most def twiddle
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:18 PM - Twiddlemylobes: I also see poor route running.. we need sharper cuts.. take care dbain
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:18 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Jordy
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:18 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: is tough to compensate for though
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:19 PM - Carl: At least we aren't Mets fans tonight
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:19 PM - Pokerbrat2000: Bakhtiari needs to step it up or we need to find a LT
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:19 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Kinda like in New England if they lost the Gronk, they really can't replace him
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:19 PM - adambr2: Nothing we can do at this point other than regroup and figure out how we are going to go into Carolina and win. That game is a lot bigger right now. Win and we're still in control in the NFC. Lose and we may be looking up at Minnesota in the standings next week.
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:19 PM - PackerFanLV: Twiddle gloves Aaron had enough protection, the receivers could beat the man coverage.
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:19 PM - MadCat: Aaron had great chemistry with jordy and i think he's struggling to find it with some of the other guys. It was disappointing that Jones was virtually absent tonight.
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:19 PM - PackerFanLV: Couldnt
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:19 PM - Twiddlemylobes: God I miss Nelson right now.. but I still feel like we have some formidable receivers that can compensate for some of that loss
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:19 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: And pretty sure if they did lose him, Brady would be looking ultra pedestrian game to game
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:20 PM - Twiddlemylobes: Yea Carolina, we saw what Gronk out did to them 2 years ago
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:20 PM - PackerFanLV: Y don't we run crossing patterns roll out typ plays for Aaron??
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:21 PM - MadCat: Packfanincarolina, are you going to the game vs. panthers?
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:21 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: hence why I'd say right about now the Packers could use a miracle announcement that Jermichael Finley is coming out of retirement
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:21 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I wish I could

Nov 1, 2015 at 9:21 PM - Twiddlemylobes: were underutilizing our backs on short passes
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:21 PM - Pokerbrat2000: AR is awesome when he has time and the presnap home advantage...tonight he had neither
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:22 PM - adambr2: IMO...just my opinion.. Rodgers needs to learn to start trusting some of his other options. He's become so risk adverse that he's avoiding tough throws. There has to be a happy medium. We're not going to move the ball like this. He has the arm to take those chances but he doesn't trust any of his options right now.
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:22 PM - Twiddlemylobes: its true we didnt go long all day
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:23 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: You know the funny thing is, I actually thought Rodgers at times looked a little sharper when he was hobbled in the pocket because he seemed to have a clock in his head to cut the ball loose, seems like since coming back at full leg strength sometimes he likes to try and make too many men miss instead of gunning it out quicker
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:24 PM - MadCat: Carolina, the ticket prices were through the roof today. Maybe they will come down a little now.
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:25 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I have to work that week which thank god I can still watch the game as i do, but yeah ... couldnt make it
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:26 PM - Twiddlemylobes: It was a tough loss but if we can bounce back and pick up a win against Carolina it will be a minimal loss
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:27 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I still think that's funny, "I'll be surprised if we beat them in Raleigh" man oh man that was too funny
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:27 PM - Twiddlemylobes: he was Spoken like a true Yankee
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:28 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: funny thing is will too considering they don't play in Raleigh ahahaha
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:29 PM - Raptorman: Longest play of the game was Rodgers 17 yards run.
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:29 PM - Raptorman: for the Packers that is
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:30 PM - Twiddlemylobes: I knew Rodgers was shaken up when he overthrew Cobb
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:30 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: gonna be a good game vs Minny coming up in a couple eh Raptor?
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:31 PM - Twiddlemylobes: AR took some blows to the head and tough sack early.. that was credit to Denver
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:32 PM - Raptorman: Going to be interesting that is for sure
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:32 PM - adambr2: Good news is, we're 6-1. Bad news is, it's a competitive NFC and we'll start dropping down the standings if we don't play better than we did tonight.
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:33 PM - adambr2: I do appreciate the Royals diverting some attention away from this nightmare tonight.
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:34 PM - Raptorman: Apparently Manning isn't as half dead as a lot of people made him out to be.
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:34 PM - Twiddlemylobes: We'll get 'em next week.. hopefully Shields isnt serious..
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:34 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Yeah Shields and Clay are my concerns
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:37 PM - Twiddlemylobes: Absolutely.. It appears Clay was a minor twist.. Shields was in a sling I think?
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:38 PM - Dagger85: Clay should be fine I think
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:38 PM - Dagger85: I always think back to 2010 when we lost to Detroit and nearly all hope was lost. Or when we nearly went 0-3 last year. As long as you make the playoffs and you have a team like ours, anything can happen
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:39 PM - Dagger85: Btw, no offense to baseball fans, but this world series win doesn't seem nearly as exciting as a Super Bowl lol
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:39 PM - Twiddlemylobes: oh no question Dagger this game was an anomoly.. It could be a positive if we improve on a few areas
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:40 PM - adambr2: Here's the silver lining to me: it was a regular season game. Meaning you go back out and try to do better next week. Play a game like this in January and you get half a year to think about it.
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:40 PM - Twiddlemylobes: yes.. And a loss is a loss.. 1 point or 19 pts..it still scores the same
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:41 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Yeah cant read too much into losses, everyone including the ALMIGHTY Patriots have them as we saw last year
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:41 PM - Dagger85: Once Montgomery gets back, I think that will help too
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:42 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: and even if the Panthers do have a good team, they've barely beaten bad teams
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:42 PM - Dagger85: Now, if we do this for about 3 weeks straight I may worry, but tonight was about as rare as it gets for us. And we were still only down 7 in the 3rd haha
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:43 PM - Twiddlemylobes: very good point Dagger, Montgomery back is definitely a factor
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:44 PM - Dagger85: I think what gets me is the negativity. IF you aren't here for the positive, don't show up and tell me how bad we are after a rare 60 minute flop after 2 months of football

Nov 1, 2015 at 9:47 PM - Twiddlemylobes: I think there is some limited concerns about specific areas but 1 game does not a season make
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:47 PM - Twiddlemylobes: If we can pull off a Carolina win.. we sit 7-1 atop the NFC
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:48 PM - Pokerbrat2000: my only problem with tonight's games is that Denver exposed ALL of our weaknesses that we all were aware of
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:48 PM - Dagger85: Agree.
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:49 PM - adambr2: They need to try something else in the secondary. Casey Hayward has really been exposed lately.
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:50 PM - Twiddlemylobes: in short we can all but erase this memory next week with a win
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:51 PM - adambr2: Flip side is, if we lose in Carolina, we're 2 out and lose the tiebreaker. That might be a fatal blow to any HFA hopes.
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:51 PM - Twiddlemylobes: Hayward was like a sore thumb
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:52 PM - adambr2: It's not a must win game, but if we still think of ourselves as the team to beat in the NFC, not just another playoff team, we have to have it.
Nov 1, 2015 at 9:53 PM - 7thFloorRA: I said all preseason and offseason that Casey was going to be a problem. My fears about him have proven true.
Nov 1, 2015 at 10:02 PM - PackerFanLV: Casey was holding Thomas no rb on our team can hold him man 2 man lol. He's top tier receiver. Casey holds like opposing teams 3rd receiver in the slot. We were out coached and got hit where our flaws were.
Nov 1, 2015 at 10:02 PM - PackerFanLV: Db typo
Nov 1, 2015 at 10:07 PM - Twiddlemylobes: its true.. Denver adapted away from our strength players.. even when Clay when out Denver immediately ran the ball at his gap for a TD
Nov 1, 2015 at 10:12 PM - PackerFanLV: I hope this is a wake up call. Kinda glad it happened to wake the team up.
Nov 1, 2015 at 10:16 PM - adambr2: I think they'll go into Carolina more level and focused and come out with a win. I sure hope so anyway.
Nov 1, 2015 at 10:20 PM - melvin dangerr: should McCarthy go back to calling the plays?
Nov 1, 2015 at 10:21 PM - Twiddlemylobes: One thing we can say with relative certainty is we should be able to break a 100 yards of passing Offense at Carolina. lol
Nov 1, 2015 at 10:25 PM - melvin dangerr: Can anyone out there name the last dominate D-back the packers had
Nov 1, 2015 at 10:27 PM - Twiddlemylobes: charles
Nov 1, 2015 at 10:36 PM - adambr2: Yep Woodson. Tramon was very solid for a year or two. Not elite but Pro Bowl quality.
Nov 1, 2015 at 10:37 PM - adambr2: Nick Collins as well.
Nov 1, 2015 at 10:37 PM - adambr2: No matter how many safeties we've had since we haven't been able to replace him.
Nov 1, 2015 at 10:44 PM - PackerFanLV: Nick Collins was one of a kind he can play coverage and can hit hard. Our db play to safe but that's what happens when you have a young secondary. The guys we have now have talent but cwood nick nickCollin darrenSharper those type guys are gifted.
Nov 1, 2015 at 10:47 PM - melvin dangerr: do you think the problem of these safetys is fear of tackling or like a Woodson fear of taking chances
Nov 1, 2015 at 10:58 PM - adambr2: It's obviously not even close to being all his fault, but I'd like to see Rodgers take a little more ownership for the offensive struggles as our team leader. Had he hit a wide open Cobb in the 3rd it would have been 24-17 and momentum would have shifted, no telling what happens after that. An MVP needs to make that throw.
Nov 1, 2015 at 11:00 PM - PackerFanLV: have anyone seen Rodgers press conference? They say he threw the receivers under the bus for not getting open.
Nov 1, 2015 at 11:01 PM - PackerFanLV: Melvin to me Burnett and Hyde plays to safe. Just my opinion tho
Nov 1, 2015 at 11:07 PM - PackerFanLV: Imo that hit that Burnett put on Emmanuel sanders on the sideline was soft, he should have sent Emmanuel to the bleachers. This is nfl you have to make teams fear you and respect you.
Nov 1, 2015 at 11:08 PM - adambr2: I wouldn't say he threw them under the bus, but he seemed more concerned with the lack of separation than his own performance. While lack of separation has been a big problem, he missed some big throws. You're the team leader, A Rodg. Own it.
Nov 1, 2015 at 11:11 PM - melvin dangerr: A-rod needs to scramble more or he is one hit away from his season being over, does anyone believe Tolzien can take us to any promise land?
Nov 1, 2015 at 11:12 PM - melvin dangerr: You late night shout box people really rock
Nov 1, 2015 at 11:13 PM - adambr2: Good old night shift at work
Nov 1, 2015 at 11:14 PM - PackerFanLV: Well I'm going night night enjoyed chatting letting some steam off off lol.
Nov 1, 2015 at 11:16 PM - melvin dangerr: same same have a good one
Nov 1, 2015 at 11:47 PM - Shawnsta3: A Rod has repeatedly mentioned the lack of receiver separation this year. Gotta think somethings going on there.

