I’m sure if they wanted him to sit they could have made him sit. It’s easy, you just don’t activate him. But they, like many of us, see value in playing hard till the end. They see the value in using this opportunity to get better rather than sulking.

You get better by drafting top 10, and you need to when your defense gives up 38 points to the jets. A mid level draft pick doesn’t help us .

You also get better by working and playing hard. Which they did today.

I’ve been watching the Packers play for around 50 years now and today’s game was one of the more enjoyable games in the last few years. We as fans get so caught up in the media hype that our expectations are out of control. I saw a team smiling, playing hard, and never quitting. To lay down the last 2 games to move up a spot or 2 in the draft is just stupid. “You play to win the game” this road win could be the first building block for a successful 2019 season!

I don’t take any game for granted anymore. This was a great win. I still can’t manage to want to see my team lose a game like this one it’s just not in my blood.
Aaron had a career passing day and it was fun to see him running also.
The QB sneak was Bart Starr ish

#12 doesn't need control. He has 2 Ints on the year. Its not like favre who was throwing 20...
Front office needs to control their game and leave the hall of fame qb alone.
Get him an online and dline that can dominate. And the rest will fall into place .

I only get 16 games a year, I wanna see my favorite player on the field as much as possible before the long offseason. The goat isn’t getting any younger so every game is much sweeter than the last now. The games are about entertainment above all else and as a fan it brings me the most joy to see 12 slinging it on sundays.
Tanking is for the nba.

The message to the entire locker room by Aaron Rodgers playing in, and competing hard in, these last two games is worth a hell of a lot more than a couple of spots of draft positioning.

You underestimate just how much you can take from one year to the next even in games that "don't matter" in terms of making the playoffs. The games may not matter in that sense, but I can guarantee you that it means a whole lot to those guys that are actually on the field, and to know that your leader is happy to be on the field.

If Rodgers criticizes teammates, he's a bad leader. But setting the example of being on the field no matter what and doing your job I guess somehow can be viewed as bad leadership as well?

The man can't win for losing it would seem.

Oh for pity sake Wildcat, is there ANYTHING positive you can say ? I'm not the biggest fan of Rodgers lately but I'd certainly sooner win a game than get a higher draft pick because it hasn't worked too well lately if you choose the wrong one. Just enjoy the win and hope next season is a better one mate.
