It's NOT a matter of who was the better Receiver either between the two....
It's a matter of do they measure up to all other previously entered personnel
If we've already let others in the PHOF that have equal or on par stats, or especially below what either of these two have - then they both get in! You can't suddenly change the criteria on this - that makes it automatically political...
