I have heard from two guys I trust that a few teams in the league have him red circled as a Day3 earliest toss up due to it.

Yep. Plus, I really see us in a “Win Now” mode. Coming off our Best D ranking since 2010. Plus a Top 10 Offense after a scary start to the 2024 season at QB. No reason to think we can’t draft 1-2 more O weapons and bring Lloyd and Musgrave along for the ride. Then at least 1 more Starter level player on D (DL) and at minimum better depth options at CB, LB etc
A slight uptick in ether O or D category and were playoff bound again. A slight uptick in both and we can be vying for that NFC level game. Plus we have a Solid K and KR to Kickoff the Season (pun intended). Not a circus K (Narvey) project at Placekicker.
2025 prospects really need to lean ones that can contribute earlier inside of Day1-2 choices. There’s lots of uber experienced prospects in the draft.
Personally I’d repeat more of the 2024 draft and lean away from project types for long term upside until Day3 imo. In RD1-3, Get some guys that have a realistic chance of competing for substantial playing time early in. Again, Cooper and Bullard types and I think Lloyd and Morgan would’ve had they not injured early in.

Miami (FL) WR Samuel Brown Jr had a Virtual Visit with the Packers. Brown is 6'2" 200lbs, ran the 40 in 4.44, along with a 41.5 vertical. Started at West Virginia, then Houston for 2 seasons, before playing at Miami last year. Was suspended for a Bowl game in 2022. Late Day 3 or UDFA prospect.
