Message: <blockquote data-quote="Mondio" data-source="post: 598346" data-attributes="member: 10441">I"m skeptical on Raji.  He came in and performed well early, then fell off and fell of a lot.  I watched him and he was consistently getting blown off the ball and not because of double teams.  He reportedly was playing better this year, but we never really got to see it before he was injured.  I questioned his commitment to the team and the effort he wanted to put forth.  I'm not going to blame a person for putting an injury abovve the team, because it certainly isn't my place to make the decision, but a lot of other players have  played a season with that injury and played at a very high level.  more than a few have played multiple seasons with it, bcause if it's not surgically repaired quickly, there isn't anything more to do with it.  He chose to collect his check again rather than prove anything to the team.  I do question his motivation, because I haven't seen it in years and a lot of dollars have already flowed his way.and that might sound catastrophic, but in reality, once the pain of the biceps tendon tear is gone, it's really a very adaptable injury and the brachialis easily picks up the slack. It's the primary mover of forearm flexion anyway.  The bicep, for all it's glory, is a rather insignificant muscle in the grand scheme of things.</blockquote>
