The Reese's Senior Bowl they put on has grown and grown into a massive prospect showcase. The CPB playoffs going as long as they did, did pull some prospects out of it, but it is still the biggest showcase of actual "football" reps these prospects have and MANY a prospect has made a name for themselves during it.

Below you'll find the rosters and the measurements reported....I have a couple contacts actually there in person and I'll feed updates as I get them and days allow me:

Some notables both ways for me:

Princely Umanmielen EDGE is a guy I already loved, but coming in with 34+ inch arms and a wingspan just shy of 7 ft on his 264lb 6'4' frame checks the physical box for sure.
Armand Membou OT is one of my favorite tackle prospects out of Missouri and I mildly was hoping we'd nab him in the second round to continue to bolster this OL and remove the need to resign both tackles (Walker and Tom) and Rhyan the same year. I always saw a NFL Tackle but with easily the ability and nastiness to slide inside. His 34 inch arms and 332 lb frame have erased many who didn't call him a tackle prospect, if his agility and such checks out - he is very much a Packer type Tackle to guard prospect that also could work outside.
Mike Green Edge - many have linked GB to this explosive sack specialist from Marshall but some had major weight concerns with him weighing just over 230lbs at the beginning of the season....he checked in at 251lbs at Senior Bowl so many are checking the physical box...but it does draw my concern his arms are barely over 32 inches. Now if his hand technique he displayed in the season translates to reps against Senior Bowl competition I think Green will continue to climb up and be a first rounder by the time it all ends like many are predicting.
Jonah Savaiinaea OT from Arizona is a guy that popped for me when I became a Jordan Morgan fan. He was the starting RG in 2022, mixed between RG and RT in 2023 and then this last year split the year between RT and LT. His measurables were awesome with over 34 inch arms on his 6'3' 339lb frame and over 10 inch mittens. I know many would not like it, but Jonah is a massively versatile OL prospect and I could easily embrace Gute finding a way to add him to our OL room...if you added him on Day2 you would IMO have two SOLID guys ready to contribute in the new 2025 OL in him and Morgan (Monk is still sitting there possibly too).
Deone Walker iDL/Edge....I've discussed him and LOVE him. I'd be willing to bet on his destructive nature and traits in first round even personally. He checked ALL the physical boxes with a 6'7' 340lb frame and 34.5 inch arms and 10.6 hands. A man HIS size should NOT exhibit his level of athleticism.
Tez Johnson WR....he was already off my list from my suspected frame of the dude, but holy small man batman....5'9' 156lbs....he is TINY
Willie Lampkin OL...guard from UNC....dude is SMALL. 5'10' 270lbs....he is gonna need to be an absolute wrecking ball at the bowl to be draftable IMO which is crazy for senior bowl rosters.

Just like high RAS scores, Senior Bowl participation has been a common denominator in Packers draft picks in recent years. Thanks for opening this thread and listing the participants. It is much appreciated.

To be fair it’s a trend across the league as it attracts more and more of the best prospects

Okay one of my main contacts at the Senior Bowl is Sam *****, I often bounce thoughts and such on prospects back and forth with Sam - he's great, even if I disagree with him at times. He's actually one of the more harder graders out there which I appreciate...many error on the high side, I feel he definitely goes the other way more often than not. He also understands league demand and positional value change where a guy will go, but doesn't change the prospect grade if that makes sense.

Anyways give Sam a follow. I've watched a lot of practice clips, but don't have time to share my full thoughts...I'll briefly summarize some of my own but also a lot of Sam's and provide a link to his full Day 1 write up - https://sportstalk.substack.com/p/senior-bowl-2025-grey-zabel-anthony

Anthony Belton OL - NC State...he was a guy I was on board with last year as a 4th/5th round target and Sam wasn't there with me. With Belton going back for another year, he seems to have gotten better. He had a bunch of excellent 1v1 reps against some excellent guys - my favorite was a rep against Landon Jackson, a BIG powerful and long edge defender out of Arkansas, but he also handled some impressive spin moves against the likes of Ezeiruaku who I'm high on off the edge.

