Our contest now moves into the second third of this NFL season. Being Canadian, I'll call it the second period. Following a somewhat easier to predict week 6, we can likely expect that things will be a bit more chaotic in Week 7. We have a new leader in our contest who has already crowned himself king in week 6 page 3. Put together some good picks, plus a bingo or two and maybe you can steal his crown.

All are welcome to play, and good luck to all!

Guess the score of each team of each game...
Each game you pick the correct winner of: 5 points
If you pick correctly on at least half the games scheduled for the week earns a 20 points bonus
If you pick correctly on at least 75% of the games earns a 40 point bonus (plus the previous 20 points).
If you get all but one of the games correct nets 100 bonus points (plus the 20 & 40 from above)
Guess right on all the games and enjoy an additional 150 points (plus the previous 20, 40 & 100)
And ..... If you guess the correct winner and score of any game: 125 bonus points tacked on for each correct game.
If you've got incredibly mad skills and happen to guess every correct score of every game: you get a mega jackpot of 5000
points.

Please enter the winners and game scores for the following 15 games.

That means the Pack! I like it. As Nitschke once said: " Don't let me down!"

Nitschke said that? I thought that was Jeff Lynne and the Electric Light Orchestra...Bruce, or maybe it was Cicero.
I hope I don't get smote for this.

ELO! Yes. But Nitschke DID say it in the Ice Bowl first as documented by Jerry Kramer as the Packers offense took the field for the final historic drive.

Jerry Kramer was quite diverse in his talents, playing offensive guard and kicker, later becoming a writer, and still going at 88 years of age. I'm not well versed in Packer lore so Google assisted me on this one.

One of Jerry's sons runs his FB page. Shows a lot of memorabilia, pictures, stories, and people who have met him over the years. So a lot of " ancient " Packer fans talk about not just the past but individual games and day to day experiences of the era. Thankfully, Jerry is the Herodotus of Packer lore. Before him was the late Lee Remmel. The NFL went from a small business to a mega business. Other than Jerry and Boyd Dowler who else is still alive?
