Drafting is a crapshoot

I heard for years that TT was not fit to be GM because he didnt use all avenues of roster addition.

Thompson mostly ignoring free agency and trades worked for the Packers as long as he drafted exceptionally well. Unfortunately that changed over the last few years of his tenure as the team's general manager and has left the roster with a lack of overall talent.