Nov 1, 2015 at 11:58 PM - adambr2: Honest question, if you're Randall Cobb, you hear that, and you recall the ball sailing over your head in the 3rd quarter to miss a wide open TD. How does that make you feel? Annoyed at the very least
Nov 2, 2015 at 12:07 AM - Shawnsta3: One play makes not 4 straight weeks he's mentioned this. But yeah. He missed that one.
Nov 2, 2015 at 12:14 AM - adambr2: After 4 straight weeks, we get it Rodgers, your targets need to separate better. Complaining about it publicly obviously isn't going to be one of the solutions to the problem.
Nov 2, 2015 at 4:07 AM - easyk83: Rodgers needs some humbling, he needs to stop acting like the Golden Boy. Say what you want to about Brett but he always owned his failings.
Nov 2, 2015 at 5:20 AM - Vrill: Sadly, even having Jordy last night would not have helped much.
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:05 AM - PackerFanLV: We had the refs and still loss. If it wasn't for the refs that game would have been a lot uglier.
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:50 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: Brett Favre stunk in games like this consistently
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:00 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: Calling my shot tonight Colts 35 Panthers 10
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:55 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: I mean I very well might eat my words on that one but I dont buy this Carolina team yet
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:57 AM - PackersRules: carolina is LEGIT
Nov 2, 2015 at 8:00 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: I don't call teams that barely beat a bad Saints team legit
Nov 2, 2015 at 8:01 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: they've played nobody so far except a Seahawk team in the middle of a losing streak
Nov 2, 2015 at 8:11 AM - sschind: so I guess the Packers are not legit either.
Nov 2, 2015 at 8:19 AM - rodell330: Yrs seriously because we've played cupcakes as well
Nov 2, 2015 at 8:19 AM - rodell330: Yes*
Nov 2, 2015 at 8:46 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: we're not a 1-weapon receiving corps
Nov 2, 2015 at 8:46 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: they got Greg Olsen and not **** for playmakers
Nov 2, 2015 at 8:46 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: they have no wideouts capable of doing anything
Nov 2, 2015 at 8:50 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: just watch tonight, they're going to lose
Nov 2, 2015 at 8:51 AM - Shawnsta3: Patriots play @Denver week 11. Over/under 77 yards passing for Brady?
Nov 2, 2015 at 8:55 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: I'm not surprised either, typical overreactions every time we lose, and it's stupid, and the Panthers are not elite and I'm going to pound it into posters until they can't hear anymore that the Panthers will get exposed tonight
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:01 AM - Shawnsta3: I'd rather they get exposed next week tbh
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:01 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: I hope the media writes us off for this next game cuz every time they do Rodgers goes in a zone and puts up a monster game
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:11 AM - The program 61: he can come read what we been posting in here just as good as the media
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:18 AM - PackerFanLV: Overreaction as people call it. But the team is also as frustrated do you see Aaron Rodgers he is pissed on the field and everybody sees it. His press conference for instance receivers are not getting open we there it's a schematic or talent deal something has to happen ore we will continue to get exsposed. It's not a over reaction.
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:18 AM - PackerFanLV: Sorry about the typos.
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:20 AM - Vrill: For one game it is. Remember the Lions game last year? People freaked out. We lost 19-6? Or 19-7? The offense looked as bad, if not worse in that game against the Lions. People were all like "omg the sky is falling". Its just one game. If we lose next week to Carolina the same way, then yes, its time to panic IMO. But not right now. Lets see what adjustments are made first.
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:21 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: I'm not buying that our WRs just forgot how to get open. What I'm not sure about is perhaps Tom Clements is struggling a little with the playcalling as compared to how MM did, (to the MM bashers), but I don't buy that all the sudden McCarthy's scheme doesn't work
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:23 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: And like Vrill just said, I was hearing this same nonsense after we lost to Detroit and Buffalo last year and I most certainly do say it's overreaction
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:25 AM - Vrill: ^ yep
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:31 AM - The program 61: someone just told me that lions are considering trading calvin johnson to patriots
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:31 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: Lol for a draft pick or something?
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:32 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: I wouldn't do that if I were them unless they forked over Gronkowski
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:34 AM - The program 61: 2nd and 4th a co worker who is a pretty hardcore fan
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:37 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: that's a bad deal, equating to trading Barry Sanders for a 7th rounder

Nov 2, 2015 at 9:37 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: yup I said it, it's that bad
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:39 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: I actually just looked at one forum and saw some Lions fans saying they are going to quit on that organization and become Packer fans if that happens lol
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:42 AM - The program 61: see so some truth right
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:42 AM - Pokerbrat2000: wonder if the Lions would take Janis and a 2nd round for Megatron? :coffee: Wouldn't want his contract obligation though
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:45 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: well i figured a rumor like that one wouldnt be circulating around without it, but I'm saying draft picks have no value and make it a bad deal for Detroit
Nov 2, 2015 at 10:05 AM - Dagger85: I hope the media keeps on with their bashing of Rodgers this week.
Nov 2, 2015 at 10:05 AM - Dagger85: I want motivation for Sunday
Nov 2, 2015 at 10:09 AM - Pokerbrat2000: Isn't this about the time we hear.... R E L A X?
Nov 2, 2015 at 10:16 AM - Dagger85: Every season we seem to have one of these games where fans lose their minds lol
Nov 2, 2015 at 10:16 AM - Dagger85: We are fine
Nov 2, 2015 at 10:19 AM - Shawnsta3: Any game we lose dagger..and even some we win. Fans forget other teams get paid too.
Nov 2, 2015 at 10:22 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: People are acting like 77 yards is all the sudden going to be a recurring theme for him and to quote his own words: "That's just Baloney"
Nov 2, 2015 at 10:25 AM - pacmaniac: I read that Rodgers is now 1-9 against top 5 defenses in his career. That is NOT elite quarterbacking.
Nov 2, 2015 at 10:27 AM - Vrill: Some people need to stop reading these "trade proposals" that ESPN keeps posting. Nobody heard anything from any co-worker. Its a bunch of wishful thinking by ESPN: http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/1...detroit-lions-new-england-patriots-draft-pick
Nov 2, 2015 at 10:28 AM - Vrill: have a link Pacmaniac? Or is that just a guess? Don't say "I read this or that" without providing some proof. especially for a stat like that.
Nov 2, 2015 at 10:30 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: A lot of people have their own loose definitions on what they call elite defenses, and yeah I agree on the ESPN bs talk, they do it all the time just to get a rise out of people and often end up looking like fools in the end because of it
Nov 2, 2015 at 10:44 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: I always say someone who lets a Calvin Johnson type player go is going to look silly because of it
Nov 2, 2015 at 10:46 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: I mean, in megatron's case if he vents out his frustration on the team and refuses to give them a grade-A effort again, it may be worth it IF they only settle for the other team breaking the bank to get him, but you do this kind of stuff Chip Kelly style and you pay bad for it
Nov 2, 2015 at 11:08 AM - 7thFloorRA: The only thing a megatron or jeffrey is going to do right now is allow 12 to throw into covverage hoping they out jump the guys and grab the ball. This is a scheme problem. You can run a good scheme with PS players and still get yards. Something is broken with the offensive plan. Teams know exactly how to shut it down.
Nov 2, 2015 at 11:34 AM - Shawnsta3: To say that's all the second best WR of all-time IMO would bring to the table is 'jump balls" would be selling him short.
Nov 2, 2015 at 11:36 AM - Shawnsta3: Opening the top off defenses and demanding safety help to free up Cobb would certainly be another pro. Yet, the trade isn't happening anyway.
Nov 2, 2015 at 1:51 PM - Aaron Rodgers 12: who is in charge of changing usernames on this board?
Nov 2, 2015 at 1:52 PM - Pokerbrat2000: Geez....you haven't given up on being AR12 just cause of last nights game? :coffee:
Nov 2, 2015 at 1:57 PM - Aaron Rodgers 12: lol no Pokerbrat2000, I've been wanting to change the name for a few months now
Nov 2, 2015 at 1:59 PM - Aaron Rodgers 12: lately I've been watching a lot of old football on youtube and have gotten really nostalgic over Brett and wanted to pay my homage to him, by changing my username. His home coming ceremony iced it for me. I can't help it, he's my all time favorite Packer.
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:06 PM - Pokerbrat2000: shhhh.....don't say that too loud in here....you will bring out all the Favre haters (and lovers) lol
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:09 PM - Aaron Rodgers 12: lol sorry, but Favre was my hero, he made Sunday's special for me
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:17 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Favre did probably take more chances than Rodgers but he ended up single-handedly losing games for us because of it
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:19 PM - Aaron Rodgers 12: ok but Brett had way more less offensive weapons than Aaron has had
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:19 PM - rodell330: Brent Farse . If he wasbt so reckless the Packers would have at least two other SB appearances . Maybe even won another one.
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:20 PM - Aaron Rodgers 12: Vernon Davis traded to Denver
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:21 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: no he didn't, he had arguably the best running game in Packer history at his disposal and he still found a way to lose games, he had just as many weapons and made idiotic throws
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:22 PM - bubba: Good move by Denver. Knew we would never do something like that.
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:22 PM - Aaron Rodgers 12: I loved Brett for his fearlessness
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:23 PM - Aaron Rodgers 12: John Elway is an awes,e GM

