Tonight shows we shouldn't use Seattle's great defense as an excuse. The Pats scored 4 TDs on that great defense. MM's playcalling and Rodgers' poor game are why we lost.

There is a lot more than that, some just don't want to recall the painful memories and debates. McCarthy is doing a heck of a job in green bay. He had flaws yet the packers have been contenders midst of his career.

Playing two full seasons of very good defense is a much better judge than just one game.

The injury to Jeremy Lane made it way easier for Brady. Tharold Simon is terrible and the Patriots exploited this glarimg weakness a lot.

The difference between the Patriots winning and Us losing was the difference between scoring TD's and kicking Field Goals. We were not good in the redzone in scoring this year. We had some good games, but overall, it is an area we need to improve upon.

Seattle has a good defense, but a tad hyped. They play a third to half their season against back up qb's.

Agreed. Our offense could be historically good next season if we keep the o-line together, and get better in the red zone and short and goal situations.

I don't think the Packers were considering Sherman was injured. The Seahawks seem to be as shifty as the Patriots. Again McCarthy is a not a bad coach. We may want a new offensive coordinator that can run plays, yet would have to stand up to Rodgers at crunch time when decisions are mixed. I do like that McCarthy changed up the scheme versus the Patriots to include Cobb in the backfield and view that as progress. And hopefully McCarthy started a new trend of actually winning challenges. Though the conspiracy that he throws them just to cause confusion almost makes sense.
