Thanks Bill :)
Btw, horrible injury happened to a player from Mainz, have never seen something like this before. You can guess by this picture that this is not how a leg and knee should look like

Reminds me of a player called Nicky Busst playing against the rags in the late 90s he did not play again.

There is not much live footage of it luckily, all i remember was the look on Peter Schmeichel's face. He needed counselling afterwards.

The German refereeing system is inconsistent. Lewandowski gets punched out by a goalie and there is no penalty. Reina runs into a player in what looked like a typical goalie play and he gets red carded. Go figure.

And in the news again; a possible move by Pep to Man City at the end of this season. (It would be wierd and stomach churning if he left and Bayern hired Klopp.)

I wouldn't be surprised if Pep moved on, because he is a restless sort and he's been under a lot of fire. I kind of thought he'd stay 3 or 4 years, but who knows?

Herr Nessie.

Schalke released Ghana midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng and Germany winger Sidney Sam on Monday with immediate effect, while suspending Marco Hoeger. If Paderborn ever needed a break, this would be it. This could help them this coming weekend. Wow, these last 2 weeks are going to be tense.

In better news Red Bull cannot gain promotion to the Bundesliga. I will continue my hex on them next year.

You and @mhnessie will probably see it right away, but 1860 Munich (and possibly Greuther Fuerth) may be handing FC Bamberg a lifeline for staying in the Regionalliga while finishing in 17th place, a direct relegation spot.

To be honest Bundes, to me that's a surprise.
I wasn't aware of the fact that in case 1860 will be relegated their second team will be moved to the bottom of the table automatically.
Looks like this might be the best chance for Bamberg to stay in the Regionalliga Bayern.

They are all scapegoats, I think the problem is Di Matteo, he just doesnt fit to Schalke. However I wish they will pull themselves together and pull out a win against Paderborn. Same with Bayern, I hope they will play a decent game at Freiburg and not another sluggy appearance like last weekend
And regarding Red Bull - hope we dont play Red Bull next year, you know what this would mean....I dont want to play against St.Pipi, Sandhausen or any other of these sh** teams

Correct Nessie. DFB rules state that 1st and 2nd teams cannot be 1 league apart. They must be 2 leagues apart. So, if 1860 Munich or Greuther Fuerth drop to the 3rd league, then their 2nd team must automatically go down to the 5th, even if the 2nd team is in first place.

^And.... if both 1860 and Greuther Fuerth drop to the 3rd League, this is even better for Bamberg. This also means I have to hope St Pipi and Aue win a game or two in the last 2 weeks.

Herr Klinsmann is rapidly turning into Jack Charlton.......pinching other countrys players.

If the young lad can perform well and score some goals, it will be considered a success. The good thing is that Gedion is going to play in the U-20 World Cup starting in 2 weeks. This will give us a good chance to see him play.

Bayern's 1-2 loss today to Freiburg just proves pep and the team have hung it up for the year. Might go for the win next week if only to enhance the champions party, but its pretty clear the FCBFCB game was the last one they cared about.

They wanted to lose a bunch of matches so they could see how it is to be Köln, Mainz, and Hamburg.