Nov 2, 2015 at 2:23 PM - Aaron Rodgers 12: Awesome*
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:23 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: welcome to Packerforum.com where selective amnesia rules on nitpicking fans brains
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:26 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: could count the number of bad games Rodgers has had on one hand, Favre meanwhile had way too many of those
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:33 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Man the junk i have heard today ... utterly ridiculous
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:36 PM - Aaron Rodgers 12: Rodgers falls flat every time he faces top rated defenses, let's be real. When the Niners had a defense, he lost, he can't handle the Seahawks defense, the Bills defense knocked him around last year the Bills smacked him around and last night he was silenced. Facts are is he cares way too much about not throwing interceptions that he refuses to take risks.
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:38 PM - rodell330: Smh I elway strikes again. Freaking TT I'll tell you. Ugh!
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:39 PM - Aaron Rodgers 12: Elway has been excellent ever since taking over Denver's front office.
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:42 PM - Vrill: 3 draft picks for Vernon Davis.....thats a lil steep for a player who seems to be on the downward side of his career.
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:43 PM - rodell330: Yes he has. Because he's not a tight was or afraid to make moves. Manning is 50 yrs old and his Gm understands that the defense is solid so he needs to balance the offense for his hall of game qb .
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:43 PM - rodell330: Fame*
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:43 PM - Aaron Rodgers 12: The Broncos only gave up 2 6th round picks for Davis, that's nothing
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:44 PM - Vrill: two 6ths and a 7th next year. Three picks.
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:44 PM - Vrill: so no thanks.
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:44 PM - rodell330: Sometimes I feel sorry fir Aaron Rodgers man. If he's not running for his life he's being criticized for holding the ball to long because his Wrs can't get open . Get the man some dam help then
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:45 PM - rodell330: You're nutts that've sacs steal for Denver
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:45 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: anyhow ... I'm going to watch Cam Newton lay a big old fat egg in his house tonight and prove that the Panthers are a smoke and mirrors show
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:45 PM - rodell330: Was a steal
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:46 PM - Vrill: what has Vernon Davis done lately for you to say its a steal?
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:46 PM - rodell330: They make this move last week they beat us by 30...easily
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:46 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: smh
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:47 PM - Vrill: besides be injured and cause drama in the 49ers lockeroom (which is documented)
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:47 PM - rodell330: Lol I remember someone asked the same thing to me when miss went to New England.
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:47 PM - rodell330: Moss*
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:47 PM - Aaron Rodgers 12: Vernon is still a stud, it's not his fault he had Colin Kaepernick as his QB, that guy is terrible
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:48 PM - rodell330: The guy played with Alex smith and Collin k haha seriously
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:48 PM - Vrill: Moss is a different talent than Vernon Davis. Moss is a generational type of player. Vernon Davis is not. Vernon Davis has been nothing but a headache in SF and his play has slipped.
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:48 PM - Vrill: Thats real funny, because Davis looked damn good with Kap at QB when Harbaugh was there. But that was 2-3 years ago (especially during SB run they had)
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:49 PM - Aaron Rodgers 12: You do realize Vernon Davis ran a 4.3 as a TE, that is freakish
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:49 PM - rodell330: I disagree. Watch him flourish in Denver. A qb makes a difference idc what type of talent you are
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:49 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Moss lasted a couple seasons up there but by 2010, the Pats told him to get out cuz he was choking their offense up so no... such moves are not long-term greatness moves
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:50 PM - Aaron Rodgers 12: rodell330, I'm with you 100% Vernon is going to set it off over there
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:50 PM - Vrill: Kap did make a difference with Davis. Kap and Davis were a dynamic combo for 2-3 years there under Harbaugh. The only things that have changed, is that Harbaugh is gone now along with Davis' attitude and downward spiral play.
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:51 PM - rodell330: Oh lord...this long term hooblah again. With miss they were a lucky catch away from being unbeaten . You TT supporters love to make excuses man smh
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:51 PM - rodell330: Moss*
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:53 PM - Vrill: Your words Rodell, not mine "A QB makes a difference, you don't care what type of talent they are"....so Rodgers WR's right now should be awesome huh? lol. You're as hypocritical as ever man =P

Nov 2, 2015 at 2:53 PM - Vrill: some fans make me laugh :)
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:55 PM - rodell330: Yea ok . You know my comment was in regards to your Davis comment but ok.
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:56 PM - Vrill: Well, Kap and Davis were an awesome hookup there for a while. Something has changed....so either its all in Kap's head right now, and hes lost it up stairs so to speak, or Davis has slipped or had an attitude change like its been reported...perhaps a combo of both. Both players are still young, especially Kap. So age isn't an issue there.
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:58 PM - rodell330: Kap is a scrub who was covered up by an outstAnding defense.
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:59 PM - rodell330: Sometimes guys just need a change of scenery and great leaders and now he has that in Denver
Nov 2, 2015 at 2:59 PM - Vrill: He still made passes to Davis though....and Crab too.
Nov 2, 2015 at 3:00 PM - rodell330: Can't believe we get to be stick with the likes of Richard Rogers and Andrew Quarless
Nov 2, 2015 at 3:01 PM - rodell330: Rodgers is probably sick right now hAha
Nov 2, 2015 at 3:01 PM - Aaron Rodgers 12: look at Crabtree since leaving San Fran. He's been awesome
Nov 2, 2015 at 3:01 PM - Aaron Rodgers 12: The Pack should at least give Kennard Backman a shot
Nov 2, 2015 at 3:01 PM - Vrill: he was awesome in SF too lol
Nov 2, 2015 at 3:03 PM - Aaron Rodgers 12: Crab was never able to display his abilities with Kaepernick throwing the ball
Nov 2, 2015 at 3:13 PM - Vrill: You say that, yet Crab had over 1000 yards in 2012 with Kap throwing to him. Then he gets injured in 2013, which was the year Kap went off statistically but Crab wasn't around to get in on it. That same year, in 2013, Vernon Davis had arguably his best season as a pro. he had 13 TD catches and over 800 yards recieving on only 52 catches (16 yards per catch) yeah, I'd say that Kap utilized him.
Nov 2, 2015 at 3:14 PM - Vrill: and did quite well doing it.
Nov 2, 2015 at 3:15 PM - Vrill: have anymore hyperbole you want to throw out there? roflmao
Nov 2, 2015 at 3:22 PM - Aaron Rodgers 12: Yea, Kaepernick has had the 49ers among the bottom 3 teams in the league the last 3 seasons in passing offenses, Kap is garbage.
Nov 2, 2015 at 3:47 PM - Vrill: stats speak for themselves. You're the one saying Davis and Crab didn't produce with Kap throwing them the ball and I am proving that they did produce and at a high level.
Nov 2, 2015 at 3:49 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: this whole board has almost lost its sanity today, "Mike McCarthy's offense is broken" "Rodgers needs to play like Brett Favre" "TT go out and grab free agents and make trades" blah blah blah, just stupid nonsense all around
Nov 2, 2015 at 3:52 PM - Vrill: lol yep
Nov 2, 2015 at 3:54 PM - Eli Haugen: lol.
Nov 2, 2015 at 3:55 PM - The program 61: did aaron throw an INT last night
Nov 2, 2015 at 3:55 PM - Eli Haugen: if you erase the lame first 20 min... we only lost by 2.
Nov 2, 2015 at 3:56 PM - Eli Haugen: optimism is powerful. lol
Nov 2, 2015 at 3:58 PM - Eli Haugen: maybe we should play possum. throw a couple games. avoid the first round bye. and bring home the lombardy trophy...
Nov 2, 2015 at 4:06 PM - desertdog55: Vernon Davis headed to Broncos in a trade.
Nov 2, 2015 at 4:08 PM - Dagger85: Aaron Rodgers has had 3 games in his career where he was held under 140 yards. Brady has had 18.
Nov 2, 2015 at 4:10 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: how dare you offer a sane explanation to the game on this board!!! lol
Nov 2, 2015 at 4:12 PM - Dagger85: Lol
Nov 2, 2015 at 4:23 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: bout time to see those Panthers fail
Nov 2, 2015 at 5:10 PM - Dagger85: It would be nice
Nov 2, 2015 at 5:27 PM - 7thFloorRA: wow...vernon davis cost a 6th round pick and they got a 7th coming back.
Nov 2, 2015 at 5:36 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: rain making this one ugly
Nov 2, 2015 at 5:41 PM - Dagger85: Wow another turnover
Nov 2, 2015 at 5:41 PM - Narveson: God, Luck sucks.
Nov 2, 2015 at 5:42 PM - Dagger85: Throws an interception every 23.4 passes

