Green Bay Packers, Inc. Stockholders can only vote for candidates to the Packer Board of Directors and attend the annual Stockholders meeting.

Also Packer Stock holders shall not receive any dividends or pecuniary profit

Packers giving free Packer tickets for luxury boxes to Packer stock holders may be considered pecuniary profit and not be allowed

It would only be 4 tickets per game for 8 games. In 11,274 seasons every stockholder would get to see a game !

Another reason why the Packers simply have held on and will continue to do so, as they are in fact a non-profit company Green Bay Packers, Inc. All the profit they bring in each season through merchandise, ticket sales, ect. they keep and is re-invested back into the company. Unlike the other 31 teams the money will never go back to enrich one or a small group of people unless Murphy starts embezzling funds, which is incredibly unlikely.
