Wow, good to hear that Randall and his family got out safely! Sounds like the charger for their Tesla caused the fire.

I have to say, with more and more electronics being used, electric fires seem to be on the rise. I had a USB charger completely melt and was sparking when I smelled something burning and found it. Fortunately, it was on a granite countertop and nothing caught fire.