Nov 2, 2015 at 5:43 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: to be fair Newton aint much better but old chuckie is going to get fired fast at this rate
Nov 2, 2015 at 5:44 PM - Dagger85: Pouring rain
Nov 2, 2015 at 5:44 PM - Dagger85: This will be fun
Nov 2, 2015 at 5:46 PM - mongoosev: wow....looks like carolina is the new saints in the south division.
Nov 2, 2015 at 5:52 PM - mongoosev: are you kidding me? he just walked in there for a td
Nov 2, 2015 at 5:52 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Luck is single-handedly giving them this game
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:00 PM - sschind: 7th floor- 2 sixth rounders. One in 2016 and one in 2017.
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:01 PM - Dagger85: The throws and plays are there. Luck just can't make them
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:02 PM - mongoosev: golf move
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:02 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: wide open n missed em hands down
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:04 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Rodgers isn't going to miss those
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:06 PM - Dagger85: Don't think you can overturn that can you?
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:07 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: bad challenge
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:07 PM - adambr2: Depends if the ball came lose before he was touched. Didn't see any angle before commercial that proved that it did, though.
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:07 PM - adambr2: loose I mean
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:08 PM - adambr2: Yeah looks like a bad challenge
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:09 PM - Dagger85: Panthers look beatable so far
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:09 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: i think Pagano is really taking heat if he's going to that length
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:10 PM - Dagger85: Yeah I think he is
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:15 PM - Dagger85: Wow the colts are trash
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:16 PM - Dagger85: Open guys and can't even hit them
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:18 PM - 7thFloorRA: must be nice to have open guys
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:22 PM - Dagger85: Not when you overthrow them by 10 yards like luck
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:27 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: and he is not trusted by Pagano, hence that ultraconservative move there
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:30 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: that kind of playcall there is that of a coach about to get axed
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:34 PM - Dagger85: Wow no PI???
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:43 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: rain is a factor no question cuz normally Olsen would catch that, but I don't see this Panther team on the Bronco's level
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:45 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: and a ball that badly underthrown too
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:47 PM - Raptorman: Luck sucks
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:47 PM - rodell330: Man Luke Kuechley just screams Packer... I'd give up a 1st and 2nd for him. Heck of a player
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:47 PM - mongoosev: packerfan, carolina is no where never denver level. I don't have any worries about our upcoming game against carolina.
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:47 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I mean rain might mak Cam look bad tonight, but if he makes reads like that against us or Arizona, he's going to lose
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:48 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Packers or Cardinals'd kill these guys
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:48 PM - mongoosev: i admit I was worried about denver and the results just confirmed it against denver. lol
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:48 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: and Indy is calling idiot plays too

Nov 2, 2015 at 6:51 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I call Pagano getting fired before season's end if this keeps uo
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:51 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: up
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:52 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Biggest thing here now is that I've seen this Colts team in the past just put the ball in Luck's hands allowing him to deliver on 3rd down and such, Pagano isn't allowing it tonight because he doesn't trust him, I can see it and there's a big old rift in there
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:59 PM - Raptorman: Woudn't surprise me if he is gone at their bye
Nov 2, 2015 at 6:59 PM - mongoosev: good call. now hopefully the dolts can turn this game around
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:08 PM - rodell330: Maybe we can steal TY Hilton :)
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:10 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I wouldn't mind that now, but I dont see him on the trade block
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:11 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: what's with ESPN's stupid fascination of spanish soccer announcers calling football games?
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:11 PM - Dagger85: Wow just heard Texans and Jets may be interested in cutler
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:11 PM - Dagger85: surely just a rumor
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:12 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: ahaha while the Bear fans yell "GRAB HIM GRAB HIM" haha
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:17 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Matthews if he plays aint gonna miss on Cam
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:19 PM - Dagger85: Nope this team tonight is very beatable
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:22 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I mean I doubt the rain will hamper anyone on Saturday but this team aint beating us or a healthy Arizona Cardinals team, Palmer even would pick these guys apart
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:23 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Sunday
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:23 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I mean
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:27 PM - Dagger85: Gore getting good yardage
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:28 PM - Dagger85: So is Bradshaw
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:30 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: shoulda called play action there
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:33 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I feel like our defensive line could beat Newton into the ground by blitzing him
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:37 PM - Dagger85: Wow!!! Kap has been benched
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:37 PM - Dagger85: Gabbert will start Sunday
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:40 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Lol fumble. I smell one big huge Packer blowout win coming Sunday, our only threat to winning the NFC is Arizona
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:40 PM - mongoosev: lol @ panthers
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:41 PM - Dagger85: Wow crazy
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:41 PM - mongoosev: agree packerfan
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:42 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Indy could be winning if Luck would hit one throw and Pagano wouldn't call stupid plays
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:43 PM - azrsx05: Don't get too confident. Our defense likes to make QBs look great. And our offense needs to get their act together.
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:43 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Colts receivers are no better than ours
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:44 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: and for every QB we make look great, Newton makes a crappy d look better
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:44 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: this colts d has been in the toilet all year and Newton makin them look good
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:45 PM - dbain21: How bad are the colts though. I mean I thought they'd be a power house.
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:45 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Carolina is the most overrated team in football, they ain't even close to the Broncos
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:46 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Colts are bad, they were down 27-0 to the noodle saints at home
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:46 PM - azrsx05: Broncos **** really have better receivers than we do. They certainly don't have a better QB than we do either. And they made him look like 10 years younger

Nov 2, 2015 at 7:46 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: the same Saints team that gave up 49 yesterday
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:46 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: this panthers team is overrated
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:47 PM - Raptorman: Thats what most people said about denver
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:48 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: not me, if that D-line was denver's luck would be on a stretcher by now
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:48 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Colts team is a mess and Pagano is going to get fired guaranteed now
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:49 PM - Raptorman: Pagano is a fired man coaching.
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:49 PM - dbain21: Ya he's done. This team had SB hopes
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:50 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: and even a noodle arm Peyton Manning is 1000x better than Cam Newton
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:52 PM - Dagger85: So gabbert is starting Sunday and Kap will make like 900,000 just sitting on a bench
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:53 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Luck is lead footed big time
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:54 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: pretty sure Rodgers gets out of that mess
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:55 PM - azrsx05: Pretty sure Rodgers will say receivers weren't getting open
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:56 PM - Dagger85: If it's like tonight, our receivers will get open
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:56 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: so what is it? our receivers can get open and Rodgers is a liar? or they can't and he's right?
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:56 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: this whole narrative is just a bunch of dillweeds
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:56 PM - Dagger85: Skip Bayless already told you what it was. Rodgers just isn't good
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:57 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: lol
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:57 PM - Dagger85: ;)
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:57 PM - azrsx05: There's a lot of times there's guys wide open on short throws. But he keeps looking for guys 20yds down the field. By the time he tries to go to the short guys he's getting sacked
Nov 2, 2015 at 7:58 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: looked to me like Denver smothered the short routes too, I don't see Carolina smothering either tonight
Nov 2, 2015 at 8:00 PM - azrsx05: Because they keep letting guys on their own on the outside. Cross routes, slants might help with that.
Nov 2, 2015 at 8:00 PM - Dagger85: Lol those protestors
Nov 2, 2015 at 8:00 PM - Dagger85: Luck is just awful
Nov 2, 2015 at 8:01 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Colts might even be winning this is Hasselback is in
Nov 2, 2015 at 8:01 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: that throw was just garbage

Nov 2, 2015 8:01 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: that throw was just garbage
Nov 2, 2015 8:01 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: he had time too
Nov 2, 2015 8:01 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: and Colts O-line has been worse than ours
Nov 2, 2015 8:02 PM - Dagger85: Those super bowl predictions sure aren't looking too promising for them
Nov 2, 2015 8:03 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Good news is Carolina is going to get super over confident from playing this bad Colts team. And we're gonna go in and knock em right off their perch
Nov 2, 2015 8:04 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I can feel it
Nov 2, 2015 8:07 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: they need to pull him, he's going to hand the Panthers another TD
Nov 2, 2015 8:10 PM - MiamiBeachPacker: Wish he would get the ball to Hilton
Nov 2, 2015 8:11 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: combination of Luck's awful throws mixed with dumb play calling prevent that
Nov 2, 2015 8:12 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Colts waited till now to call these plays
Nov 2, 2015 8:26 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Indy could still come back too
Nov 2, 2015 8:28 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Lol finally
Nov 2, 2015 8:28 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: wasted almost a minute throwing it short of the endzone
Nov 2, 2015 8:28 PM - MiamiBeachPacker: This is why Luck has all those 4th quarter comebacks
Nov 2, 2015 8:29 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: question is can the Colts soft d stop Newton-Stewart
Nov 2, 2015 8:30 PM - longtimefan: cant stand Cam's signal calling
Nov 2, 2015 8:30 PM - longtimefan: readdyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
Nov 2, 2015 8:32 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: surprised it isn't Tolbert they're using
Nov 2, 2015 8:33 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Rodgers isn't going to wait until the 4th quarter to throw those routes to Montgomery and James Jones at least
Nov 2, 2015 8:34 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: omg lol he almost threw a pick
Nov 2, 2015 8:34 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: lol
Nov 2, 2015 8:35 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: this game's been funny
Nov 2, 2015 8:35 PM - Dagger85: How is this happening lol
Nov 2, 2015 8:36 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: like I said, Rodgers ain't waiting till the 4th quarter to put up them points
Nov 2, 2015 8:37 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: only question is will luck play smart here or go back to ball forcing
Nov 2, 2015 8:40 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: ohhh man
Nov 2, 2015 8:40 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: big catch
Nov 2, 2015 8:41 PM - Dagger85: Lol is is insane
Nov 2, 2015 8:41 PM - Dagger85: Still plenty of time too
Nov 2, 2015 8:41 PM - Dagger85: I hope they pull it out.
Nov 2, 2015 8:42 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I don't think it should be overturned, i hope not
Nov 2, 2015 8:42 PM - Dagger85: Stands!
Nov 2, 2015 8:43 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: ohhh my gosh
Nov 2, 2015 8:44 PM - Dagger85: First

Nov 2, 2015 at 8:53 PM - Raptorman: that out of bounds call will be talked about tomorroe
Nov 2, 2015 at 8:54 PM - Pokerbrat2000: now lets use all 15 minutes of overtime!
Nov 2, 2015 at 8:54 PM - Dagger85: They may have kicked a FG from there though
Nov 2, 2015 at 8:54 PM - Dagger85: But it was a big play
Nov 2, 2015 at 8:54 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: This is awesome, yeah Panther fans if they lose will blame the refs
Nov 2, 2015 at 8:54 PM - Dagger85: Colts win toss.
Nov 2, 2015 at 8:55 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: but yeah, I think the big call was that questionable 4th down catch
Nov 2, 2015 at 8:55 PM - Dagger85: Wear their defense out!!!
Nov 2, 2015 at 8:55 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: But the refs didnt win it, Keuchly could've ended it and dropped it
Nov 2, 2015 at 8:55 PM - Dagger85: Yep
Nov 2, 2015 at 8:56 PM - Dagger85: Colts were down 23-6 10 minutes ago
Nov 2, 2015 at 8:57 PM - Dagger85: Lol nice run back
Nov 2, 2015 at 8:57 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: big old kick return
Nov 2, 2015 at 8:59 PM - Dagger85: Carolina defense has to be exhausted
Nov 2, 2015 at 8:59 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Luck trying to copy Aaron Rodgers
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:00 PM - Dagger85: Oohhhh he was wide open
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:00 PM - Dagger85: AGAIN

