Unfortunately, that display makes me think of this:

Luckily something like this never happened in our country
@Bundesbiers : It isn't safe, it can't be safe when you know that pyros, especially bengal fires can reach temperatures between 1.600 and 2500 degrees Celcius. To me it's just a matter of time when something serious will happen when burning bengal fires with thousands of fans standing around it.

St.Pipi has done this after a person threw an empty plastic beer cup on the pitch, hit the ref. and the game was called off.

Hard to imagine in such a sophisticated establishment like the Millerntor. :D

Hard to beat the Reeperbahn for ******* and beer fan culture.

(btw... bayrische Maedels are okay... only if you manage get to take one home with you).

If lighting pros is their thing then so be it, but it's more of continental European fan thing really. The wannabe ultra types following some UK teams try it now and again but it's like they are trying too hard to impress.

No real Ultras in UK ? :cautious:;)
I think the Ultra movement is originally from Italy, isn't it ? To me makes sense, their stadiums are mostly half empty on game days and therefore way less danger of hurting people than in other European football stadiums ;)
But to be serious - I specially like the impressive choreographies but I think they sometimes forget that the most important thing is the game and not them. And that was the main critizism also here in Hamburg regarding our Ultra groups.
However, I'm too old to become a Ultra nowadays, let these kids have fun but please not at my clubs expense. We need the money for more important things than pyro fines.

Anybody want Robben? Apparently he isn't happy with the new scheme of Koman and Costa feeding the ball to Lewandowski. Gee...I wonder why? ;)

It appears more than likely, now, that Robben will be leaving Bayern.

Kind of funny, in my Xbox FIFA season he just told me (the manager) he is leaving.

Last year I would have been worried, but with the emergence of Costa and Coman, it seems more like a shift to younger talent

GO HSV! And I notice Mainz and Koeln played what we call "niceys". ;) Schalke put up a whale of a game against Bayern, but they couldn't maintain the pace they set for themselves. There is a method to Bayern's madness of all of that ball control. The announcer said that by the end of the first half, Schalke had already run about 3 Kilometers more than Bayern. By the end of the second half, you could see they were worn out.

The vast majority of Bayern goals came in the second half of matches.

Franck Ribery is back in squad training for Bayern. Will be interesting to see how Pep manages the lineup once he is healthy enough to start.
