I've had several Tröegs beers, specifically when I worked in Philadelphia and Baltimore. They were pretty good beers.

And how are they received ?

Mostly in bottles...








We would prefer to receive more bitters, but we get a lot of specialty beers from England, like "Very Bad Elf", "Insanely Bad Elf"... but I understand delicate bitters don't survive the trip very well for some reason. The stronger beers age well on the trip.

I wonder if our Craft Beer Store next to "Altes Mädchen" (Do you remember Bundesbiers? ) has this Belgian beer? The Glass is nice !

I do remember. Great place for Hamburg! Coming along nicely in the craft beer direction. They might have the glass. Certainly, Belgium is closer to Germany than the US, and I got the glass in the US, so its possible.