Nov 2, 2015 at 9:06 PM - Dagger85: Dropped a game winner!!!!
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:09 PM - Dagger85: Wow this is crazy
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:09 PM - thisisnate: note to rodgers, these receivers are nowhere near being "open" when cam is hitting them
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:10 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: pttttt
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:10 PM - Pokerbrat2000: kick the field goal and lets keep this game going
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:10 PM - Dagger85: Stop them here and kick a FG
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:10 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: yes please
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:11 PM - Dagger85: I'm so glad the panthers are fighting. Even if they win this game

Nov 2, 2015 at 9:13 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Hopefully won by Vinatieri
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:14 PM - Pokerbrat2000: nice grueling 7 minute drive here
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:14 PM - Dagger85: Yes. Kick a FG with hardly any time left
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:14 PM - Arodgers12: I'm up 119-116 in fantasy football. He has Luck and I have Greg Olsen. Nervous as hell. I hope Carolina stops them here so I can win my matchup.
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:15 PM - Dagger85: Sorry about your fantasy football, but I'm rooting for the Packers best interest haha
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:16 PM - Pokerbrat2000: 7 minute drive on the ground should suffice and achieve both agendas
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:17 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I need the Colts to win this
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:17 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: ohhh ****
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:17 PM - Dagger85: Oh wow luck
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:17 PM - Pokerbrat2000: good lord
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:18 PM - Arodgers12: There is your dagger for my fantasy matchup!
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:18 PM - Pokerbrat2000: game over
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:18 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: lol
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:18 PM - Pokerbrat2000: wish we were playing the colts and Luck next week
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:18 PM - Dagger85: Oh 3rd down
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:19 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: even if Carolina wins this, they got exposed
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:19 PM - Arodgers12: We lost the last time we played them.
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:19 PM - Pokerbrat2000: longer fg now
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:19 PM - Dagger85: Here it comes for the game winner
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:19 PM - Dagger85: misssssssssss

Nov 2, 2015 at 9:20 PM - Arodgers12: I don't remember us ever winning in Indy!
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:20 PM - Pokerbrat2000: block it
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:20 PM - MiamiBeachPacker: At least it's over now
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:20 PM - Dagger85: Time to put that 1 loss in their column Sunday
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:20 PM - Pokerbrat2000: crap another undefeated team to face
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:21 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Hopefully the Colts wore em out at least
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:21 PM - Vltrophy: Colts blew it
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:21 PM - Arodgers12: Maybe the emotional toll for the Panthers will help us.

Nov 2, 2015 at 9:21 PM - thisisnate: winning a game is not getting "exposed"
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:22 PM - MiamiBeachPacker: Managed to barely hold on for a win in a couple fantasy leagues
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:22 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Their D blew the lead
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:22 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: against a bad team
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:22 PM - Dagger85: I like our chances Sunday
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:22 PM - thisisnate: they won. they hung on and gritted it out. i know you declared they'd get exposed so you're clinging to it, but no. just no rofl
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:22 PM - Dagger85: Goodnight guys! Have a great week
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:23 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: If they play anything like that against us, Rodgers is going to pick them apart
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:24 PM - Arodgers12: We won in Carolina the last time.
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:24 PM - Arodgers12: We beat them in 2011.
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:25 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: We beat them bad last year too, I'm not scared of these overrated chicken livers
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:25 PM - Arodgers12: They haven't beaten us in Carolina since 2005.
Nov 2, 2015 at 9:26 PM - Pokerbrat2000: Odds have Pack favored by 2 points currently
Nov 3, 2015 at 4:43 AM - Rodgers in the House: I think I'm more worried about the Packers beating themselves.
Nov 3, 2015 at 5:23 AM - Circa1919: ^ Same. ARod needs to get something going, because if he can't like in Denver, Carolina will pick us apart. Carolina's not a bad team. I honestly didn't care if they won or lost to Denver but for homefeild advantage we need to beat the Panthers.
Nov 3, 2015 at 5:24 AM - desertdog55: Packers were favored by 2.5 in Denver....looks like Vegas is losing favor in the Pack. That's OK.....we will get back on track....
Nov 3, 2015 at 5:49 AM - easyk83: The passing offense will continue to flop in big games until MM and Co. acknowledge that the spread ISO passing attack has been ineffective against top flight secondaries. They need to focus more on scheming guys open and do more than simply moving Cobb into the backfield. From what I could tell the trip sets were yielding positive yardage for us when they were used.
Nov 3, 2015 at 5:51 AM - easyk83: The offensive problems are correctable but our coaching staff and quarterback have a proven track record of hard headedness
Nov 3, 2015 at 6:02 AM - easyk83: As to defense much of it depends on Nick Perry, when he's healthy we can keep Matthews at ILB and still rush the passer. When he's not the Defense lacks teeth.
Nov 3, 2015 at 6:23 AM - rodell330: I agree...never thought I'd say it but Perry does make a difference. It allows us to slide Mathews inside but till get a rush drink the edge. If we didn't have such a stubborn Gm he would've addressed the ilb spot yrs ago instead he wanted to stick anyone in there. Took him several yrs to fix the safety spot.
Nov 3, 2015 at 6:26 AM - Pokerbrat2000: Kaepernick benched.....lol.....didn't see that coming....last year!
Nov 3, 2015 at 6:27 AM - Pokerbrat2000: Nothing like having one of the leagues top 10 paid QB's riding the pine
Nov 3, 2015 at 6:58 AM - easyk83: Perry looks like the player we drafted when he's healthy, he can turn the corner he can bull rush with the best of them. It's a shame he's not healthy more.
Nov 3, 2015 at 6:59 AM - easyk83: Also I've noticed that Datone has looked like a load when he's been able to play out wide. Maybe work him in as an Elephant end, go to a bit more of a hybrid scheme.
Nov 3, 2015 at 6:59 AM - easyk83: He also looked pretty natural playing with his head up against San Fran last year
Nov 3, 2015 at 7:16 AM - azrsx05: I think our secondary has more to do with the D issues. They aren't physicall, they are always trailing the receiver and they are constantly leaving the middle wide open. Shields is probably the only player that can actually cover man. Everyone else needs help. When that happens, someone will be wide open
Nov 3, 2015 at 7:28 AM - PackerFanLV: haha the only db that's not afraid to lay the wood. Our secondary soft outside of HaHa
Nov 3, 2015 at 7:33 AM - azrsx05: If the others dbs played half and hit half as good as HaHa it would be an upgrade. I'm ok with HaHa getting a few flags here and there and maybe miss a tackle, but when he hits the other guy. Damn right he will know who just laid him out and will think twice before going up for the ball if HaHa is near
Nov 3, 2015 at 9:39 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: i think you mean Morgan Burnett, he's the lone wood-layer here
Nov 3, 2015 at 9:55 AM - The program 61: a friend said he heard we might be in play for derrick thomas of the chiefs
Nov 3, 2015 at 9:58 AM - adambr2: Thomas was a beast. Probably won't be very effective now since he's been dead for 15 years
Nov 3, 2015 at 10:00 AM - The program 61: haha my bad!
Nov 3, 2015 at 10:00 AM - The program 61: derrick johnson i think then
Nov 3, 2015 at 10:11 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: I'd take him I guess but I don't know that he's an RR upgrade
Nov 3, 2015 at 10:13 AM - The program 61: he isnt if he cant play for tennesee

