This defense played amazing. This game feels like a 12-10 game IMO because our defense was given the short straw to start the game and now this too.

Offensively we failed. Between Love throws making me think his elbow isn’t 100, the incredible amount of injuries and the penalties from sub OL are the major pieces of this loss pie (assuming we lose)
His elbow is fine. He isn't.

I really think we should have more than 2 titles, so I definitely have to agree.
I look at it from the other side. We might be lucky to have 2 titles. If we had played against a good QB instead of Jay Cutler , maybe Rodgers never makes it to a Super Bowl.

Packers may lose this game but we can all look forward to the morons blaming MLF for the youngest team in the NFL, missing their three best receivers, their great RB, and their second best offensive lineman not beating the best defense in the league on the road.

People need to start asking why Gute drafted an unnecessary olineman in the first round over Dejean. Important to note, I’m not saying Gute is bad, just that Morgan was an unnecessary pick and Dejean has been an white elite corner that would REALLY helped a defense that needed to carry a crippled offense and just couldn’t.
Morgan and Van Ness were both dumpster fire 1st round picks. There’s no sugarcoating it.

A lot people will blame MLF and I have my doubts but there is only so much he can do with a roster that doesn't have enough marquee players. Other than Jacobs and perhaps Tom, who brings it on a weekly basis? There are solid players but the Packers have been passed up big time by Deyroit and Minnesota. Year 6 of the Gute-MLF regime and the franchise is spinning its wheels.

“They did some things we weren’t expecting”

“Our preparation and execution wasn’t what it needed to be, and that starts with me.”

“We didn’t play a clean enough game to beat a team of that caliber, and that’s on me.”

Am I missing anything?
Yeah - "We have to get that cleaned up."

Throw could have been better. But I’m just saying, a good receiver with good foot control probably gets the toes down.
Agreed- but for $55M this year and a $75M signing bonus- you think your QB can make a relatively easy throw.

I’m most discouraged we do not understand the philosophy of football in our coaching staff.

Eagles deferred for 1 reason and 1 reason only. To get momentum. The ENTIRE 1st Quarter Packers gameplan should have been not to give them ANYTHING.

Instead we ignore a rule change at KO that penalized the kicking team 5 yards for putting it in the paint. At the GB30

So we choose to allow Philly Momentum on Play 1. This game is on the Coaching it’s inexcusable by Rich. This was worse than TyMontgomery imo. Colossal mistake returning a K in that scenario. I don’t care if he ran it back 50 yards I still feel the same way.

The Eagles will get bounced if they can barely beat what we saw on Offense

This was near embarrasing for MLF. Totally unprepared.

Exactly - with two of the top 1//2 dozen or so QBs in NFL history back to back - UNDERACHIEVING

This is a far cry from the claims from some in the preseason that the sky was the limit for this offense and we have a 2 headed monster at TE and the deepest receiving corps in the league.
