Well, hope you enjoy losing to an inferior team. Block me, or whatever, I didnt like the MLF pick and as far as I'm concerned, fire the whole damn bunch.
Rushing only 3 and still letting them connect on long pass play?
Sooooo many inferior game decisions. Maybe looking at last place next year.
BTW, how'd R. Gary do today? Money well spent there.
Not sure if you realize but Matt LaFleur has one of the best win loss records in nfl history. There are about 8 guys in front of him and 5 of them are in the HOF. So by all means ruin your day and be a jerk to other posters it’s your choice, it’s a much worse look than any Packer loss I’ve seen imo.

What a disappointing end to the regular season.

Green Bay had every opportunity to secure the 6th seed and navigate an easier path through the playoffs.

It's the little things that lead to losses, and Green Bay hasn't cleaned up things that will be exposed next Sunday.

Packers will travel to Philadelphia and face the Eagles, which are an absolute nightmare of a matchup.

This defense cannot generate consistent pressure.

Even simulated pressure doesn't work because there is nobody on the Packers' defense that invokes fear.

I think Hafley has created an identity for this defense, which is constant pressure and forcing turnovers.

He doesn't have the requisite players up front to complete his vision.

Last year, the Packers played with house money, and I was expecting maturation from everyone.

I don't see any growth outside the defense, and a bad loss next week will lead to some uncomfortable conversations.

The blocking is overrated, I have only seen it when their is derogatory statements made then you get a Mod warning, say what you have to say if someone doesn’t like it they either respond or they don’t.

It seems he was considering going for it, with that conversation with Bisacchia right before the kick. He must have wanted more time to make the decision.
And that’s what separates Matt Lafleur from the best coaches in the NFL.

The best coaches in the NFL already know the distance that they’re willing to try their kicker from based on the conditions and direction before that 3rd down play even happens. They aren’t staring at their ST coach like a deer in the headlights trying to figure it out in the moment and thus donating a timeout to the other team to “think about it”.

God only knows why we would approach that final down treating it like it's a hail mary situation while simultaneously leaving their best wr in single coverage. Head-scratching ending all around. Bears tried (a couple of times) to gift that one to us and we gifted it right back.

(which unfortunately is not the first time this season. We've had a couple of "looks like they're trying to give us the win" situations where we've said "no thanks")
I really don't care. We were without Love, Watson, Doubs, Jacobs in the second half and they barely eeked out a win. We'll just start a new streak next year and beat the record again. In the end it didn't matter.

Not defending the poster, but he has a losing playoff record

Well.. you got me on that one. To watch the Packers lose to an inferior team in 2025 was one of my goals for 2025. Thankfully I can check that off 5 days into 2025 and not carry the burden into the year.

Not sure why I would block you. I mean, if you want me to I can if it makes your day better.

No one is getting fired.

Yes rushing 3 was stupid.

Not sure why Gary suddenly had anything to do with my comments. Seems randomly inserted.

I like turtles!

I bet as a coach, you would give out participation medals too

When posters make a direct personal attack on another poster because of a game loss, It speaks to their lack of character and ethics. I think it’s smart to block a poster if they are insulting level. I watch 2 of those 3 I’ve blocked across 11 years and they still today offend others and constantly argue and frustrate other routinely. I can see the other posters response and That tells me I was exactly correct blocking them and obviously implies I was a good judge of poor character.

So I gotta disagree with you. I think an occasional block is warranted and I know I’m not alone on that.

True enough, but I've heard that your regular season record goes out the window once the postseason rolls around and it all starts fresh...and in that regard, LaFleur is 0.429 in the postseason, something like 65th-best percentage all-time. Let's see if he can skew that number the right direction...a couple of wins would do a lot of good

Well, if you think ppl like paying money and sitting in freezing temps to watch mediocrity time after time, you have a problem. I like excellence. We'll see what happens next week.

I felt this team was a year away coming in so I see us about where I expected - still hate losing to the Bears

I guess in short it felt like LaFleur coached like he thought we'd only be able to win if we scored a TD there at the end...and Hafley coached as though he thought the only way we'd lose is if we gave up a TD there. Just really inexplicable (and IMO indefensible) decision-making there for the last ~2 minutes

If the rest of the team was able to get lined up except for the guy who was being held down it would have definitely been an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty. No question about it.
But if his progress has him going forward the play continues that’s why I say 50-50, most of the time the officials will let the play continue until it looks like the runner is stopped

Hard to see how any poster can have a worse look than this team today.