Nov 3, 2015 at 10:13 AM - Dagger85: maybe it was deleted and was just a false rumor
Nov 3, 2015 at 10:13 AM - Dagger85: Oh
Nov 3, 2015 at 10:13 AM - Dagger85: Fake Account
Nov 3, 2015 at 10:13 AM - Dagger85: my apologies guys. I was had
Nov 3, 2015 at 10:13 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: The one thing that keeps on coming back to me from last night was just how clean a pocket Luck had, esp in the 4th. I just keep thinking they'd better pray to god Rodgers doesn't get that kind of time because it doesn't matter what his struggles have been, if he gets that kind of time he's going to be pin point accurate and firing lasers all over them
Nov 3, 2015 at 10:14 AM - Dagger85: deleted my message. False twitter account got me
Nov 3, 2015 at 10:16 AM - Dagger85: Lol the same fake account posted that Rodgers has asked for his release and that we have agreed to terms with Tim Tebow
Nov 3, 2015 at 10:16 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: AHAHAHAHAHA
Nov 3, 2015 at 10:17 AM - Dagger85: Now this IS real....Cowboys have released Joseph Randle
Nov 3, 2015 at 10:24 AM - The program 61: glad i picked up dmac
Nov 3, 2015 at 11:15 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: Man, I don't ever recall a more impatient week that I wanted Sunday to go rolling around here before
Nov 3, 2015 at 11:17 AM - The program 61: can you believe pack carolina isnt televised in maine
Nov 3, 2015 at 11:17 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: are the Pats playing on FOX or something?
Nov 3, 2015 at 11:23 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: ah yup they are
Nov 3, 2015 at 11:23 AM - The program 61: yea redskins pats
Nov 3, 2015 at 11:23 AM - The program 61: uusually they cbs
Nov 3, 2015 at 11:23 AM - The program 61: its some dumb bs
Nov 3, 2015 at 11:23 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: that's gonna be ugly
Nov 3, 2015 at 11:24 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: well usually when an NFC travels to an AFC opponent, FOX does pick it up
Nov 3, 2015 at 11:24 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: if it's the other way around
Nov 3, 2015 at 11:24 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: CBS takes it
Nov 3, 2015 at 11:25 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: although with the rule changes CBS has picked up some NFC games
Nov 3, 2015 at 11:54 AM - Vrill: Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that the most active trade market right now is at defensive end, as players such as Vinny Curry (Eagles), Willie Young (Bears) and Jeremy Mincey (Cowboys) are all available right now.
Nov 3, 2015 at 1:08 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I need Sunday to get here now so this stupid Rodgers forgot how to play football talk will stop immediately
Nov 3, 2015 at 1:08 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: never in my life have I seen a bunch of crazies short selling this team like I have lately
Nov 3, 2015 at 1:30 PM - desertdog55: LOL....who the hell is out there that anyone thinks we can pick up?? Come on man....that's not TT's way.....we will use what we have. We will be OK
Nov 3, 2015 at 1:51 PM - thisisnate: Keenan Allen to IR with a lacerated kidney? The heck!
Nov 3, 2015 at 1:55 PM - sschind: Are you a brand new fan of the Packers Carolina. It happens every year. We lose a game or two or play poorly and next thing you know we are the most over rated team in the league according to some people.
Nov 3, 2015 at 1:57 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: No I mean I yeah I seen this before but it still gets old, and right now I just want Sunday to get here because I feel like Rodgers is going to go out there and shut people up
Nov 3, 2015 at 1:59 PM - sschind: You just gotta learn to tune it out. I agree with not being able to wait until next week.
Nov 3, 2015 at 2:04 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: i also feel like this year's Panthers team is a bit like the 2013 Chiefs team, that team got off to a 9-0 start but the front half of their schedule was loaded with cupcakes and then when it got into the real challenges the losses started coming out, still finished 11-5 but that back stretch proved they were not in the elite ranks
Nov 3, 2015 at 2:05 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: and as much as the AFC West opponents we've played haven't been great, I think they're better than the AFC south junk ones that Carolina has played
Nov 3, 2015 at 2:06 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Even the Rams have a winning record now and are arguably better than any of Carolina's opponents thus far
Nov 3, 2015 at 3:45 PM - Circa1919: Carolina's offense doesn't scare me but they've always had a good defense. And we all know how our offense plays against good defense. I hope the pack learn to actually adjust when things don't go according to plan.

Nov 3, 2015 at 3:59 PM - PackerFanLV: Ted ginn sure know how to run a go route ;)
Nov 3, 2015 at 4:17 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Carolina has zero ability to rush the passer without blitzing, I saw it on full display last night
Nov 3, 2015 at 4:32 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: speaking of which, Indy's offensive coordinator got fired today and looks like it was a desperation move by Pagano to save his job
Nov 3, 2015 at 6:22 PM - Raptorman: Just saw that if the playoffs started today, The Bronco's would be the 1 seed in the AFC.
Nov 3, 2015 at 6:23 PM - SeahawkFan80: I agree with you about Carolina Packfan. How they beat us is by blitzing all the game.
Nov 3, 2015 at 6:24 PM - SeahawkFan80: Of course we have orange cones for a front line at the moment.
Nov 3, 2015 at 6:28 PM - Eli Haugen: lol. bahk is getting pushed around every play it seems
Nov 3, 2015 at 6:41 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: To me it just seems like this game is an awful lot like that game 3 years ago in Houson, we've answered the bell before like then and we can do it now too
Nov 3, 2015 at 7:21 PM - dbain21: Are you talking about the game rodgers threw like 4 tds in a half. I dont know if that will happen. Going into that game people were criticizing rodgers for a lot. People have been critical of him but they know the O has been banged up
Nov 3, 2015 at 7:50 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I say this is the exact same thing

Nov 4, 2015 10:57 AM - Vltrophy: Watching OTL. Former Vikings player Fred McNeil just died yesterday. Condolences to his family. They're talking of course about CTE. Maybe she would prefer working 40+ hours & not living the life of luxury.
Nov 4, 2015 10:58 AM - Vltrophy: Started a thread on this if u wish to comment
Nov 4, 2015 12:12 PM - SeahawkFan80: Thank you for the information sir.
Nov 4, 2015 12:33 PM - The program 61: cte? concussion?
Nov 4, 2015 12:38 PM - Pokerbrat2000: this explains CTE http://www.cnn.com/2015/09/18/health/nfl-brain-study-cte/
Nov 4, 2015 2:38 PM - Dagger85: Monty, Matthews and Perry limited today
Nov 4, 2015 2:38 PM - Dagger85: Shields did not practice
Nov 4, 2015 2:38 PM - Dagger85: Rollins didn't either
Nov 4, 2015 2:42 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I'd suspect we'll know more by Friday who's good to go and all
Nov 4, 2015 3:06 PM - pacmaniac: Big game Sunday, how many times will Aaron come up small against a good D?
Nov 4, 2015 3:56 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: either way I'm sick and tired of this stupid blueprint defense talk, there's no such thing unless you run the exact same scheme, Carolina doesn't run the Denver scheme and that's why they'll fail

Nov 5, 2015 3:18 AM - Vltrophy: Packers got messed up last week. It's called regrouping & kick'n some panthers ***
Nov 5, 2015 4:24 AM - PackerDNA: People can talk all they want about 'blueprints' and such, but if you don't have the players who can pull it off, it doesn't matter.
Nov 5, 2015 4:45 AM - Vrill: There are no such things as blue prints in sports, lol
Nov 5, 2015 4:55 AM - PackerDNA: It's a comfort zone kind of thing for the media,Vrill. Like every time there's a scandal, you gotta put 'gate' on the end of it.
Nov 5, 2015 6:14 AM - Vrill: yeah
Nov 5, 2015 10:40 AM - Pokerbrat2000: I'm not a Sports betting kind of guy, but man the Bengals at home against Johnny Foosball.......I might give the 11.5 points and watch the Browns get creamed tonight.
Nov 5, 2015 10:50 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: Bengals 45 Browns 3
Nov 5, 2015 10:51 AM - Pokerbrat2000: guessing you are right on the one sided score PFC, but on any given Sunday.....oh wait, its Thursday! :coffee:
Nov 5, 2015 10:54 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: I just dont buy NFL Networks talk about JF being improved, the chucks beachballs into double coverage, that's just what he does, it's not going to change in the NFL
Nov 5, 2015 10:57 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: now back to the game at hand this Sunday, I really hope Randall Cobb busts some double moves or something out there, guy just seemed a bit slow footed last game
Nov 5, 2015 11:03 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: holy cow, Lions bring the execution squad to the front office http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/14059034/detroit-lions-fire-gm-martin-mayhew-president-tom-lewand
Nov 5, 2015 11:04 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: Caldwell is still coach it sounds like
Nov 5, 2015 11:35 AM - Pokerbrat2000: today anyway
Nov 5, 2015 12:30 PM - desertdog55: I know Cowherd is a Rodgers hater, but he says Packers aren't even a top ten NFL team. And Rodgers is an overrated talent that doesn't deliver in big games...except for the SB year.
Nov 5, 2015 12:42 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Cowherd is just a huffer like his twin Bayless, just likes the sound of his voice over the sports radio
Nov 5, 2015 12:47 PM - PackerDNA: I don't listen to Cowherd or Bayliss. Saves me money on aspirin.
Nov 5, 2015 12:48 PM - Poppa San: Audio click bait. If they don't get the callers, they don't have a show.
Nov 5, 2015 12:53 PM - Twiddlemylobes: I like being underestimated. It makes what we're about to do to some teams this year that much more enjoyable
Nov 5, 2015 1:03 PM - PackerDNA: All the games are important, but this season is shaping up to come down to these games; Panthers, Cards, the two matchups with the Vikings. Lose this week and homefield is pretty much gone.
Nov 5, 2015 1:08 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: could be, I'm still in doubt about the Panthers 2nd half though
Nov 5, 2015 1:11 PM - Pokerbrat2000: I'm not super worried about the Panthers, their last 5 out of 8 games are on the road and as we all know, those aren't easy to win. I'm more concerned about Arizona and MN.
Nov 5, 2015 1:12 PM - PackerDNA: I know it's only mid season, but outside of the teams we're talking about here and now, I'm not at all concerned about anyone else in the NFC.
Nov 5, 2015 1:13 PM - Pokerbrat2000: I think out of the Packers, Panthers, Cardinals and Vikings, we have the easiest remaining schedule. If we beat the Panthers, home field advantage is in our control
Nov 5, 2015 1:15 PM - PackerDNA: I'd say more favorable as of now Pokerbrat2000, but I try not to fall into that 'easy' stuff. This is the NFL.
Nov 5, 2015 1:20 PM - Pokerbrat2000: Sundays game is huge IMO, not just from a tie breaker stand point, but to mentally right the ship.
Nov 5, 2015 1:22 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Bottom line is I just don't see anyone in the NFC right now that has a Denver or "Legion Of Boom" defense that people keep talking about that is unconquerable for this offense, I just don't see it anywhere except for maybe a Cardinals team playing their A-game, but I don't know. even they don't exactly look intimidating
Nov 5, 2015 1:25 PM - PackerDNA: Reading earlier that the Packers and Colts having to play unbeaten teams on consecutive weeks makes only 4 times that's happened. Colts are home; it didn't say how many teams have had to play unbeatens back to back on the road, so this could be a first.
Nov 5, 2015 1:25 PM - PackerDNA: The Seahawks D looks to be rounding into form. I wouldn't count them out.
Nov 5, 2015 1:27 PM - Pokerbrat2000: Depends on what point in the season you are looking at, maybe this "late", but I doubt it hasn't happened before in weeks 2-5
Nov 5, 2015 1:31 PM - Pokerbrat2000: Seahawks still have to play the Cardinals twice, as well as the Rams, Vikings and Steelers, so they will be adding on to their already 4 losses and with our win over them, we have the tie breaker
Nov 5, 2015 1:31 PM - Twiddlemylobes: I agree Poker. A win at Carolina is monumental and all but erases last Sunday night
Nov 5, 2015 1:32 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Yes Kam Chancellor is back I get it but those were 2 ultra crappy offenses they just played, hell even we held the 49ers to 3, so i dont know what thats really saying
Nov 5, 2015 1:32 PM - Pokerbrat2000: I think we all knew 2 weeks ago that a split against Denver and Carolina was acceptable, I just don't think we all expected the offensive woes and defensive roller coaster of the last few games
Nov 5, 2015 1:34 PM - Pokerbrat2000: Chancellor is back, they are finally using Jimmy Graham, so the Seahags are getting better, but they still don't look like the force they have been in the past.
Nov 5, 2015 1:34 PM - Twiddlemylobes: The more I reflect on our loss, I'm beginning to wonder if it won't be a catapult for some changes we needed to make.

