No doubt about it, Caleb has some skills. Getting a new coach and front office making decisions will help. Then they need to do some signing of mid-range free agents and have a healthy draft and maybe make a trade or two. In a couple of years, they could be a contender.

But, above all, they need a head coach and assistants who understand how to build an offense around the skills that Williams has, not come in with an offense that he ends up like a fish out of water.
So Ben Johnson is going to the Bears. Well I hope the GM and FO support him better than coaches past. They will succeed if they do what Washington is doing - build a team around the strengths of the QB. Williams is certainly talented and tough - as the 68 sacks would attest.

The biggest change for the better in Washington was when Snyder left. Take away that cloud and find a team. I don't know if Chicago is changing GMs. I think the current GM is a guy named Poles and he's fairly new.

The Bears aren't far away from being a very good team, but they have to stop self destructing.

I think that McCaskey George are chairman was finally putting in a position that honestly the franchise has never been in in my lifetime.
We've invested a ton in the office, including a number one overall pick in a quarterback top 10 pick in a wide receiver. We gave DJ Moore a big bag of money. We gave a big bag of money so we gave Kmet a big bag of money so the pieces are there, but we needed an offensive mind to change our culture and bring it all together and I definitely think Ben is the guy to do that.
They backed up the truck. He wasn't on the market for 36 and they flew the private jet and wow, still owing our old offensive coordinator 5 million our old ex coach 9 million they gave this guy 12 million a year with bonuses to make sure nobody else had a shot and anyone who thought he was gonna go to Las Vegas why would the guy become a coach just to commit career suicide in that division like it's a genuine murderer row of football, we were definitely much more attractive offer.

Chicago has a lot of good players. I don't understand how they went 5-12. Eberfus? Yeah he was a big factor. Maybe Johnson is the guy.

All those injuries the Lions had. Gawd! They'll be better on defense next year. Offense? I dunno! I don't think Goff is that bad of a QB though. I'm totally amazed they didn't run the ball more yesterday. They were carving the Commanders up when they did. Coaching decision wasn't good, in my opinion. But then, it's just an opinion.
Ben Johnson is gone..that guy was a genius for them..hope his bares stint doesn't pan out.

What about the purple team that got spanked in the NFC championship game. That's what you get for putting that purple **** on Rocky. Karma!
The Giants torched Denny Green and Culpepper. Vikes had a good team that year but not quite as good as the 98 team. But no one was going to beat the Ravens that season.

RIP Dennis Green. This was so memorable.
