Lost in the shuffle...

Why do the Packers pick 14th in Rd 1, but in other rds they seem to shuffle positions with the 2 teams they had identical records with, Washington and Cincy?
I'm not including the 2 swapped picks with the Browns or compensatory.

The first round order between teams with identical records is decided by strength of schedule. The team that played the schedule with the lowest winning percentage will be awarded the higher pick. Those clubs then cycle picks in each subsequent round.

But because MM is a moron when it comes to being able to adjust they never really schemed and thing to help get the WRs open..his same lame response was guys need to win more 1 on 1.

The coaching staff did a poor job of helping out receivers with a more innovative route tree in 2015 but in my opinion have improved in that area over the past two seasons.
