The elephant in the room is the 2020 draft. Rodgers saw it for what is was. Gute's plan to shove him out the door after the 2021 season; Super Bowl window be damned. Rodgers is playing at an elite level and won't forgive Gute for not going all in to win in his last 3 to 4 seasons. Rodgers has plenty of leverage like the reigning MVP and the fact that when he has been injured, the team falls to a last place level. The question is whether the Packers want to maximize their chances to win a Super Bowl with Rodgers and in the process, allow a player to have the ability to can an expendable FO person like Gute, or support Gute, trade Rodgers and flush their Super Bowl Hopes down the toilet. Either scenario isn't optimal. We've seen the Packers without Rodgers, it wasn't pretty. Good luck finding a replacement. Rodgers knows that, and is using it in his vendetta against Gute.

Now this is a healthy FO/player relationship that screams "bend over backwards to bring this malcontent player back into our locker room"!!

John Kuhn is attempting to paint AR as the calm, reasonable one in the room to get what HE wants... there's no way to salvage this relationship, anymore. AR's legacy in GB is in the toilet, finish the flush by trading him to Denver and be done.