Elijah Arroyo TE Miami - Everyone knows I've been lurking with the thought of perhaps best way to make our offensive passing attack better could be accomplished through a TE drafted and not a WR....I think argument exists, but only if draft falls that way. Arroyo is measurably there between size, weight, arms and such...but he also would provide an immediate back up plan for Musgrave. Luke's 2025 season is going to be massive for him because Kraft has cemented himself as the TE1 and future guy getting a contract...Musgrave is likely out. Drafting Arroyo adds a massively explosive player who like Musgrave might just be the fastest TE at the combine and can stretch the seam routinely. He dominated some 1v1s day one at practice and illustrated why many think he could be the sleeper TE of the draft likely to go somewhere in the 3rd or 4th.

Jamaree Caldwell iDL Oregon...look everyone knows I am a massive Derrick Harmon fan from the Oregon front...but what GB is likely losing in Slaton is that massive middle plug that defense needs to double often in order to run the ball between the tackles...Caldwell at 6'2' 342 is that...he was in the backfield and winning reps consistently throughout the day. I personally don't see him going till day 3, but don't be shocked to hear his name in the 4th and a team to be very happy with what they got.

Walter Nolen iDL Ole Miss - he is one of a handful of guys I'd really love to hear is coming to GB in the first day of the draft. I am unsure of his cockiness and mouth (dude declared he is an Aaron Donald level guy) but dear lord they don't make guys with such a rare combination of overwhelming power, heavy hands and explosive twitch...his feet are so fast it's like he has makes him unblockable sometimes. Nolen was clearly a level above most of the guys at practice day 1.

Jalen Royals WR Utah State....I've said elsewhere I'm not a fan of us drafting a WR till the 3rd or 4th at the earliest BUT if you told me Gute grabs one in the second round, Royals is like one of four dudes I'd fully support and be excited for. His acceleration and burst off the line is crazy, he's going to run in the 4.3s for sure and his release package is excellent. His frame isn't the biggest, but he isn't tiny either and he played against lesser competition but his footwork and releases rise to any occasion IMO. He was manipulating defenders all day long at practice day 1.

Mike Green EDGE from Marshall just bull rush pancaked Conerly from Oregon. Both of those guys I have as first round worthy. Impressive start to the day for Green

EDGEs making noise:

Mike Green (Marshall) and Shemar Stewart (A&M) are showing they're the best edges at the Senior Bowl.

Grey Zabel from North Dakota State is again proving he is very very worthy of going Day2. OT in college but with slightly undersized arms (3228) he however is winning nearly every rep at all positions along the OL right now. If GB is thinking Rhyan or Jenkins might be our center in 2025, drafting Zabel to compete at guard now or even center would have merit, OR you're picking him for post-Rhyan era if Ball/Gute/MLF envision him being one of the many guys with same contract years not being resigned.

Quincy Riley CB out of Louisville you guys heard me rave on a long time ago in the prospect thread, has shown out - in four 1v1 he had 3 PBUs. He is locking down at the Senior Bowl right now. His hips and change of direction have been incredible...yes he is shorter than I like at 5'10' but his feisty/competitive edge balances out matchups. He's got a dog inside him.

Jayden Higgins WR from Iowa State is continuing to just excel. A guy his size typically shouldn't have the foot speed, release explosion that he does.

Also guys I confirmed from my sources or rumored sources that are credible...GB did in some capacity meet with the following guys:

TE Harold Fannin Jr - Bowling Green
CB Quincy Riley - Louisville
EDGE Jay Joyner - Minnesota (trained with Rashan Gary last off season)
OT Jalen Rivers - Miami
K Ryan Fitzgerald - FSU
LB Shemar James - Florida
LB Nick Martin - OSU
LB Cody Lindenburg - Minnesota
CB Jacob Parrish - Kansas State
EDGE Princely Umanmielen - Ole Miss
WR Jalen Royals - Utah State (rumored they plan on using one of their top 30s on him)
WR Jayden Higgins - Iowa State
DT Walter Nolen - Ole Miss

Other bowl visits confirmed:
WR Efton Chism III - Eastern Washington
EDGE Tyler Baron - Miami (Shrine Bowl actually)
DB Alijah Clark - Syracuse (Shrine Bowl)
S Donovan McMillon - Pittsburgh (Hula Bowl)
