How many teams are willing to use signed players for recruiting new players for the team?
I mean, who would know the abilities better then their friends or acquaintances that play the game, that are eligible and could help the team win.
Ex. Like Rodgers getting the Jets to sign Lazard and Adams,
his favorite targets.
Remember Favre try to get Green Bay to sign Randy Moss with the Packers?
Sometimes it seems the general managers and coaches along with team recruiters got so much ego, they don't want players getting in volved and feel they know more.
Your Thoughts and does it happen more then we hear.
