I would have preferred him signing Forte over Starks, but that wasn't a big deal at the time. Nobody predicted Shields being lost for the season and everyone behind him playing poorly.  However, if this year he sits on his hands and waits for the draft to address the CB and OLB positions, my expectations for 2017 will drop.</blockquote>
