Duds: Since much of this has already been said, I will summarize it with "getting the little things done correctly and not allowing messing them up to lose a game has plagued the Packers, not just today but in the past".

Time Out Management: This is on AR as much as McCarthy. Why does McCarthy feel the need to call timeouts when the other team has the ball to end the half, just because they have a poor first down. "Hey Mike, you may not stop them on the next two plays, great job giving them more time to score!" "Hey Aaron, everyone is onto your little ploy to try and pull them off sides, run the damn play and stop burning timeouts that may be needed later."
Special Teams: Monty's move today is basically the shining example of guys not being coached well enough to know what they should be doing on special teams. Leaving Sam Shields all alone on punt coverage? Being anywhere near a punted ball with your back to it? Trying to field an onside kick, when you let it get to your hands guys, etc.
Taunting and cheap shots out of bounds. Sure way to give the other team a first down or kill a drive of your own.
Guessing people can add more. But its the little things, the basics that should have been learned before getting to the pros and things that if done correctly win games like today's. If done incorrectly, they end up costing you a game you probably could have won. Really wondering if this is on "bad luck" or the coaches, because it seems like it happens way too often and isn't just one player.
