Umm, if the Saints also lose out. Saints hold all tie breakers over TB, so the only way TB can catch us is if they win out and the Saints lose out. A scenario I don't see happening.

So here's how I see it. I got a feeling TB probably makes the playoffs. But so long as they hold the 6th seed, they'll get sent out to play the Rams or Seahawks, both scenarios of which will knock them out.

But yes I want the Cardinals here. Give Rodgers a chance to make them pay for 2009, 2015 and 2018. And we will.

Yes, although a lot could change between now and the end of the season, the path of least resistance to the Superbowl might be....
  1. Arizona or NFC East Winner
  2. Minnesota, Seahawks
  3. Bucs, LA
  4. Saints
Now if I we get the #1 seed, NO scares me a lot less than LA or TB. Just as playing the Bucs or LA at Lambeau in the cold, scares me less than playing the Saints in New Orleans.

The guy has coached against the Packers for most of his career, mainly with the Vikings and Seattle. Yes he knows this team and its tendencies, probably as well or better than Mike Zimmer. I say better because he did actually coach Rodgers for a year. A smart man would find a way to use that knowledge in some fashion, and Bevell seems to be quite intelligent. Let's also not forget that Bevell and Childress lured Favre to the Vikings in 2009. I am pretty sure that whatever knowledge Favre brought with him about beating Rodgers, is still bouncing around in Bevell's noggin.

Now I'm not purporting him to know everything about us, but you can't discount his background against the Packers. He knows us about as well as any opposing coach could know us.

Meh, I don't think it plays that big of a role. In most cases it comes down to talent and execution. I think the Packers are better at both. Again, here's to hoping I'm right.

I'm good with getting revenge for 2009 and 2015, but I'm good with 2018. It was the final nail in the McCarthy era coffin.

Not that I think it is going to affect THIS game but losing Raven Greene is big imho. I hope he will be back for the playoffs. I would like to start seeing Barnes and Martin on the field together.

I see a pretty one-sided game too, but more on the ground by GB so more time consuming drives so lower scoring. A 28-13 win.

I'd be fine with that, they need to get the ground game going.

Well yeah we were all happy with that, but I still don't like that we've only won 1 of the last 5 meetings including the playoffs against the garbage birds.

Sorry but I want to get them up here and dump it on them. I mean no disrespect to Fitzgerald. He is a guy who's had good games against us but has stuck with his team forever through the thick and thin, and you rarely see that kind of loyalty from anyone, or a WR play in the league as long as he has. But I mean the team in general. Beating them in the playoffs this time would be just like 2016 when we finally did it to the nyg.

There is absolutely nobody who can spin the Bucs win into a bad thing. NOBODY

1. They may have just taken Minny out of the playoffs

GOOD

2. They have given us a chance to win the NFC North today

DOUBLE WHAMMY

Ooo man, nail biter here

This one looking like it's going to come right down to the wire

We cannot let this one get away though

Saints are losing big right now in Philly, and winning this game not only wins us the division but could easily put us back in front for the 1 seed

I'm ecstatic that Crosby has been an elite kicker over the past two seasons. That kick yesterday was absolutely brilliant.

Some people are going to be surprised by this comment but they shouldn't be. As a Packer fan how could one not be happy with Crosby's performance even if you do think he is overpaid and only average. Like it or not he is our kicker and no true fan (I really hate that description) would want a player to fail just so he gets replaced. We all want each and every Packer player to be the best.

Yes, agree. I think maybe that fantasy football has got a lot of people really excited for stats and are rooting so much for their fantasy team that the emotions can kind of take over and they can lose track (not be objective) of what is really important. The Pack. Of course, what is really important can change if you are betting a ton of money.
