Interesting, this entire time I had it in my head that the Pack had to go to FL for this one. That changes my perspective a bit. Miami has been playing much better with Tua back. It's really hard to break down the numbers for as bad as they were when he was out. I feel like the Pack should win this one, but it is merely on a hunch. Pack 24-20 in nailbiter.

Tua and the dolphins don't do well when the temp is under 35. They're talking about how determined that they are to change that this week

Yeah, he said " Bring it on" ... so ON it shall be. With a little wind too. Thing is, our guys won't be used to it neither. I know I'm not.

I don't know how many of y'all caught this, but you-know-who lives about 10 miles from my house. If I knew his actual address, I'd be happy to deliver one of these.

Delighted, in fact.

By the way, Joe Barry is the Dolphins linebacker coach and run game coordinator.

Odd combo ... like peanut butter and guacamole...

Dolphins listed as "out of practice", today, were: WR-Tyreek Hill, T-Terron Armstead, LB Tyus Bowser, & CB Kendall Fuller. Numerous others on the 'Phins were listed as limited.

Miami appears to be slightly more banged up than GB heading into a cold Thursday night game. GB 30, Miami 25.

Kind of nervous about this one. Miami has quietly been playing pretty good football lately. BUT, as has been mentioned, they have been poor in the cold. Hopefully that continues. A little nervous for Tua too. Wasn't it either a Thanksgiving or Christmas game a couple of years ago that he got knocked out with (another) concussion against us?

Some pundits have been raving about their three game winning streak. Their 3 wins were against 3 sub-500 teams. Rams, Raiders and Patriots. This is a big game for them to come into a cold Lambeau and compete against a much better team. They will need to bring their A-game.

Hey guys, I am in STL, MO and struggle to find reliable news sources for everything Packers. Do you all have a reliable site that gives you real Packer news? I know in STL we have a go to site or two for Cardinals news, but you can't rely on the team site because they will never say a negative word about the team. I figure much is true about the Packers. Any guidance would be appreciated.

I'd like to think that you are on THE best site for Packer news ;)

Sure, we all are a bit bias, but we also try to find the straight skinny on things. A few guys have their inside ....sourc....es.

I have seen things hit here, before its available online, so there is that too.

Well I hope you are right. I know I hear on MSN that Q Walker is struggling but then I look for a relevant source and some background to the statement and I find nothing. MSN is an awful source for news so I don't listen to them but still I look for other sources and fail to find them. The team site just talks about how wonderful Watson is all the while ignoring the dropped TD passes etc... The dropped passes are so maddening from the team as a whole and how lost Watson looks when the ball is headed his way. I can clearly see this, but I fail to find anything stating it and what the team is doing to fix it.

You will get all sorts of opinions on here. Some relevant, some not so relevant. :) As you know, when it comes to opinions, there really is no "right or wrong" one.

The internet has gotten swamped with click bait articles. Most of them are opinion pieces, not facts, and some don't even seem to have a clue WTF they are talking about. So I understand your frustration with fact finding.

Welcome to the Forum.

Definitely some truth to this, but he is also only in his 3rd year. He did have a good game on Sunday, so fingers crossed he keeps progressing. Most Packer fans, to this point, are disappointed that he hasn't provided more given that he was a round 1 pick in 2022. Like the rest of the defense, he is now playing a new role in a 4-3 defense, so for me, I am trying to cut the front 7 a bit of slack this season.

Remember that the Packers beat the Rams, at LA, like the Dolphins just did. However, the Packers only won by 5 (Phins won by 8) and the Rams were without both Kupp and Nacua. Those 2 players put up 178 receiving yards against the Dolphins.

I think tomorrow's night game will end up being a tough one, at least tougher than Sundays. Let's hope Dolphins freeze up in cold weather! :)

Packers are 15-20-2 on Thanksgiving.
And that does bother me to be honest. Too much night before Thanksgiving egg nog?

I remember when Lombardi decided to kill that ritual game. He felt it was detrimental to the Packers, and he was right. For the Lions, that was their signature NFL Title game, no matter how bad their season was.

I doubt the temperature is going to help the Packers. While they've been running the ball more consistently this year with Josh Jacobs, they're still a passing team that has a hard time holding on the ball in warmer weather. If the Packers want a W, they'll have to just outplay the Dolphins and not expect any kind of assist from the weather.

Just guessing, but I think LeFleur is going to ride the running game hard at least early in the game. Although the Dolphins defense is in the top 10, they have a problem defending the running game. Their tackling at the second level isn't up to snuff. They way Josh runs, he's going to rack up some early yards against them, just like he did against the Rams. It will start to wear them down.

Because of that success, the passing game will be a little better than we might expect. Especially in the middle of the field, at short and intermediate depths. We should exploit it, but without Doubs, not nearly as well as we should. I see Reed getting those shots this week. I think the Packers can score over 30 points against them to be honest.

Can our defense stop their offense. They can run the football. Achane & Mostert are a load. They're going to test our line, and Ingold can block with the best of them back there, so it's going to force us to play with that in mind. That will open up the game for Tua, and for the passing game. Tua can beat you in the air and on the ground. He's a real wild card out there.

I think the Packers need to score over 30 to win this one. I could see this easily being a 38-31 or 34 game to be honest. They're a better team than most people realize.