Nov 5, 2015 at 1:34 PM - Pokerbrat2000: I'll settle for playing the Seahawks in Green Bay in January to go to the SuperBowl anytime
Nov 5, 2015 at 1:35 PM - PackerDNA: Forgot to mention, they specified 6-0 or better minimimum, and thinking about it, I think they said it's only happened 4 times before. Anyway, it's at www.cbssports.com. And I was thinking of Seattle getting in the playoffs, as I don't think they can catch us.
Nov 5, 2015 at 1:35 PM - Pokerbrat2000: we can only hope Twiddle......I think it had to and it may have deflated some ego's along the way in a much needed way
Nov 5, 2015 at 1:37 PM - Pokerbrat2000: I'm hoping AR channels some of his own inner RELAX, because he has looked frustrated the past few games
Nov 5, 2015 at 1:38 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: and at the same time Richard Sherman is in decline
Nov 5, 2015 at 1:38 PM - Twiddlemylobes: I don't buy into the anti Rodgers sentiment. He's too good a Competitor not to bounce back with a solid performance. I think this game will be much more competitive than Denver
Nov 5, 2015 at 1:40 PM - PackerDNA: I don't believe Sherman is in decline. I expect a strong bounce back game this week. If not, this board will erupt, heh.
Nov 5, 2015 at 1:41 PM - Twiddlemylobes: Yea. I remember Aaron getting slung down hard after a pass he made. He grimaced as he peeled himself off the ground. Then he overthrew a wide open Cobb for a possible score. I knew that moment we were in trouble. He got rattled
Nov 5, 2015 at 1:44 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: The thing is as poker mentioned, the Hawks have to play a healthy Cardinals team 2x now, the Rams again, the Vikings, the Steelers, they'll finish 9-7 at best I say and they'd better hope for a monumental Viking and Falcon collapse cuz it aint happening
Nov 5, 2015 at 1:46 PM - Twiddlemylobes: The Hawks got 0-2 in the hole early. Their best hope is beamed by the pitcher with bases loaded
Nov 5, 2015 at 1:47 PM - Twiddlemylobes: Oh! I forgot this is football!
Nov 5, 2015 at 1:47 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: lol
Nov 5, 2015 at 6:43 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: that Manziel is a moron
Nov 5, 2015 at 7:53 PM - PackerFanLV: Never saw tramon get hit with the double move like that as a packer
Nov 5, 2015 at 7:59 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: course to be fair to Manziel, his receivers are pretty dumb too

Nov 5, 2015 8:01 PM - Twiddlemylobes: Lol
Nov 5, 2015 8:07 PM - Twiddlemylobes: We could really use a Tyler Eifert type target on our team
Nov 5, 2015 8:16 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Tell ya another thing, if Marvin Lewis doesn't win a playoff game with this roster, he should seriously just retire from coaching
Nov 5, 2015 8:20 PM - PackerFanLV: ^^^ I agree lol
Nov 5, 2015 8:43 PM - thisisnate: every team could use a tyler eifert lol
Nov 5, 2015 9:12 PM - Twiddlemylobes: Manziel looked like Peter Pan fluttering around the sideline. I never saw a QB so Giddy that also lost so convincingly
Nov 5, 2015 9:16 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I'm a little surprised the Packer game didn't get flexed to like a 4:25 start time to try and get more coverage, I mean I guess looking at 506sports it already does cover most of the map for the early start time, but I'm just a little surprised. Guess maybe because CBS pushed hard for the Indy Denver game
Nov 6, 2015 6:15 AM - PackerDNA: Yeah, Manning comes home, Manning vs Luck...sometimes they prefer storylines over what may be a better matchup.
Nov 6, 2015 8:05 AM - Brett Favre 4: When do you guys think we will get a sack specialist again?
Nov 6, 2015 8:36 AM - Pokerbrat2000: around lunchtime?
Nov 6, 2015 8:37 AM - Pokerbrat2000: That question sounded like a title to a **** movie, not that I watch that stuff
Nov 6, 2015 8:39 AM - Brett Favre 4: lol
Nov 6, 2015 8:39 AM - Brett Favre 4: but seriously though, it's been a while since we really get after the quarterback
Nov 6, 2015 8:40 AM - Pokerbrat2000: I think playing the 3-4 takes a bit of need away from a "sack specialist". For now I guess that honor goes to Clay and although sacks are nice, I just hope for heavy pressure and run containment
Nov 6, 2015 8:42 AM - Pokerbrat2000: we are #4 in Sacks currently, so I am happy with that, we will definitely need to contain Newton in the pocket this weekend or he is going to run all Kapaernick on us
Nov 6, 2015 8:47 AM - Brett Favre 4: yea, that will be a definite must
Nov 6, 2015 9:02 AM - The program 61: no one buy black ops 3 for the zombies mode its horrible
Nov 6, 2015 9:22 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: I think we can get that guy and Elliot might be it, but we also need Datone and Letroy to stay healthy
Nov 6, 2015 9:24 AM - Green and Gold: We are spoiled and forget what its like to get a beat down every once in a while.
Nov 6, 2015 9:25 AM - Green and Gold: Struggling in the midst of a slump, but it doesn't worry me. I know they will get it back on track before the year is over. All that matters is how they are playing when they enter the playoffs.
Nov 6, 2015 10:25 AM - Pokerbrat2000: will also matter "where" they are playing those playoff games. I don't want another "good year" and end up on the road for the playoffs. Beating teams at Lambeau lately seems to be a better recipe for success
Nov 6, 2015 11:56 AM - easyk83: We need to get Datone Jones outside of the guard more often, he's looked pretty good playing over and outside the tackle.
Nov 6, 2015 12:20 PM - thisisnate: was the game originally supposed to be at noon?
Nov 6, 2015 12:21 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: still is
Nov 6, 2015 12:22 PM - thisisnate: yeah nm. for some reason, packers.com lists the end time as the game time
Nov 6, 2015 12:22 PM - thisisnate: or i just misread it lol
Nov 6, 2015 1:54 PM - PackerDNA: If they haven't changed it by now, they probably aren't going to. Check with www.the506.com to be sure.
Nov 6, 2015 1:57 PM - PackerFanLV: Random thought, why can't the packers draft a true middle line backer in rounds 1 or 2? Seems like they are more into trying to convert outside line backer into ilb. Nate Palmer vs Denver no way he should be on the field. He even said it himself that he is lost out there.
Nov 6, 2015 2:05 PM - Vrill: I think Joe Thomas can be a good one for us if he got more reps. Hes fast and covers well.
Nov 6, 2015 2:10 PM - PackerDNA: Thomas is too light in the pants. That 28 yd TD run where Mathis engulfed him and drove him out isn't an abberetion. The guy won't be able to hold up in the run game; looks more like a safety than a LB.
Nov 6, 2015 2:11 PM - Vrill: A lot of LB's in the league are about his size though. Not every LB is over 250. Never know unless you give a guy a consistent chance.
Nov 6, 2015 2:15 PM - PackerDNA: All well and good, Vrill, but the guy can't get regular reps at a position of weakness. He likely wouldn't be on the roster if Barrington. He's only for certain situations, and personally I've seen enough to know I'd like to see him replaced next season.
Nov 6, 2015 2:22 PM - PackerFanLV: ^^ I'm with packerdna on this one. It just hurts because it's been like this for some time now and when you run a 3-4 D linebackers are the focus. I
Nov 6, 2015 3:04 PM - thisisnate: cos the stupid ravens snatched up cj mosley 4 picks before us in 2014 and there was nobody worth the pick this year!
Nov 6, 2015 3:05 PM - thisisnate: this upcoming draft doesn't look so great for us at ILB either :/ reggie or jaylon would be suhweet, but likely both off the board by 20's

