The team has been playing really well heading into the playoffs. I'm not convinced putting Lillard back in is a good idea, but if the Drs say he's ready, he'll play. DVT is very serious, but the docs won't put him out there unless there is near-zero risk.

A win on the road to get things started would be big. They're gonna have to win one of the road games so may as well start now.
The Bucks have won like, 8 or 9 in row to end out the season and I'm just wondering out loud if that is because they're a better "team" without Lillard? Anyway, I'd love to see them blow out Indiana in 4 just because Haliburton is an Oshkosh kid ... and he's kind of had his way with the Bucks and he does gloat about it too.

I got to see the guy play when I was in high school - JFK Prep played in my hometown and I remember the hub-bub surrounding this guy. I didn't play HS BB beyond frosh year because our coach ran a very controlled BORING game and I too was influenced by Pete Maravich ( I was all "score" but would be fouled out halfway through the 3rd - yeah, I was a hacker who preferred football). The long hair would NOT have cut it where I went to school. We had what we called an "Industrial League" sponsored by the Athletic Association for those of us who run 'n' gun, hacking, behind the back and between the legs passing ... you know, the FUN game.... and, floppy hair gotta have the floppy hair which drove my Dad nuts.

Anyway, all I remember about that particular game was that his team mates all just seemed to stand around because it was Mickey's game. Back in the day, we called guys like Crowe "ball hogs"...he'd take the in-bound, dribble the length of the court and inevitably shoot - it was almost like watching the Harlem Globetrotters - you almost could predict how any one possession was going to end.
This is exactly the point I was making about our coach and watching guys who get the ball hog title whether earned or not. This is even the problem with the Bucks, with Giannis and Lillard.

Exactly the point I was making about sometimes subtractions become a positive. Without Lillard, players were able to play their game and make their marks. With him back, they end up being sent to the bench getting clean up minutes. With any luck, he won't get a lot of floor time and it will give guys a chance to make an impact on the floor.

I didn't watch any of the game, but just looked at the Box Score. Kuzma with 22 minutes and ZERO points? Prince, 20 minutes, ZERO points.

Giannis scored 36, Even if he scored 50, it doesn't change the outcome of this game.

It all begins with the guy running the team from the sidelines. Then it gets worse. Especially when he makes the decision that it's going to be a one-man-show and everyone else can clean up the scraps. They didn't have a chance, and not once did they play defense throughout the entire game. They should have lost by 40.

Clean sweep, front office, coaches, and star players. Time to start over with a new culture. Probably should be new ownership too..

Your top 6, Giannis, Brook, Kuzma, Prince, Porter, and Rollins shot 1-15 from 3 pt land, and 2 starters went scoreless... Embarrassing start to the Playoffs.

If the Bucks get blown out again in Game 2, if they haven't already, I can see them emotionally checking out for the final 2 games.
