Good move for Rode, it's likely that he will get more playing time.

Yeah, smart move by all parties IMO. Rode gets playing time, BVB gets a quality player to help fill the gap left by Gundogan, Bayern gets 18m for a player they brought in free.

Could be a Hummels type move down the line you never know, farm him off for a few seasons then after he reaches his full potential buy him back for even bigger money.

Not sure, as much as I understood international Bundesliga rights are not sold so far.

They are (might be "semantics" on the word "bought the rights to"). Fox had the Bundesliga Rights around 2005... Then GOLTV took over from around 2010 to 2014. Fox re-gained the rights in 2015 to show the Bundesliga games in the USA.

Ah, O.K., might be the case for the USA. I read they want to increase the income for international rights in this period (season 17-18 until 20/21) from around 160m per year up to 500m. Thats why I assumed most of the deals are not done so far.

If its true hes denying it now...........
We don't know if it's true but I believe in the saying that where is smoke there is fire.
Same with the Lewandowski case. Police seems to have stopped him in his car with a 12 yo Romanian boy after residents have called the police.