Nov 6, 2015 at 3:31 PM - The program 61: never to early
Nov 6, 2015 at 3:38 PM - MiamiBeachPacker: Going to be a bunch of changes to the college playoff rankings after this weekend
Nov 6, 2015 at 3:45 PM - PackerFanLV: Trade up in the draft make a move shiiiiddd :)
Nov 6, 2015 at 3:45 PM - PackerDNA: Yeah, really looking forward to 'Bama-LSU.
Nov 6, 2015 at 3:46 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Man I hope we're not jinxed now, someone in another forum said Bayless picked us to win this Sunday. That ain't like him, and I can only hope he took the wrong pills this morning
Nov 6, 2015 at 3:47 PM - Brett Favre 4: Would any of you like to see us draft OJ Howard out of Alabama to be used at TE?
Nov 6, 2015 at 3:48 PM - PackerDNA: Bayliss picked the Packers, and Smith picked against his "bad man", Rodgers.
Nov 6, 2015 at 3:51 PM - PackerDNA: Brett Favre 4, I'd like to see them get the best TE they can get, even if that means stepping out of the comfort zone and going after one in free agency, if a good one is available.
Nov 6, 2015 at 3:53 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Well go figure, the whole point of the show is for him to argue with Smith, but yeah still .... I like it better when he tries to give us the put down
Nov 6, 2015 at 3:57 PM - PackerDNA: Bayliss is a complete ***, but I like Smith.
Nov 6, 2015 at 4:08 PM - Twiddlemylobes: Yea. I get the whole draft by talent concept. This year needs to be an emphasis at LB and TE then OG
Nov 6, 2015 at 4:20 PM - PackerDNA: I'd say T before G.
Nov 6, 2015 at 4:32 PM - The program 61: definitly tackle
Nov 6, 2015 at 4:32 PM - The program 61: reading mock draft found this as some ones official mock draft notes for miami
Nov 6, 2015 at 4:32 PM - The program 61: Lamar Miller struggled to start the year, but has gotten hot ever since PC Head Coach took over for Joe Philbin. However, Miller is an impending free agent, so if PC Head Coach isn't retained, Miller could try to sign with a team that has a brighter outlook. Nov 6, 2015 at 4:33 PM - The program 61: PC head coach like pc principle from south park got to love it
Nov 6, 2015 at 4:36 PM - ls1bob: Pc principal is hilarious
Nov 6, 2015 at 4:39 PM - The program 61: i hope they announce his real name in the show as dan campbell lol
Nov 6, 2015 at 4:43 PM - ls1bob: Of if Campbell starts sporting oakleys and checking privilege it would be a dead giveaway
Nov 6, 2015 at 5:13 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: my thing about Carolina is they haven't been tested on handling success
Nov 6, 2015 at 5:47 PM - Green and Gold: RR just has no blocking instincts or aggression. At this point, he's basically a possession tight end, which is limiting the offense in a major way.
Nov 6, 2015 at 5:48 PM - Green and Gold: RR didn't play great, but often did his job.
Nov 6, 2015 at 6:03 PM - ls1bob: RR just wilts like a dead flower if he gets touched

Nov 7, 2015 6:24 AM - longtimefan: a brett favre beer? green bay area place making a brett beer
Nov 7, 2015 6:43 AM - The program 61: wooot for beer

Nov 7, 2015 8:31 AM - ThePerfectBeard: Ah damn, the missed the opportunity to make it a "brett" style beer. Should have just called it Favre and made it a brett
Nov 7, 2015 9:09 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: I wish tomorrow would hurry up, I got a feeling though I'm going to be arguing with a lot of naysers in here around 12:00
Nov 7, 2015 11:04 AM - PackerFanLV: Shields,Montgomery and Rollins downgraded to doubtful for the game tomorrow
Nov 7, 2015 11:12 AM - ExpatPacker: Not good news. No Shields means Randall, Hayward and Hyde.
Nov 7, 2015 11:12 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: the sucky part about that is Micah Hyde's going to get more playing time, I'm just glad Matthews can go
Nov 7, 2015 11:13 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: I think Randall though he has been beat can still play up to Tramon's level in his prime and become solid, Heyward not so much, Hyde can only get it done on ST
Nov 7, 2015 11:15 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: as bad as it sounds, I kinda wish we could get Peprah back in here, I liked that guy even though I know some don't
Nov 7, 2015 11:16 AM - The program 61: 6-2 now lol
Nov 7, 2015 11:16 AM - The program 61: everyone just start talking negative :)
Nov 7, 2015 11:21 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: rodell is the biggest offender
Nov 7, 2015 11:22 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: pumpin out that nonsense
Nov 7, 2015 11:33 AM - The program 61: maybe its our good luck well didnt work against broncos
Nov 7, 2015 11:34 AM - The program 61: the more we complain the better they hear us and play better?
Nov 7, 2015 11:49 AM - adambr2: I'm kind of hoping we can see what Gunter can do a little bit this weekend, but I'm not counting on it
Nov 7, 2015 11:59 AM - Brett Favre 4: honest question guys, who do you think was a better coach out of McCarthy and Holmgren?
Nov 7, 2015 12:00 PM - The program 61: if hes on the field it means 1 of 2 things were winning big or hayward sucked so bad
Nov 7, 2015 12:00 PM - The program 61: holmgren
Nov 7, 2015 12:02 PM - Brett Favre 4: I'm with you The program 61
Nov 7, 2015 12:55 PM - PackerDNA: Between Holmgren and MM is a tough one because they're so different as coaches and in personality.
Nov 7, 2015 1:08 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I suppose in terms of accomplishments Holmgren if you're going to look at him taking us to two superbowls over MM just 1, but also the era of football in Holmgren
Nov 7, 2015 1:08 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: 's day is a bit different than that of MM's
Nov 7, 2015 1:09 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: maybe more so because it didn't seem like Holmgren had as bad an injury bug biting his team as MM has had to deal with throughout his career
Nov 7, 2015 1:13 PM - The program 61: eddie lacy on the injury report
Nov 7, 2015 1:13 PM - The program 61: with "food coma"
Nov 7, 2015 1:41 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: call me crazy but I got a feeling Todd Gurley is going to run melee over Minny tomorrow
Nov 7, 2015 1:43 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: i know they're only 4-3 but I think the Rams might cause trouble up there tomorrow
Nov 7, 2015 2:28 PM - Pokerbrat2000: Vikings have the 5th ranked run defense, so don't count on Gurley going to crazy
Nov 7, 2015 2:31 PM - TeamTundra: Two of their games were against the Lions who are 32nd in rushing offense. I bet he goes for over 100 yds.
Nov 7, 2015 2:38 PM - Pokerbrat2000: nevermind....I have no idea where I got 5th ranked lol....now I see 18th, I must have been visiting Rodell's site lol
Nov 7, 2015 2:43 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: yup, except for the Broncos, I don't think they've been playing rushing juggernauts, esp with Charles and Forte hurt
Nov 7, 2015 2:43 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I can really see the Rams knocking them down tomorrow
Nov 7, 2015 3:01 PM - thisisnate: i don't think melee is the word you're looking for

Nov 7, 2015 at 3:05 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: ok wreak havoc, whatever, I can see him going off on Minny
Nov 7, 2015 at 3:07 PM - Raptorman: Vikings run defense being 18th is based off of the first game against the Niners. Those numbers are ******** with the game averages.
Nov 7, 2015 at 3:10 PM - Raptorman: Gurley will get his 100 though.
Nov 7, 2015 at 3:11 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I could see 150, or Mason picking up the slack when he's getting breathers
Nov 7, 2015 at 3:14 PM - adambr2: If you took most team's worst game on run D out of the equation they'd look much better. To be fair, they've been much better since then, but on that note, they haven't faced a good rushing attack either if you take the Forte injury into the equation.
Nov 7, 2015 at 3:14 PM - Raptorman: Mason? Seriously? The RB with 2.7 avearage, 13 longest run of the year?
Nov 7, 2015 at 3:18 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: No Forte or Charles, plus I'm willing to stake a bet that the good Nick Foles shows up tomorrow
Nov 7, 2015 at 4:01 PM - Raptorman: What's a good Foles?
Nov 7, 2015 at 4:08 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: teh week 1 guy
Nov 7, 2015 at 4:08 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: the
Nov 7, 2015 at 4:10 PM - adambr2: Over/under for Gurley: APs line
Nov 7, 2015 at 4:24 PM - Raptorman: Don't think it matters. According to Ram's fans the Vikings aren't going to score more than 10 points anyway. After all, the Rams defense is better than the Broncos defense.
Nov 7, 2015 at 4:25 PM - Raptorman: AP will be shut down, as will Diggs. And the other WR's. Teddy is going to end up in the hospital.
Nov 7, 2015 at 4:29 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Lol not that bad, but I could see Robert Quinn and co causing some trouble
Nov 7, 2015 at 4:32 PM - Raptorman: Apparently Austin is the "man". Even though he is only averaging 40 yards in receptions a game.
Nov 7, 2015 at 4:32 PM - Raptorman: Hell, Mike Wallace has more Yardage and Viking fans are complaining.
Nov 7, 2015 at 5:42 PM - MiamiBeachPacker: Anyone watching the Alabama vs LSU game?
Nov 7, 2015 at 5:48 PM - PackerFanLV: Miami I am watching the game
Nov 7, 2015 at 5:48 PM - Green and Gold: lsu has 0 pressure on the qb
Nov 7, 2015 at 5:52 PM - MiamiBeachPacker: Never thought they would complete that 3rd and 18 from their own 1 yard line
Nov 7, 2015 at 6:29 PM - Dagger85: What an ending for Arkansas!! Everyone see that lateral play?
Nov 7, 2015 at 6:48 PM - PackerFanLV: Bama 56 yard field goal
Nov 7, 2015 at 6:50 PM - PackerFanLV: Fournette only 9 yards
Nov 7, 2015 at 7:02 PM - SeahawkFan80: I saw that one Dagger. Was a true and interesting last 6 mins to the game and overtime.
Nov 7, 2015 at 7:23 PM - adambr2: Some Packer fans actually took offense to Wade Phillips, 'Chicken parm you taste so good I like mine with cheese' tweet? Who cares? Why on earth would anyone be offended by a completely harmless jab like that?
Nov 7, 2015 at 7:25 PM - 7thFloorRA: doesn't chicken parm ALREADY have cheese on it...hence the parm part?
Nov 7, 2015 at 7:25 PM - 7thFloorRA: I am more offended that MM is happy they got 50 offensive plays and that somehow that means his scheme is working.
Nov 7, 2015 at 7:26 PM - adambr2: True otherwise it is just. ..chicken
Nov 7, 2015 at 7:27 PM - adambr2: Did he say that?
Nov 7, 2015 at 7:27 PM - adambr2: I sure hope he understands there was nothing about the offense that was working on Sunday
Nov 7, 2015 at 7:28 PM - 7thFloorRA: I believe so. He is really obsessed with that stat being an indicator of success.
Nov 7, 2015 at 7:30 PM - 7thFloorRA: "Offensively, you can say what you want, but I don’t know how many great days you’re going to have—I know we’ve had a couple in the past on the other side of it—but when you’re at 50 plays two weeks in a row, I know I’m not complaining about the scheme. There’s a lot more to be focused on."
Nov 7, 2015 at 7:56 PM - MiamiBeachPacker: He was saying that getting only 50 plays was a bad thing
